I am a retired United States Postal Service employee. I was injured on the job that involved a third party of a contracted leased trucking company. I was unable to return to work due to the injuries I had sustained and retired on disability a year later. The lawyer I first consulted was injured and eventually turned my case over to Jackson Associates Law Firm and Ms Tiffany N. Sims took over my case. She gathered all supporting documents together from all the doctors I had seen, there recommendations for treatments, rehab and medications. In my accidental case as an postal employee my injuries were caused by negligents of the driver hired by a trucking company that's licensed, bonded and has a contract with the United States Postal Service for distribution/delivery of mail. Ms. Sims experience with work related lawsuit immediately contacted me for consultation and within less than a year of taking on my case an agreement was settled with very good closing results. Attorney Ortega is an extremely knowledgeable lawyer. She is very methodical right from the get go, and collects as much information as possible to make your case rock solid. Ms. Ortega helped defend me against a debt collection lawsuit from Midland Funding LLC. This lawsuit was the first time I had sought legal help.
During my initial meeting, I was already high-strung from thinking about this case. My first impression of Ms. Ortega was that she is experienced and knowledgeable with this type of litigation, and that she commands a strong presence of confidence. I also felt the price for representation was extremely fair. Ms. Ortega even supplied me with very responsive pro bono contacts. After taking day to decide with my spouse, I retained Ms. Ortega.
Ms. Ortega made of point of saying she could only recommend certain courses of action and that she could not guarantee any particular result. The strength with which she emphasized this threw me a bit. My spouse, however, had had a lot of experience with legal proceedings as a guardian ad litem and told me this type of language was very common. I had a car accident(rear ended) October 2014 and car was total loss. Insurance company was not paying for car total loss and even for rental car and other expenses then I approached Vadim to get his help.

Erin is a rock star! She helped us with our traffic cases and was our advocate with the MVA. She's like a firecracker - small, but packs a big punch! And don't let her age fool you - she knows her stuff when it comes to traffic cases or anything with the MVA. Just be sure to call her FIRST before you do anything with the court or MVA (we learned the hard way!). Erin was always responsive and talked to you in a way where you could understand the law. Ms. Gilbert was always professional and attentive to my case relevant to the traffic citations I received from a motor vehicle collision on May 4, 2020.

I met Judson when he was the president of the Northern Maryland Chapter of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving. I am glad I met him at MADD. He is a plaintiff's attorney for those who are injured by drunk drivers in DUI and DWI cases. Just months after I met him, I was in a car crash with a drunk driver and suffered whiplash and herniated discs.
