Attorney Click recently represented our large extended family in a case where a prominent attorney attempted a land taking by claiming adverse possession. When we approached David, he was extremely busy but agreed to represent us in a timely manner that was needed to answer the complaint. Prior to contacting David we had spoken with other lawyers who were reluctant to go up against this particular well known law firm. David does not shy away from difficult. He knows the laws and is able to articulate his thoughts in a concise manner. He was very professional and nice to work with, and listened to any input that we wanted to contribute. He offered to travel to meet with the multiple people involved as most did not live nearby. The case reached a settlement agreeable to all defendants as well as the plaintiff having to pay all of our attorney fees. We highly recommend David as an attorney.

A commercial customer canceled my contract and refused to pay the outstanding invoice, a five figure sum. David took on my case after direct appeals failed to product any results.
David is a careful, detailed listener and assembled a fairly complete picture of the situation by the end of our first phone call. Subsequently, he spoke with other involved parties, prepared the necessary affidavits, and filed suit in Norfolk Superior Court.
His preparation is very thorough, exploring multiple avenues of enforcing the payment of my invoices. Ultimately, he presented my case in Superior Court with clarity and force. When the judge compliments your attorney on his presentation, you know you've picked a winner.
After the first day in court, opposing counsel promptly advised his client to move to a settlement. I was reimbursed nearly 100% of the outstanding debt.
While I would prefer not to go through any of this again, David would absolutely be my first call. He is top notch, well prepared, and knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of the legal system and its exacting requirements. -- Highly recommended.

Last year I was injured while shopping in a larger department store. I felt hopeless and had no idea where to turn for help. My medical bills were adding up, and i had limited use of my right hand due to the injury. The department store had several of their own representatives and lawyers calling me and offering little to no compensation. They kept telling me to sign a release statement of theirs. I didn't know what to do and I was about to give up when a friend of mine gave me the number to Hamilton and Hamilton. I am very please with David Asack and his office
He assisted me with a car accident case of where i was rear eneded by a company truck.
David walked me thru the proceess and was able to tell me what to expect from the other person issurance company what to expect from the dr and chiropractor
His secetary stayed on top of my case making sure that my dr and chiropractor billed correctly and made sure that any out of pockets expenses i was reimbursed.
I felt like he was always availble and was ready to assist me with any questions or paperwork
If i was ever to get into a car accident (hopefully i dont ) i will use him again

Eric was referred to me in November 2013, and I am very thankful for the recommendation. Eric achieved a result where it seemed no result would be possible. On two occasions, Counselor Finamore "saved my chestnuts" from the fire. Both times all he did was to make a phone call - just a phone call. But it was to the right person at the right time.
On one occasion, I sent Mr. Finamore a retainer check. He located important information which he conveyed to me quickly and efficiently.
Then . . . GET THIS . . . he returned my retainer! He helped me greatly and charged me not a farthing. INTEGRITY. Something missing in parts of America today. It is so refreshing to find a lawyer with great integrity who performs as he is asked.

Attorney Light represented me on two occassions. I found him to be informative, knowledgeable and professional. Although I felt somewhat intimidated on our first meeting, the more I got to know him, the more I realized that he was looking out for my best interest.
One of my cases involved my teenage son and Mr, Light would make it a point to ask aout him.
