Kevin helped me with a case with a former landlord. He helped me answer legal questions i didnt understand. He later agreed to take charge of my case even though it was going on for awhile. He took charge and fixed things i messed up, like not answering inquires in time. He made sure my side of the case was heard. He was always available to answer my questions and help. After being involved in a serious rear-end car accident caused by a negligent driver, I found myself in serious pain & overwhelmed. I had to deal with insurance companies trying to minimize their payout and healthcare providers who weren't guiding me toward the best recovery plan and were making billing errors beyond my understanding. Realizing I needed help, I asked a couple of very knowledgeable attorney friends for recommendations on the best personal injury lawyers on Cape Cod. Attorney Peter Goldberg's name came up multiple times. The first attorney I contacted had the most ratings online, but he opted for an initial phone consultation instead of an in-person meeting. He mentioned handling the most personal injury cases on the Cape and would assign an associate to work with me. My impression was that I was just a number to him, and when I reread his reviews, it seemed I wasn’t alone in feeling this way. The second attorney I reached out to was well-credentialed and came with strong professional recommendations. However, it was clear from his reviews that personal injury cases were only a small portion of his practice. I wanted someone who primarily specialized in personal injury law. My third call was to Attorney Peter M. Goldberg. After our initial phone call, he quickly made time to meet with me. During our meeting, I explained my situation, and he listened carefully, responding with empathy, consideration, and honest professionalism. It was clear he was highly knowledgeable in the areas of law I needed for navigating the insurance and medical aspects of my case. He made no promises or guarantees but assured me that his firm would represent me to the best of their ability. I trusted my intuition and hired him. Seven months later, my case was settled. Attorney Goldberg and his team, especially Ashley, who managed my case, were incredibly kind and professional. Whenever I had issues with aggressive insurance reps or billing errors, they were there to guide and protect me. I am extremely grateful for their support. They went above and beyond what I expected, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. From the time of the accident, it took me almost a month of physical pain and pressure from insurance companies to find my way to Attorney Peter Goldberg. Once I did, my problems quickly disappeared—no more billing or insurance issues. The case settled quickly and above my expectations, and I would wholeheartedly endorse Peter Goldberg and his team to anyone needing personal injury representation.

It is hard to overstate how positive my family’s two experiences with Atty. Asaf Sarno have been. If one were to sit down and describe the qualities of a great criminal defense attorney, you would describe Atty. Sarno. In the first case, a close family member with substance use issues was already on probation for non-violent related offenses when he re-offended. His case was referred to Superior Court where he was indicted and faced up to 5 years in a state penitentiary. He even failed to appear for a hearing. Fortunately, Asaf was available to take the case. Asaf deftly took advantage of errors and weaknesses in the state’s case. He also researched the sentencing history for similar cases, including that of the assigned judge. He also employed a PI to obtain relevant info to bolster the case. Although the DA’s office refused to make an acceptable plea deal, Asaf was confident that the case would resolve acceptably. In the end, the accused received extended probation – far better than jail time. At all times, Asaf remained positive and optimistic. With his client’s permission, he kept us family in the loop so that we could be appropriately supportive. (We also attended every court appearance which Asaf assured us was very helpful.) Meanwhile, another case (i.e. a different non-violent offense while under the influence) had been simmering for 2 ½ years. The original defense lawyer had assumed it would settle quickly. However, the prosecution again would not agree to an acceptable plea deal. It was apparent that the case would go to trial. It felt like a lost cause. My family member decided to get a 2nd opinion from Atty. Sarno. He instantly greeted us with positive energy and enthusiasm even before we explained the reason for calling him. We agreed to pay his reasonable fee to review the case. No guarantees but based on Asaf’s thorough review he presented three distinct approaches to the defense. Based on this and the prior experience with Asaf, he was hired to take over the case. Attorney Sarno worked hard on this case, appropriately hiring a PI and a forensic psychologist to bolster the defense. Importantly, Asaf ALWAYS returned calls and emails in a timely manner – typically within 24 hours, even when he was in court on another trial. Also with his guidance, we solicited letters of support from family members, former counselors, etc.. All this led to being as prepared as possible for the trial. Asaf made a vigorous defense, for which he was congratulated by the judge! In the end, my family member was given probation with some strict but reasonable conditions – much better than the what the state had previously insisted on. Now my family member has a reasonable shot at wellness because staying in a treatment program is now possible. There are many factors that play into the outcome of a criminal trial – the strength of the evidence, the skill and determination of the prosecution, the judge assigned, the defendant’s history, and the degree of support by family and friends. But certainly, a HUGE factor is the SKILL, DETERMINATION, POSITIVE DEMEANOR, and WORK ETHIC of the defense counsel. Asaf brings all of those qualities to his work – to an EXCEPTIONALLY high degree! Moreover, Atty. Asaf Sarno’s enthusiasm for his profession and dedication to his clients are what make him a head-and-shoulders standout in the criminal defense bar. I hope you never need the criminal defense skills of Attorney Asaf Sarno, but if you’re reading this there’s a good chance you do. My advice: HIRE HIM!

