I was recently charged with a DUI in Maryland.
My questions and concerns were heightened even more, as I am an out of state resident (WV), and did not know what to do.
Mr. Phillips is excellent. I was able to pay a $300 fine and complete online courses, thus, not serving anytime in jail. I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

After being charged with a boating under the influence charge with a .07 breathalyzer reading, I was told by the magistrate I could face potential jail time. Hiring Arnie was the best thing I could have ever done! He worked tirelessly to find issues with the DNR's statement, the sobriety test results and the overall charges. Ultimately all charges were dropped! He truly works hard for his clients. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Mr. Piereck became my attorney rather last minute to a very complicated case. The states attorneys office at the last minute decided to dismiss it, but Mr. Pierick was extremely helpful and informed on all of my options moving forward and as to why the states attorney’s office canceled.
If I ever had another case, I would highly consider even with a long distance between us in counties,I would call him again.

I was driving with no insurance, than I hit someone. I had some jail time charges. I missed my court date. Mr. Scott handle everything. He got the jail time charges remove. None of this is on my driving record. All I had to pay to the District Court was $275. Mr. Scott is great!!!! If you need a lawyer please use Mr. Richard Scott, he will give you a GREAT outcome.

I was seriously injured in a severe car accident last September. I knew GEICO was not giving me fair compensation for my injuries as I was ambulanced to the hospital on a back brace after 2 GEICO insured motorist slammed into the side of my car while I was waiting for a red light. I was involved in an auto accident, and hired a different attorney who i felt after several meetings wasn't listening or working as hard as he could have for me, so I met with Mr. Clark of Clark and Steinhorn and instantly decided to fire my other attorney and hire Mr. Clark. He kept me up to date on everything going on with my case, we had several meetings and anytime I needed him for anything he was there to answer any questions. The other insurance question only felt I was entitled to $1,000 settlement, it was no where close to a number we were happy with, Bob was able to get them to settle for $22,500 after filing suit. We were able to keep it out of court, and get a number I was comfortable with. I couldnt have done without them. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing legal help.

Debbie is the best. She is thorough, competent, ethical, principled - - and an amazing trial lawyer.
I suffered excruciating neck pain after being rear-ended by another motorist. Although the other driver was at fault, their insurance company dismissed my injuries because my car had suffered only minor damage. This meant my case had to go to jury trial. Debbie did such a superb job of presenting my case that the jury found in my favor and awarded me damages.
Debbie did an amazing job of representing me during trial. She was calm, polished and professional. She was incredibly well prepared and knew the case inside and out. Over about a week or two, Mr. McCollum gave me regular updates on their research into relevant case law, statutes, limitations, and the challenges with each. They reviewed well-known and recent laws, as well as older and more obscure. He broke all of this down in terms I could understand, and explained how each option may or may not succeed.
Mr. McCollum was upfront about challenges, possible outcomes, and realistic goals. As such, not everything was what I hoped to learn about my case.
