I was going through a custody/ child support battle with my ex husband. The lawyer I had could no longer work on my case and referred me to Dana. It was very short notice but Dana stepped up and met me at our first court date. We discussed how things would go from there and she assured me that she would take care of everything. She stayed on top of the case while making sure to update me every step of the way. Due to her great diligence my case was dismissed. Dana was excellent and i would definitely refer her to my friends and family.

When I first began to realize I might need an attorney, never having the need before, I was at a loss as to how to find a good one. So I asked people who work with attorneys and I called those they recommended. Only one attorney returned my call, Chip Gentry. Chip always returns my calls. I met with Chip, who appeared to be intelligent, professional, and competent. He listened closely, took notes, and asked questions. He was realistic about the situation I faced, avoided making predictions about how the legal process might turn out, and was conservative in his estimation of potential success. By the end of our first meeting, I felt listened to, taken seriously, and understood. I was impressed. Thus began my journey with Chip Gentry, and in working with him grew to appreciate his obvious legal talent, brilliant strategic and analytical thinking, but most of all his love for justice and our constitutional system of law. He truly loves what he does and is very, very good at it. I also began to realize and greatly appreciate the fact that his partner Jason Call and their entire staff possess the same level of competence, integrity, and professionalism. I contacted Douglas through Avvo because I was rather tight on money, and wasn't 100% sure if I needed an attorney. After our 15 min call Biggs offered to continue to help me as much as possible. And I am extremely grateful. I was dealing with my first offense misdemeanor charge and wasn't sure how any of this was going to play out. Douglas Biggs was the most honest and helpful lawyer I had spoken with. He offered me invaluable advice and was in contact with me all the way up to my pretrial conference. Honesty and integrity aren't two words that you use too often with lawyers, but Doug Biggs has both qualities. He handled my legal matter with great professionalism and effectiveness. I sent him a check for his services, but he did not receive it as expected. So I dropped off a second check. A few weeks later he received the original check due to a mix up with the postal service. He could have easily deposited the check, but instead he called to inform me that he finally received the original check. He shredded the check per my request. Thank you Mr. Biggs. Hopefully I don't need any legal help in the future, but if I do, I will be sure to contact you.

Through a series of unfortunate events I was involved in an accident which led to my arrest. I cannot say thank you enough to Tim and his firm. I was facing multiple charges (including felonies) and things did not look good. But Tim was able to work his magic and make everything go away. I had several tickets piled on me by the KCMO cops that stopped me for looking like I was in the wrong place. Clint took them to court and got the tickets tossed out cause the cops did not have a good reason to stop me. Regular guy easy to talk and be honest with.

After a failed first attempt with another attorney, I was referred to Mr Cushing who knew the ropes on exactly how to process all the right paperwork -- the first time -- for the suit to prove causation and he already had professional relationships with expert contacts and lined them up quickly to minimize the wait time. He level set expectations with me about how long the process would take and turns out he was accurate within a few weeks. He was compassionate and gave me and my family peace of mind as he listened and talked with us about coping. I contacted Blake immediately after being in a head on collision and I am so happy I did. He was very helpful in guiding us on what we needed to do so that we where not only safe and taken care of, but understood what was happening. Blake cared about our well being and you could see and hear that in his actions. After the accident, Blake was very easy to work with and not pushy or after a quick settlement to get paid. During my treatment he stayed in contact and checked in on my recovery as well as gave updates on the process. Mr. Green is a highly professional, compassionate and friendly person. He took all of the members of my household into consideration when working for me. My youngest daughter is wheelchair bound and I have to lift her numerous times a day. My accident left me with permanent damage to my lower back and neck; most days I struggle to get up/down from the floor and am in pain when lifting. Mr. Green was able to get all of my medical bills and my totaled vehicle paid for as well as set us up with a bit of money to help with adaptive equipment/housing for the future.

I was involved in an accident caused by a semi truck and sustained an L-1 compression fracture. I was taken by ambulance to the ER and it was a good 6 months before I was able to do simple everyday things without too much pain. I knew I would need an personal injury attorney and asked around. A friend recommended her husband's college buddy, Blake Green. I contacted Blake and he came to see me in St. Louis. I was very favorably impressed by his down-to-earth demeanor and straightforward responses to my questions. I asked him for references and he provided several. I contacted all of them and was again very favorably impressed by what I heard. I agreed to retain him and was pleasantly surprised that his contract was very simple and straightforward, with no fine print. Once I signed the contract and releases, Blake got busy getting all pertinent records and drafting a claim. Throughout the process, Blake either reached out to me with updates or responded immediately when I emailed him about the case. The claim he prepared was very thorough and after he sent it to the defendant, he kept following up with them to keep the negotiations rolling. During the negotiations, he offered me the option to be kept as well or little informed as I preferred. I was happy to leave the details in his competent hands. After a few months of back and forth, Blake procured a very favorable settlement. I am an engineer by profession and have dealt with many attorneys, some good, some not so much. Blake is one of the finest I have had the pleasure to work with. My only complaint about him is that his practice does not include business law since I'd hire him in a heartbeat!

I could not be happier with the gartner law firm. I was referred to them by a friend also in the legal field. Right away when I talked to matt gartner about my particular work comp case he was very easy to talk to and did not give me that "salesman vibe" I would know as I am a salesman by profession. Matt did an excellent job explaining all the ins and outs of my particular case and looked at everything in a very objective fashion. Now I will say you must be patient with this process! You will not get results overnight. You must be patient to get the best result. That being said I'd be more than happy to suggest anyone with personal injury or work comp matters to consider the gartner law firm. amazing attorney! My son was injured during delivery and I was given the news that he would never walk he's had to overcome a lot of obstacles. Roger got Justice For My Baby! I contacted Mr. Adler in March 2021 about a car accident I was in the year before. I was frustrated from trying to set myself with my insurance company who deduced my injuries to my age (I am 42). Immediately he asked if he could contact me which stood out from nearly every other lawyer i contacted that week who was calling me like a bill collector. As soon as I spoke to Mr. Adler he was kind and honest. I met with him a couple of days later, where we started the process and literally by June he got me my policy amount of $100,000! Jim Adler is very professional, polite, and quick to respond. After my car accident I had no idea where to start. Jim answered all of my questions thoroughly, handled my case with care and made it feel as if my case was his top priority. It made the process a little easier knowing he was representing me. His secretary is polite and the office space is very warm, welcoming, and professional. I would highly recommend Adler and Manson if you ever find yourself in need of an attorney.

He was real with us from the start. Other lawyers told us they didn't know how to handle our case. Or that I didn't have enough evidence to go forward. But he knew there was a shot at it and when we dug further we knew that the risk was worth the shot and we could win big time. This lawyer knows his stuff. And he's humane meaning if he helps you, it's because he knows he can. If he can't he will let you know from the start and not just take your money. Every case is different. My case was a little complicated at the beginning and no lawyer wanted to help me except him. Even the 777-7777 lawyers turned me down. Famous ones on tv. But this lawyer tried to dig in and see if there was a chance instead of asking a couple questions and immediately declining. Everything you could want and more in an accident personal injury lawyer, he has.
