Went through the screening and got connected to Mr Bahrie where I was forced to listen to his accomplishments. That's all well and good sir but a well rehearsed speech don't win cases. I tried to explain my case several times where he cut me off and made fun of my condition. As he said it wasn't I glad my PTSD just magically went away . Sir joking about someone's medical condition you should know is a big no no. When I stoped him to stand up for my self he tried to cut me off and told me Let me tell you something. No infact sir let me tell you something your not going to talk to me just any way you like . As I didn't make it 5 min talking with this attorney and felt his attitude was ridiculous I would not recommend at all.

My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. This man saved my life he preserved my CNA license and fought for me like a pit bull in the courtroom so I would not lose my license from lies to Lara. He is very mean but he is very good in the courtroom!!! I say mean in a good way though, just fighting people the legal way!!! Watch out for jealousy in the workplace if they know you're more qualified than them, they will literally lie on you to hurt you so bad. Fighting against lies!!!! When my therapist finally convinced me to apply for disability I had already eaten through my savings in denial and was in a pretty bad place (though thankfully was safe and had a roof over my head, but I wasn't doing very well otherwise). I was overwhelmed and not sure how to proceed. My mother is a nurse so she asked around for colleagues who knew about the process, and one recommended Mr. Silverman - that was the best stroke of luck I could have asked for.
He was thorough and businesslike, on top of everything, kept meticulous records and chased every possible avenue. But he was also patient with me, sympathetic, and possessed of a humanity and no-nonsense humbleness you wish you could get in your doctors let alone your attorney. I probably felt more embarrassed about my situation than he did, and he tirelessly did the necessary research not only to know exactly what to do, what I was entitled to by law, and how to go about it, but also what things I needed to focus on to make sure the proper authoritative channels understood my situation in a way that was meaningful to them (important when you're an adult with a late ADHD diagnosis- he sifted through my chatter and knew which things were the needed information and which were not).
Through the whole long process, he was there getting things done, rolling with the inevitable snags and figuring out how to get over those hurdles, and keeping me up to date on what was happening, even letting me know now and then he was still on things just because it had been a while and we were still waiting. I never could have done it on my own, but I'm also confident he went above and beyond and strongly recommend specifically this man to help you out with legal advice. Knowing I had him in my corner kept me calm through the journey and I recently got my first disability payment, which hopefully will be the start of me getting a better handle on my health now that the millstone of supporting myself is lifted from my shoulders.
When he told me these reviews helped others find him I couldn't click the page fast enough. Hire him, I promise you won't be sorry, and I want him to be successful and happy forever because he really helped me out through something very difficult, and I don't care if it is his job I'll be grateful forever, he did a great job and he's a good bloke in my book.

I went to Mr. Silverman after losing my first appeal for disability, as most people do. Sam explained the processes, what he would be doing, kept me informed as the case moved along thru the appeals process to a successful conclusion in a hearing in front of a judge.

When our father died the will he left was contested by a family member. With no money for a lawyer my brother and I were forced to go it alone in court. I was a hibitual DUI offender, and hired Mr. Hyde after my third offense. He was able to get me the absolute minimum jail time, and worked it out where I only sat weekends due to my current life situation. Mike has a desire to be successful in his services and representing myself. This was first demonstrated to me when Mike did his research on me to determine if I was being honest with him in the beginning. When he was certain that he was given all the correct facts, he took on the case. I really appreciated this, because when he accepted my case, he was committed to it and to me. Mike would review every aspect with me and explain the alternatives including the potential cost impacts with the various options before proceeding. Mike dealt professionally with everything that needed to be addressed. He discussed the issues with me and listened to what I had to say without making any pre-judgments. Mike would summarize the issues well and keep to the facts even though the other party attempted to “rabbit trail” at every opportunity. My “after-divorce” problems continued for years as the other party would continually challenge the final order. Even in this, Mike dealt professionally and worked to keep my interests protected. In 2015 I experienced an awful car accident, lost my job, and to this day continue to suffer from chronic pain. Stephen Sinas came as a recommendation by my family's case manager; highly recommended at that. We've had--unfortunately--unpleasant and horrible experiences with prior attorneys, and thus, were skeptical.
However, since our case manager was fantastic, we took their advice and recommendation and sought out Stephen Sinas. Some skeptics may go by his young appearance, but that is simply not the case.
Mr. Sinas is a real attorney. One that will, and does, fight for his clients and goes the extra mile. He's extremely thorough and does not only do the job as your legal counsel but doesn't make you jump through hoops. He knows the No-Fault Auto law in Michigan well and he definitely does battle against the big name insurance companies.

After an auto crash I was involved in at the end of 2015, I was referred to Mike by a family friend. I was hesitant at first because he was an "unknown". In today's world, there are so many advertisements for personal injury attorneys that it makes it tough to decide. I hired Mike in early 2016 and liked how he was upfront with me about the process and provided realistic expectations. Unfortunately, I learned immediately that I didn't have enough coverage. This was hard to hear but a learning experience none the less. Throughout 2016, Mike kept me updated on my case as needed and he was always responsive when I had questions. In 2017, I settled the personal injury case. While I thought I deserved more(who doesn't), I was satisfied to get what I received and only just over a year from the crash.
As I left Mike's office in 2017, I didn't imagine ever going back.
Not because of anything Mike did but because I was moving forward and wanted this behind me. However, more injuries from the crash manifested themselves in 2017 and 2018 to the point where I was unable to work anymore. I set up a meeting with Mike in the summer of 2018 and ended up hiring him a second time to go after my insurance provider for loss wages and medical expenses. Mike advised us that we were within the three year window to collect and that he would be able to get those for me. After quite a bit of back and forth between the insurance provider, Mike, and myself, he was ultimately correct again and we received a settlement in November of 2019.
As evidenced by me hiring Mike twice within the last four years, I would recommend him to anyone involved in an auto accident in Michigan.
