I had 3 other lawyers trying to drop some charges and avoid jail time. Which none of them could accomplish it seemed like they were all scared of the prosecutor. I hired Frank and saw immediate results although I served the jail time he got the orders I needed dropped. In an expediated manner The best thing I loved about Frank is that he listened instead of worrying about my money. He’s a beast in the court room and definitely well respected by all the judges. He’s very confident in his work and it speaks for its self. I highly recommend him for anyone going through anything. He’s caring respectful and does everything he tells his clients he’s going to do with no hestitation. I spoke to Mr Zisa yesterday about a real connundrum where I have a family member who refuses to leave a home owned by my Alzheimer's stricken mother. The funds from the house are sorely needed for her care, but the family member is frustrating efforts to sell the property and refuses to pay rent. Mr Zisa gave me more than an hour of his time for free, listened gave excellent ideas on the way forward and even called me back with further useful information. I really appreciated his concern and empathy, not to mention his knowledge of the relevant subject matter law. I will likely hire him as my counsel

After I slipped and fell on a puddle of water in a department store bathroom, I didn't know who to call. My aunt recommended Robert Solomon, so I gave him a call and I'm so glad that I did. He answered all of my questions. The client communication was excellent. The office staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Solomon even gave me his cell number to call anytime. Although the department store initially refused to make a settlement offer, after 18 months of litigation, Mr. Solomon obtained a six figure settlement for me. I suffered a devastating injury at work when a scissor life tipped over and crushed my foot. A friend referred me to Mr. Solomon and I'm so glad that he did. He sued the town that was responsible for my injuries. The case took several years to resolve. Mr. Solomon always returned my calls and kept me fully informed as to the progress of my case. He settled my case after a mediation for almost 2 million dollars. I now have enough money to live comfortably for the rest of my life.

I feel obligated that I need to post this. I had previously posted a review on December 25th 2014. The only reason I made a post is because I was asked many times by Robert Solomon (Metrolaw) himself to make a post because he wanted to elevate his rating. I was pressured and bullied into doing this and did not feel comfortable posting a review because Mr. Solomon was not done with this case, not even close to being complete, but I was afraid if I did not do it he would take it out on me. I have the original emails of him asking me to do this as well as the email I submitted to AVVO to prove authenticity and truth.
Mr. Solomon is not a truthful person by any means and I found out many things he did behind by back.
As a matter of fact I do not feel he cares very much about his clients. I was sent another clients personal medical information and documents. I could only guess this was done in error and or negligence because there was no connection between my case and the other person's case, a client named Susan. I can only wonder if this is the same Susan who posted a review. I also received other clients documents that are not medical. What is sickening is that I told Mr. Solomon many times he sent me these documents and not one did he ever ask for me to send them back. Great way to look out for your clients over a situation Mr. Solomon caused.
I see on the AVVO website on Mr. Solomon's profile "we have not found any instances of professional misconduct for this lawyer". I am confused.....Mr. Solomon shared with me in depth multiple times he and or his firm had been sued for legal malpractice many years ago. He always spoke about how this affected his legal malpractice insurance policy.
I can name many other serious issues but I will let them be handled in the proper fashion.
I highly question any review on this profile after I was pressured into submitting a review. Mr. Solomon should try and put the effort in and do the work and earn a favorable review instead of bullying a client into submitting one.
Lastly, I see why he had removed from his profile he was a former municipal Judge in his hometown of Norwood. Google and read the order from the Supreme Court of New Jersey. They found his conduct and violation of rules/ laws to be serious enough that he was censored and banned him from holding or securing judicial office for a period of 5 years. WOW
Don't be fooled by Robert Solomon or Metrolaw. Find an attorney who is truthful, follows the laws and actually cares about his clients.

My case has been dragging on for years. Though this may be the way it is in workers comp cases, I feel, at times, that Mr. Jacobs could be a little more aggressive getting things accomplished. That said, he has certainly stood up for my rights and has gotten many things approved. He certainly tries to do what is right, but, the law itself holds him back.

