My husband was hit by a negligent young driver. The insurance company for that driver was a bottom of the barrel outfit that didn't even want to accept fault even though the police report said it was her fault and a completely independent witness said it was her fault. We were referred to Jonathan and when he met with us initially he told us that the claim should be resolved pretty swiftly, but warned us that the insurance on the other side was substandard and that waters could get choppy.
That insurance company tried to low ball us from the beginning, but Jonathan made them pay for it in the end. Their offer didn't double after we hired Jonathan, it didn't triple, it went up about five times. It's not that we wanted a big pay day, we wanted fair compensation for all of my husband's injuries. His rotator cuff was torn in that crash, and that's not small potatoes.
I would hire Jonathan if you want someone that's going to deal with you directly, talk to you straight so that you can understand what's going on, and someone that's going to fight with all he can to hold the responsible parties accountable.

I was hit by a young driver that failed to yield making a left turn. Liability was clear from the start. The policeman wrote her a ticket, an independent witness called the cops and spoke to the officer at the scene, and they totaled out my baby (favorite car) right away. But when it came time to take responsibility and to pay for my medical bills, they offered far less than the total bills, from the ER trip.
That's when I called Jonathan. He met with me and laid out a strategy to fight for me so I got what I deserved Well, that insurance company went from bad to worse. So Jonathan sued. We went through the litigation process, depositions, and all of the discovery process. After the case was put on a trial calendar and ordered to mediation, we walked in with a $ 0 offer. That's right, the insurance company pulled the little they offered me shortly after the wreck. But Jonathan was just getting to work.
Jonathan fought for me, worked the mediator, and insurance defense attorneys to the point of no return. He explained to them how they faced serious bad faith if they did not offer me the policy limits for the claim. By the end of the mediation, I had received an offer for the full policy limits of $ 25,000. A few weeks later, I go an offer for the full policy limits of my underinsured coverage, $ 30,000 more. He went from $ 0 to the maximum coverage, the hard way. The long way, and the right way.
I wouldn't have gotten anything close to that amount without Jonathan's help, his knowledge, and his willingness to fight for my justice. I never wanted a handout, but I didn't want to be shorted. Jonathan got me what I deserved, and I've already recommended him to family and friends, who have been just as pleased.

Had an auto accident with minor injury. Insurance company was a pain to work with. Friend if mine recommended that I talk to Victor, who he has worked with before. I was injured in a car wreck in November and called Collin a few days after my crash. I did not want the hassle of fighting insurance companies and the hospital as I am trying to recover from my severe injuries.
Collins showed concern for my well being. His first concern was that I get the medical help I needed. I did not have to be concerned with fighting the insurance companies or hospital. Collin took care of all the legal process and I did not have to lift a finger.