I have nothing but good things to say about Attorney Sarno. I was charged with multiple counts of possession of a large capacity firearm without a FID card, facing up to 10 years in prison on each count, and Attorney Sarno was able to negotiate a custodial sentence of only 15 months (after the prosecutor pushed the court for 2x that amount) and three years' probation. Through additional research and investigation, Attorney Sarno uncovered multiple instances of misconduct committed by the District Attorney's Office and local PD, resulting in my probation sentence being cut in half! Attorney Sarno went far above and beyond my expectations for a criminal defense attorney. I am grateful for his diligence, expertise, and relentless effort to get the best possible outcome for me. At the end of July 2022, my then-13-year-old son was mowing our neighbors lawn and subsequently was struck by a drunk driver. He suffered a deep laceration to his forearm requiring 10 stitches and an aftercare appointment. I was recommended to hire Attorney Stephen by a colleague and I immediately hired him upon discussion of the case. Attorney Stephen handled everything, from acquiring bills to paying them, keeping me informed every step of the way. The process with Attorney Stephen was effortless on our behalf. He handled all paperwork, negotiations and discussions with insurance and reported back always in a timely fashion. He treated our family with care and respect and not just as paying clients. Although not involved in the criminal case against the driver, he still took the time from his day to appear next to us in Superior court and support my son and I during her plea and sentencing- which my son and I are extremely grateful for. Attorney Stephen ensured the best possible final number for my son. He handled the annuity and was diligent about reviewing and explaining the process and paperwork with my husband and I. Attorney Stephen is amazing. I had called a couple other attorneys before I saw his name on Google. The first Attorney I called never got back to me and the second said it wasnt worth his time. Had a phone call with Attorney Murphy today and could immediately tell he knows what he is doing. He has lots of experience in landlord/tenant matters and knew all of the judges and even opposing council. With his expert advise, we were able to resolve the issue with a tenant. If you are a landlord, you need somebody with experience who knows landlord/tenant law inside and out. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him because I know he would do an excellent job and have no doubt, he would win. Loved the quip about "Murphy's Law" on his website. After a major fall on black ice, I felt I needed a lawyer. Not knowing who to call I drew a name out a hat which the names of three legal firms. I drew Jason Stone's name out of a hat and met with Sean Joanis and Eva. As it turns out I was the lucky one! I picked out the best legal firm. From the minute I called them I felt they cared. When my sister passed away, we hired Atty Andy Reservitz to help with her estate. Trying to do it ourselves was proving too stressful and complicated. Mr. Reservitz came recommended by a family friend. Our grieving family paid $1,000 at least two months ago. Since then we have not heard one word from Mr. Reservitz despite numerous attempts to get in touch with him to find out the status of my sister’s case. He has not responded to any of our inquiries. We have no idea what is happening with my sister’s estate including her house where her son is living and will inherit. This has compounded our family’s grief and anxiety. We don’t know where to go from here except to try to figure things out ourselves. Please do not hire this attorney.

I found Michelle online (my parents did) a day after I got a clerk hearing letter that was accusing me with three charges, and I was very overwhelmed with the situation because I had a lot to lose starting with my dream job, but still she was very professional, caring, and efficient. She explained everything to me and she did everything for me since day one without even getting paid first. She helped move my clerk hearing date closer which it was what I wanted because I needed to get this out of my head, and she also was able to get the police report of the incident to understand more what it was said, and she did that without even seeing me first, I REALLY appreciate all her work because not every lawyer will be there for you because I had another lawyer, and I could see the difference clearly. I was worried, and she was very patient and quick to respond any questions I had, even after the case was done, I was still emailing her and she was still there. She said she would fight my case even if it went to trial, and and I felt the need to have her in my case, and I was so glad she was able to represent me. I would definitely hire her any time I need a defense lawyer, she is exceptional! Thank you for your hard work in such a last minute hearing because I contacted her on Wednesday I believe, and Tuesday was the hearing which it was not even a week later. I am so thankful to you because I felt confident with you representing me no matter the outcome. Gladly it was a great outcome specially because it was a very hard case. I would recommend you to anyone in need of a defense attorney because you are not afraid to go the extra mile to represent your client in their best interest. I called Ms. Halström looking to speak to Frederic Halström but was directed to her. I was considering filing a medial malpractice case. She advised me to obtain all medical records (which perhaps she should have done, or verified) and, after talking for a while, made a date for a specific date and time for a telephone consultation. She never called. Time was of the essence. I called her, we set up another time, and she blew me off again! If this is the way she treats people I want nothing to do with her! Very unprofessional and rude! I would definitely not recommend this lawyer.

I regret trusting this law firm after my accident. This place has changed names 3 times in the last few years, from Kelly & Accociates , to The Law Guys to what it’s currently called Michael Kelly Injury Lawers. Was made false promises by my attorney and taken advantage of costing me THOUSANDS in the long run. They knowingly took advantage of me at my lowest and are now saying the attorney that represented me as well as my case manager have left the firm and will not help me. Stay away!
