Grungo Law was a very comprehensive Law Firm, who not at any point let me feel alone in the process of my lawsuit. Whenever I had doubts or questions, they were always available to take my call or messages. The entire team across the board at the Law Firm were so helpful and were diligent on their pursuit to settle my case. They also provided me with lots of guidance and support on a medical level. I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I also recommend them to anybody that's looking for an attorney to help them with a criminal, personal injury, family, restraining order, traffic, or other legal matter. I just want to thank Ciro & his best efforts on my case and I’m glad to say that I am very content, he went above and beyond for our motor vehicle collision. The other party that hit us didn’t have an absolute thing (license, registration, etc. ) but Ciro fought and made sure my mother and I received a decent amount! After four years processing a Will which Bertone herself describes as "a simple, uncomplicated case involving few assets", she has produced nothing but delay and deceitful excuses for her incompetence. Violating even minimal standards, Bertone refuses to set her fee, only indicating that her share of the inheritance will be more than any intended beneficiary receives. She's provided numerous examples of collusion with opposing counsel to ensure his cut is as excessive and lucrative. Her practice is essentially parasitic. Don't be swayed by bogus reviews full of flattering adjectives and no specific information. This firm should be avoided like the plaque.

Our disabled daughter was injured when a speeding car lost control, crossed lanes, hit the taxi she was in and caused it to roll. The problems and confusion this caused in a "no fault" state (where the passenger's auto insurance (none) is to cover their injuries) seemed insurmountable. This firm not only handled all this chaos smoothly but was able to obtain an unexpectedly
large settlement for her.

Jessica Bosch is an outstanding attorney. In my initial consultation , she laid out in detail the way my case should proceed. She explained that she would handle it amicably, but if needed she would aggressively protect my interests. What should have been an easy case turned into an adversarial situation and Jessica was right on top of it, protecting my interests in a highly effective and efficient manner. After a what was too long of a journey, the settlement was exactly what she laid out for me in the initial consult!! Throughout the proceedings, Jessica was razor sharp and quick to jump on what needed to be done. She was supportive of me and also gave me clear boundaries for negotiating, etc and did not let me give in to unfair requests (she was my backbone!). During panel review and mediation, she was very assertive (appropriately, but believe me, she will fight for you!!!). She protected my interests and pointed out the other side's unreasonable requests in a clear, direct, and focused manner. (in response to a frivolous motion, she produced what was a legal work of art as a response-- the other side withdrew the motion! Unsubstantiated claims from the other side in emails- not tolerated, she put the facts on the record in proper procedural form). As I said, Jessica is highly effective and efficient as is her staff. Her paralegal was outstanding making sure I had every piece of paper work and guided me through what was needed and when it was needed!!
