Have you ever been hurt? The kind of hurt where you can't walk or care for your family properly?... Well I have. And let me tell you it is scary. And it's even more scary when the reason you were hurt is because someone was negligent. What do you do? Knowing life would never be the same... lingering pain, physical limitations... and what's worse is that it could happen to someone else at any moment. That's how I felt. I walked in to Mr. Musmanno's office not knowing what to expect. I had never met with an attorney for anything and I was scared. By the end of that first meeting I knew everything would be ok. Chris (as he told me to call him instead of Mr. Musmanno) explained everything in plain language. He walked me through all the steps of the legal process. One more than several occasions I have had to call on Mr. Zalarick for his expertise as an attorney. Over the period of 15 years he has been my go to lawyer in times of crisis to which I needed results overnight or for rather lenghty commitments that involved his team of qualified assistants to dig in gather information and allow Mr. Zalarick to present my case in order to win a desision in my favor. He has assisted me with resolving two seperate real-estate zoning issues and the closings on three home sales as well some motor vehicle and traffic issues. I suffered a minor injury while on the property of a national motel chain. Though the motel ignored the claim and brushed me off, Mintz & Geftic pursued them methodically and promptly, overcame every obstacle, stood up to them, and saw to it that they were held them responsible. Throughout the process, I was amazed that every time I called for any reason, the lawyer himself found time to jump on the phone and answer my questions directly. Yes, there's a large support staff, but they handle things behind the scenes, while I had direct access to the attorney! Everything considered, I feel I was treated like family or a VIP.... and they made the motel chain cough up $38,000! Very satisfied!

I consulted with the attorneys at Mintz & Geftic after I was injured in a serious accident on the Garden State Parkway. I suffered numerous injuries and a Mild Traumatic Brain Injury, and the lawyers at Mintz & Geftic made sure I understood everything going on. The case was scheduled for trial on numerous occasions and each time the attorneys spent days and long weekends preparing for trial. Vicki was great! I contacted her when the insurance company offered me a small amount, yet she managed to more than quadruple that sum by utilizing really out-of-the-box thinking and negotiating tools. For example, she used the current political climate of the jurisdiction in which my case was venued in order to secure a larger settlement. I would have loved to have seen her in court, but living out of state as I do, taking the matter to trial would have been more of a headache than it was worth. Vicki understood my concerns, and acted accordingly. It was a no-mess, no-fuss kind of settlement from my perspective, which is exactly what I wanted. I hit 3 parked cars and flipped my own car landing on my driverside door all right in front of the Hoboken Police Station so as you could imagine all the cops came to see!. I was charged with a DWI and Since this all happened in a company car I knew i was going to lose my job. Not only did Robert prolong my case for about a year giving me enough time to find a new job, but I only got 3 months loss of license and the minimal fines.
