We had very positive experience working with Megan as our Personal Injury Lawer. Accidents are stressful to begin with and dealing with Insurance company yourself in that situation is more painful. Attorney Click recently represented our large extended family in a case where a prominent attorney attempted a land taking by claiming adverse possession. When we approached David, he was extremely busy but agreed to represent us in a timely manner that was needed to answer the complaint. Prior to contacting David we had spoken with other lawyers who were reluctant to go up against this particular well known law firm. David does not shy away from difficult. He knows the laws and is able to articulate his thoughts in a concise manner. He was very professional and nice to work with, and listened to any input that we wanted to contribute. He offered to travel to meet with the multiple people involved as most did not live nearby. The case reached a settlement agreeable to all defendants as well as the plaintiff having to pay all of our attorney fees. We highly recommend David as an attorney.

A commercial customer canceled my contract and refused to pay the outstanding invoice, a five figure sum. David took on my case after direct appeals failed to product any results. David is a careful, detailed listener and assembled a fairly complete picture of the situation by the end of our first phone call. Subsequently, he spoke with other involved parties, prepared the necessary affidavits, and filed suit in Norfolk Superior Court. His preparation is very thorough, exploring multiple avenues of enforcing the payment of my invoices. Ultimately, he presented my case in Superior Court with clarity and force. When the judge compliments your attorney on his presentation, you know you've picked a winner. After the first day in court, opposing counsel promptly advised his client to move to a settlement. I was reimbursed nearly 100% of the outstanding debt. While I would prefer not to go through any of this again, David would absolutely be my first call. He is top notch, well prepared, and knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of the legal system and its exacting requirements. -- Highly recommended.

Last year I was injured while shopping in a larger department store. I felt hopeless and had no idea where to turn for help. My medical bills were adding up, and i had limited use of my right hand due to the injury. The department store had several of their own representatives and lawyers calling me and offering little to no compensation. They kept telling me to sign a release statement of theirs. I am very please with David Asack and his office He assisted me with a car accident case of where i was rear eneded by a company truck. David walked me thru the proceess and was able to tell me what to expect from the other person issurance company what to expect from the dr and chiropractor His secetary stayed on top of my case making sure that my dr and chiropractor billed correctly and made sure that any out of pockets expenses i was reimbursed. I felt like he was always availble and was ready to assist me with any questions or paperwork If i was ever to get into a car accident (hopefully i dont ) i will use him again

Eric was referred to me in November 2013, and I am very thankful for the recommendation. Eric achieved a result where it seemed no result would be possible. It took 8 years of patience, grind and frustration but the result finally came. Distance proved to be no barrier (other than the time change between East Coast and Australia). Over that 8 years there were long periods when nothing happened, but when it did, Eric kept me up-to-date and informed. My sincerest thanks for the time and effort you put in on my behalf Eric.

On two occasions, Counselor Finamore "saved my chestnuts" from the fire. Both times all he did was to make a phone call - just a phone call. But it was to the right person at the right time. On one occasion, I sent Mr. Finamore a retainer check. He located important information which he conveyed to me quickly and efficiently. Then . . . GET THIS . . . he returned my retainer! He helped me greatly and charged me not a farthing. INTEGRITY. Something missing in parts of America today. It is so refreshing to find a lawyer with great integrity who performs as he is asked. My recommendation: 100%. As they say in Maine, "Finest Kind".

Choosing an attorney can be daunting, however, after selecting Attorney Finamore and witnessing his compassion and perseverance, we did not regret our decision. He was up front from the start about informing us of the lengthy judicial process and parts of the case that would be difficult. He is well versed in the legal system and thought outside the box, which resulted in us receiving compensation from a difficult and unusual case. He was very supportive and went the extra mile until the very end.

I highly recommend attorney Velesig. He represented me on a case as a public defender and treated me as if I gave him a $5,000 retainer. 4 years later my neighbor called the cops on me claiming I threttened him. In a panic I called att. Velesig at his office at 4:45 he answered the phone himself and told me what to do over the phone how to handle the cops and to call him if I got arrested. He gave me his cell and said keep me posted. I felt relived and confident when the cops came I did what he said to do and in the blink of an eye they were gone. If I ever need to hire a lawyer Velesig is the guy!

Peter Anghinetti kept me out of prison. Twice. I know that if I had not met him in the Courthouse jail that day, I would be in prison. I made two stupid mistakes a few years back, and Peter absolutely rocked. Very smart man. Very straightforward. But also very compassionate. He had what I thought was an amazing knowledge of the law, the court system and the judges. He told me step by step what would happen, and he was correct every time. I had complete faith knowing my future was in his hands. I would absolutely recommend Peter Anghinetti.

Austin is a fine attorney. He really cares about his clients and is constantly working with them to give them the best possible results. The team at Dana and Dana are compassionate, understanding and thorough. Their firm is family owned, and they make their clients feel like they are members of that family.
