I hired Mr. Hernandez to represent me on a Simple Assault case in Middlesex County . Not only did Mr. Hernandez get these false charges dismissed on the first court date but he made himself available 24/7 to answer any questions and to also reassure me he would fight for me . Mr. Lutz was a perfect choice for my husband's case. I came to the Friscia and Associates law firm with a very complicated case. Had I realized just what a sisyphean task I had handed to them, I would have never proceeded. Despite the difficulty of the case, Mr. Minkove proceeded with diligence and skill. I doubt I could have found a better law firm to handle my case. I was treated with respect and dignity and kept informed of the myriad twists and turns of the proceedings. I was completely satisfied with their handling of the case and would recommend them to anyone. If they could get as far as they did on such a trying legal matter, handling the routine or even slightly complicated case would be child's play for them. Unfortunately, I have been in some automobile accidents. Fortunately, I met David Cedar who is highly intelligent; he knows the law. Mr. Cedar resolved one of my cases after I was told by another attorney that there wasn't anything that he could do. I'm writing this review because Mr. David Cedar deserves the praise and recognition. He and his staff are very professional and personable. Had a car accident and was very scared and nervous about the whole process. I had never been in a car accident before and was hurt badly.
