In working with Brian for almost three years, I found him to be the most complete legal representative anyone could ask for. His work was meticulous, his replies and explanations were immediate and complete, and his friendly demeanor reinforced his commitment to our lawsuit. We never doubted his determination to succeed or his certainty that he would. Any questions on our part were answered immediately and in detail, with Brian's usual good humor and understanding. We never had occasion to criticize any of his dealings with us or with his goals to resolve our case successfully, which he did. We had never hired or had need of a lawyer before and we were scared. You always hear such negative things about lawyers and their character. We met with Brian and all our fears were gone. He was helpful and thorough and made us feel comfortable right from the start. He is personable and informative and always kept us up to date with everything that was going on. My husband has a very varied work schedule and Brian would always work around it. Sometimes even calling after 9 pm from home. I met with Mr. Templeton concerning a Workman’s Compensation claim from an injury I suffered while at work. I sustain a permanent partial disability as a result. After surgery and five months of physical therapy later the Doctor gave me a rating that I felt was too low for the substantial injuries I received. I contacted Mr. Templeton and he walked me through the claim process and explained my options very clearly. He even consulted with me around my work schedule. Mr. Templeton’s expertise in dealing with insurance companies and their attorneys resulted in a satisfactory offer. I could not have done it along. I had a slip and fall accident because of a commercial property owner's refusal to clean the sidewalks 3 days after a snow storm. Paul went above and beyond what most attorneys would, I had a small wreck with not very much insurance involved but he got the law firms part out of the $25,000. But the extra of $5,000 that he could of taken a part out of he would not, he has compassion for the poor, he was always there for me to talk to, he soon found out his client was having more than just a rear end collision problems, things in my every day life and family he seemed to care..
