I broke my back last March while doing a favor for a woman I met online and dated briefly. Suffice it to say it was a home repair and it definitely was an example of the saying, "No good deed goes unpunished."
Several attorneys including one that advertises heavily on TV told me I had no case. Well
Michael Bennett didn't flinch and took my case. He did what all the others said couldn't be done and got the home insurance to settle with me.
I was made to feel welcomed every time I went to his office and treated kindly over the telephone every time I called.

I had a BK-7 on my TransUnion report. The date is incorrect. It shows from 2016 but BK was in 2012. I also had 60 days late on a car loan from 2019, no collection and charge off Citi bank from 2019 paid. Started rebuilding December 2021 with 522 FICO 8 but none of the strategies worked. I have to look for a credit repair company which my colleague at work recommended to me as a PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST to me. I believed her because I knew she was having a bad credit score but that day she showed me her credit score was above 800+ I contacted them immediately to be honest I was not disappointed. I followed all really good advice on journaling my accident injuries and recovery. I was a little taken aback that the information needed to verify my employmnet was not secured in a timely manner after I was terminated. It was at least 2 months after my severence that I was informed of a need to get my former employer records. I thought that this was completely up to the legal representative to get the information. I did assist as much as i could. I guess I was feeling that the process was so long ,that I needed more updates consistently. Overall it was good towards the end of my rehab and recovery. The longest issue I guess was the billing errors on the part of the insurance company and the hospital. I did feel better after actually meeting my lawyer . Very very nice. I am glad I contacted the law firm,]. They answered my call immediately. They have been with me now a year and a half trying to get everything straight.

I found this attorney to be unexperienced with resolving a driving on suspension charge. When first obtained, we were confident in a positive outcome. She was made aware of the difficulties that we were facing with getting the driver's license restored. As time went on we were not offered a solution. She kept half of the money and withdrew from the case when we could not accept her lack of resolution or effort.

It’s astonishing the extreme businesses will go to save themselves instead of looking into the matters that caused the issue. These are the text and email I received literally the next morning after writing my initial review which was (CHIN CHIN) from my other email. Asking about MONEY and nothing about my case doesn’t sound kind of suspect to you? Like I also stated I “intentionally stopped paying them after no call back after numerous attempts to speak with Mr Cronk regarding a follow up) Times are not the easiest these days and I don’t have money to throw away! Zero stars if I had the option. This firm is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I initially called because of a google referral and was excited due to them offering installment options. They were quick to take my deposit down payment and after never returned any of my follow up calls all which I left with the person answering the phones. I had a warrant that I desperately wanted lifted off of my back and I’ve called several times (my call log doesn’t lie) only to return nothing! This was concerning for me due to the fact it was a no release warrant and if I couldn’t get in touch with my so called attorney that was a major red flag for me in order to move forward. They had no problem snagging my first weeks payment out of my account though and immediately after that I stopped paying simply because I DID NOT SIGN UP TO DONATE TO A CHARITY!! This was business! Imagine I had turned myself in only to not have contact with the attorney I hired what a nightmare would that be. I get they maybe putting full paying clients before ones paying installments however at least return calls because technically after signing legal documents we are now in contract doing business! There you have it! Full and truthful as it can be. They might respond to this review trying to deny the truth but just know God see’s and knows. Even until this day I haven’t received a call back from them. I’ve never had to hire a lawyer before so I’m not sure if this is the norm but it’s just weird that they don’t even attempt to follow up. Tells me everything I need to know. $625 down the drain with absolutely NO service! Almost seems like a SCAM!!!

Horrible intake interaction, and was a barebone lack of clear fact finding. Lying to potential clients and disregarding referential treatment, because a method wasn't the same as usual. No call back to even say yay or nay. Shows a lack of professionalism. Although, can't speak for the attorneys in this matter as I never got past the gate keeper. I was referred by an attorney that has gained my trust, and that is the real shame.

Eric Johnson was AWESOME in every since of the word. My experience with Mr. Johnson exceeded my expectations. His combative, witty,straight forward way of cross examination, great character questioning and dead on closing arguments ended in a NOT GUILTY verdict after a 4 day trial and just a 2 hr juror deliberation. Everyone said he(my son) couldn't beat a Murder trial!!! Trust Eric Johnson from a happy mother who was losing her son for a crime he didn't do!!!

I went into his office demanding that my case be dismissed and I wasn't paying any fines, going to any classes or anything else. It was a possession of marijuana case and a super speeder
Eric kept the humor to himself as I insisted that I was going to walk away from this case with paying no other fee than his retainer..
He accompanied me to court on three different occasions and each time I left with a better deal than previously offered. He is a negotiator in this aspect.
In the end, I had to take a risk reduction class and a MADD class, so overall, I couldn't complain. The fine it self came up to $210. Which was very small since the traffic ticket itself was going to be over $700.
I was able to get the charges dismissed after paying the fine and taking the required classes on some kind of GA statue.
Since then, I have conferred with him about a case where someone hit my vehicle with no proof of insurance and his advice was dead on as to how I should proceed.
