My assessment of the Lacey Law Firm is based on years of experience doing business with lawyers and law firms in my position as Managing Partner of CHARTOR Entertainment LLC (www.CHARTORentertainment.com ). My co-Managing Partner, Charles Floyd Johnson, is an attorney as well. 2017 I was introduced to Ron and Mark Lacey by Attorney Nikki Mitchell, Senior Partner in the Law Firm of Mitchell, Brown & Associates, LLC. I retained Nikki Mitchell to handle matters concerning my Aunt and Uncle’s estate. I was the Executor of my Aunt and Uncle’s estate, they lived in St. Louis, MO. Both my Aunt and Uncle had fallen ill and their only daughter (my cousin), with whom they had a difficult relationship, had taken legal action to seize their estate. Mitchell, Brown & Associates specializes in estate and probate law but I also needed to retain a law firm that specialized in civil litigation. The legal challenge from my Aunt and Uncle’s daughter took four years to resolve through Probate Court and civil litigation. My Aunt had Alzheimer’s and my Uncle served as her caretaker and caregiver until he fell ill. My Aunt and Uncle’s daughter testified under oath that my Aunt, her Mother, had designated her as Executor of her Mother and Father’s estate, despite the testimony of my Uncle who made it absolutely clear to the judge presiding over the case, that both him and my Aunt—prior to her Alzheimer’s diagnosis—had designated me as the Executor of their estate as stated in their Last Will & Testament and their estate plan. Ron and Mark Lacey were professional, tenacious, thorough, meticulous and represented the highest standards of legal expertise in civil litigation. They treated my Aunt and Uncle with the utmost respect, kindness and consideration. For four years, from 2017 until 2021, I traveled constantly from Los Angeles, where I live, to St. Louis for court hearings, depositions, meetings with Ron and Mark Lacey and with Nikki Mitchell, and to spend time with my Aunt and Uncle. Ron and Mark Lacey maintained constant contact with me and visited my Aunt and Uncle to update them on the status of their case. My Uncle died June 2018 and my Aunt died March 2020, but before my Uncle passed away he spoke of his respect and admiration for Ron and Mark Lacey. They successfully prosecuted the civil case against my Aunt and Uncle’s daughter. Ron and Mark Lacey flawlessly executed their due diligence by uncovering fraud, financial malfeasance and elder abuse on the part of my Aunt and Uncle’s daughter. I have written this review for one very important reason: It was long overdue for me to express the depth of my gratitude and appreciation to Ron and Mark Lacey and the staff of the Lacey Law Firm for demonstrating a level of professionalism that represents the very best of the legal profession. In closing, I reiterate a statement at the start of my narrative: My assessment of the Lacey Law Firm is based on YEARS of experience doing business with lawyers and law firms in my position as Managing Partner of CHARTOR Entertainment LLC. I was hit by a uninsured drunk driver and had injuries. I tried to handle it myself with the insurance company and wasn't even going to get enough to cover all the costs associated with the accident. I contacted Mr. Adler in March 2021 about a car accident I was in the year before. I was frustrated from trying to set myself with my insurance company who deduced my injuries to my age (I am 42). Immediately he asked if he could contact me which stood out from nearly every other lawyer i contacted that week who was calling me like a bill collector.
As soon as I spoke to Mr. Adler he was kind and honest. I met with him a couple of days later, where we started the process and literally by June he got me my policy amount of $100,000! Thank you Mr. Adler.

Jim Adler is very professional, polite, and quick to respond. After my car accident I had no idea where to start. He was real with us from the start. Other lawyers told us they didn't know how to handle our case. Or that I didn't have enough evidence to go forward. But he knew there was a shot at it and when we dug further we knew that the risk was worth the shot and we could win big time. This lawyer knows his stuff. And he's humane meaning if he helps you, it's because he knows he can. If he can't he will let you know from the start and not just take your money. Every case is different. My case was a little complicated at the beginning and no lawyer wanted to help me except him. Even the 777-7777 lawyers turned me down. Famous ones on tv. But this lawyer tried to dig in and see if there was a chance instead of asking a couple questions and immediately declining. Everything you could want and more in an accident personal injury lawyer, he has.

We had never hired or had need of a lawyer before and we were scared. You always hear such negative things about lawyers and their character. We met with Brian and all our fears were gone. He was helpful and thorough and made us feel comfortable right from the start. He is personable and informative and always kept us up to date with everything that was going on. I had a slip and fall accident because of a commercial property owner's refusal to clean the sidewalks 3 days after a snow storm.
