I met Peter when I needed a lawyer because of a malpractice issue that resulted in permanent harm. It was a very hard time for me and I had no idea how to proceed given that I was still quite ill. Peter was thorough, negotiated with the hospital attorneys on my behalf and worked tirelessly on my behalf. He was a true advocate for patient rights. After suffering for months from injuries sustained in a roll-over car accident and beginning to receive push-back from my auto insurance company about covering my expenses, it occurred to me that I should pursue legal assistance. Having never been in this position before, I didn't know where to start or what to expect.
After contacting a few law firms with little result, I found The Sinas Dramis Law Firm in the Yellow Pages. A person (rather than an automated voice) answered the phone. My call was received with care, and my situation was taken seriously,
Within a short period of time I received a call back to discuss my case with the assigned attorney, Kevin Komar. Also participating on the call were George Sinas and Brittney Cole.
They informed me of my rights, and the laws that would apply to my situation. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I made that call! I had no idea my injuries would change my life the way they have, and that I would continue to need the assistance of Kevin and Brittney. They have supported me through several years of ups and downs, and my case is still active.
My experience with them has been stellar and professional. They have been informative, patient and encouraging. On one occasion Kevin made a special trip to our home because it would have been physically difficult for me to get to their office. His gesture was very much appreciated. It felt as if we were being visited by a family member.

About 4 years ago my wife had made the call to ABC law centers after researching various attorneys. We had actually been give an attorney’s phone number from a friend which we called. He talked to me for about two minutes and had no interest in trying to help. He wanted us to ask the doctors what happened to our son and then get back with him.
Jesse Reiter was FAR more concerned with trying to help us find out what had caused Matthew’s condition. He and his team took over an hour talking with my wife over the phone gathering information and then sent out the necessary paperwork so they could start looking into what had happened to Matthew. Since we had twin boys, Matthew and Andrew, they assured us that this was their specialty and they would get us answers.
The process then began with more paperwork and meetings as well as creating a video documentary for the care and condition of our son Matthew. All of this was done very professionally and within our hectic schedule. At no time did we ever feel like we were being pressured and everyone was very sympathetic to our needs.
Jesse Reiter and Rebecca Walsh worked very hard for us in this 4 year process. Jesse Reiter even commented on this being one of his longest cases that he has handled, but at no time did they waiver from the end goal of finding out what had caused Matthew’s condition.
Jesse and Rebecca did an AWESOME job of being sympathetic, patient, understanding and caring in their handling of our son’s case. Because of their hard work and persistence we are now assured of Matthew’s future care. This is a HUGE weight off of our minds because, as many parents, we were concerned of Matthew’s future for when we would no longer be around.

I am not one eager to make recommendations but I have no reservations suggesting Heidi Ferris-Salter for legal counsel. Two super lawyers for the price of one. I had a truck load of paperwork to be sorted through and analyzed. I don't know how they did it as the work seemed overwhelming but Heidi and her team of professionals went through it all with a fine tooth comb and didn't miss a thing. Heidi made the whole process easy for me. She did all the leg work and heavy lifting so to speak. In the end it is results that matter.