I am very thankful to have had Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nix as my attorneys for my personal injury case. I started with another firm that wouldn't even return my calls, I could never go to their office (not sure they had an office) the only time I would here from them or their paralegal was to sign papers and it was always to meet this woman in a parking lot and ALWAYS told to sign papers, sign here, sign there and it was all done out of the back of her van which was more than scary. That happened twice, one too many times for me, also I was in constant pain they (the other atty) never helped me as far as my medical attention. And then by the Grace of God I fell right into the lap of Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nick and after a meeting with Clyde and Jessica and them telling me that should have happened but we're not happening with or for me at all. So for me the best move I ever made was to fire them(the other atty) and hired Clyde and Jessica within 2 days I was seeing a doctor that helped me greatly with my pain. I was always kept informed about what was going on with my case and my calls were always answered and returned, any problems that may have come went straight to them and we're handled immediately and again I was always constantly informed about what was going on with my case. And when it came down to the settlement Clyde is a MASTER NEGOTIATOR!!!! My settlement was more than satisfactory for me and definitely more than I expected!!!!!! I was in a car accident. I was hit from behind and my car was totaled. I was hospitalized and endured excruciating pain for months. I was unable to work to support my family. The police department failed to do their jobs which allowed the driver to protest being at fault. The police report actually named me as being at fault. I'm rear-ended and it's my fault?, that was insane. So, because of the way the accident report was written. Absolutely, no one would take my case and I literally called about 30 to 50 attorneys. I had the list from the bar, as soon as they heard about the report, it was " I'm sorry we can't help you, good luck." So needless to say by the time I got around to speaking with Mr. Wheale I was extremely distraught from the lawyer rejections, the pain, no car, and the mounting bills. I was involved in an automobile accident that was not only traumatic, but very complicated. Even though I was completely stopped at a traffic sign, and the other driver left their lane and struck my car, effectively taking off the entire front end of the car, I was listed as being at fault. Did I mention that the car was 18 hours old? Yes, a brand new van with less than 30 miles on it. At any rate, my friend recommended that I call Mr. Vaughan, which I did from the crash site. Not only did he take my call immediately and personally, but he compassionately walked me through every step of the horrific process from the emergency room to final disposition. No question or concern was too trivial for Mr. Vaughan. He aggressively protected me from the other insurance company, and surprisingly my own insurance company! He was on the line with every phone call and fielded every question. He did not permit anyone to further victimize me. Mr. Vaughan was what an attorney is supposed to be, but regrettably rarely are. In the end all of my medical bills were taken care of, the other driver was taken care of, and I got a brand new van. Were it not for Mr. Vaughan's compassion, knowledge and unrelenting advocacy on my behalf the accident could have been catastrophic. I do not like attorneys, and I certainly have no trust in attorneys; however, Mr. Vaughan is, as I've already said, what and attorney is supposed to be. In 2016, I was involved in a very serious car accident. Dealing with the aftermath involved many medical professionals, medical facilities, auto insurance, medical insurance and replacement of my car all while I was trying to deal with the injuries and the pain. I called his office hoping to get an appointment for a consultation. I explained my situation to the very kind sounding person on the other end of the phone. She explain that she would check and call me back. She did and an appointment was made.
During my meeting with Mr. Kimsey he immediately put me at ease with his calm and relaxed demeanor. He listened carefully to everything I had to say while he looked over my paperwork. He took the time to explain the situation and to answer my questions. He gave me what he thought would be the probable outcome. The more we talked the more I knew I was in the right place. I had found the lawyer I needed and the worry and anxiety of my situation was gone. Over the next several months He and his assistant Amy worked on my behalf to achieve the best possible outcome. I was kept informed as to the progress of my case. Everyone I dealt with in Mr. Kimsey's office was always very pleasant and very helpful. I am very happy with the result of their efforts. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner. If I have a need for a lawyer in the future Mr Kimsey will be my first call.

We recently moved here from Wisconsin.
I was waiting on an appeal from Wisconsin along with my Wisconsin attorney.
The decision came in stating my case go back to the Administrative Judge here in Georgia.
My Wisconsin lawyer decided he did not wish to proceed here with my case and dismissed himself after almost 4 years. I was shocked. What to do now?
I started making phone calls for SSD Attorneys here explaining my case.
Not knowing many people let alone any attorney's here, it was a hard find.

I met with a few, but was either told they did not feel my case was winnable or I just flat out did not like them.

Mr. Tidwell did such a great job helping me through my case. He took so much time with me, helping me understand the process and making sure I was able to see the doctors I needed to see even though I didn't have a lot of money to pay the doctors up front. My 19 year old vivacious firstborn daughter took her own life just hours after being released from the hospital. I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident (in 2019) that was not my fault. My first attorney did not have any experience litigating motorcycle cases. He was slow to move on the case and was not looking at all options in terms of recompense. After several months of inaction, I handed my case to Allen who, from the very first call, made it clear that he was familiar with how to litigate motorcycle cases - he also rides - and identified ways in which we could achieve a better settlement than just the liability coverage of the other driver which covered less than 25% of my medical expenses.
Over the course of the next 9 months, Allen did a great job representing me. He was quick to respond to my requests for updates and patient with me when I asked how the process works. (This was my first time pursuing a civil case.) Through his efforts we were able to settle the case without having to go to trial. I am content with the settlement amount and know that I would not have got anywhere close to this had I stayed with the attorney I had originally hired.