We used their services but it was really bad services. The workers were very kind but their work is very unorganized. An application that was supposed to last a few months with them took almost 2 years. Due to them, we missed our opportunity to visit our sick family member. Despite our repeated efforts to reach out and get the process finished their negligence and procrastination caused us to miss our window. Do not use this law firm. Do not recommend and that is rare for me to say.

Eager for injury case. Hired Brent,asked for John.Brent had haughty attitude&dismissive of specific questions but supposedly would fight for permanent bodily damage. One and only negotiation meeting was delegated to an underling.Brent did not consult with me.Underling did not fight for more but recommended to settled for 1/4 amount discussed. Very disappointed in his attitude,impersonal tone and lack of determined persistence in obtaining me the amount discussed. NoI was racked with pain and a family loss and wanted to trust a lawyer. Very disappointed in treatment of me as a client,of the openness of his intentions to not personally handle this case and of the lack of passion to pursue this case for another year or more for justice. Regret going there.

Let me explain very quickly before you look at all the other reviews of lawyers that are out there I'm starting to really understand why people think that they are the scum of the Earth and the games that they play I don't know which is worse insurance companies or law firms but to get to what I'm talking about my case was dropped from a serious car accident and I was uninformed how to adapt and how to work out any problems that were occurring they should have just told me up front that they weren't interested in the case and that my injuries weren't serious enough for them to handle but I had an accident occur and I know people that have had little or no injury at all and it made thousands of dollars so if you want to waste your time with the law firm that will give you the runaround you'll just be talking to assistance and voicemails all day then come here I've had a better time talking to my dog or taking them for a walk and picking up after them after the way I was treated as a no one the coming here instead of handling it like a man and calling me they send me a certified letter in the mail after a year of wasting my freaking time go somewhere else

I cannot recommend The Law Office of Blair Zwillman highly enough. When my then 19-year old son got his only traffic ticket a few years ago, Mr. Zwillman pulled off a miracle. My husband and I are both non-practicing attorneys and almost lost our minds when we sat this ticket. It was over two feet long and contained 6 or 7 separate violations adding up to a more than $700 fine and so many points that my son almost lost his newly minted driver’s license. The NJ cop who pulled him over was clearly on a mission to more than exceed his quota that mouth as many of the violations he was cited for were clearly discretionary and over the top.
Long story short, we contested the ticket and Mr. Zwillman represented my son in traffic court. He vastly exceeded our expectations and got the ticket down to about $100 fine and just a few points. As a former traffic court judge myself, I can attest to Mr. Zwillman’s incredible skills in working with prosecutors and judges to achieve the best possible results for his clients. He is one of the best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

I had an acrimonious divorce and when my ex lost her alimony, she decided to exact revenge on me by filing frivolous criminal charges at the county level...one of which was a felony level offense. I was referred to Kevin, and let me tell you, this was the single best referral I've ever received. First, he got the felony level charges remanded down to municipal charges. He then meticulously and relentlessly dissected them to clearly demonstrate that the charges were both exaggerated and clearly unwarranted. He worked closely with the prosecutor to demonstrate same, and in the end all the charges were dismissed. As a working professional myself, I would urge anyone who finds themselves on the business end of a prosecutor's wrath to hire Kevin. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, ethical, and always responds even for the most trivial questions. He is truly one outstanding attorney!

I started looking for a lawyer to initiate a wrongful death lawsuit after my husband was killed in a multiple vehicle accident. Andrew is a good lawyer. I hired him for DV case. It's not his fault but ours. He is not a specialist in these kind of cases. I had used his services for personal injury cases before, for which he is excellent.
I contacted him for suggestions for a DV attorney when he said he can help us with that case too. And so I did. Big mistake.

I hired Ms. Veksler in October of 2021 to assist me with responding to a motion pertaining to my post-divorce settlement case. After speaking with Ms Veksler on the phone for about 30 minutes and later meeting her in person for 1.5 hours, as per our agreement I was expecting to be updated on the progress of this case.
I made it clear to Ms. Veksler this was a time-sensitive case with approximately 1.5 weeks left to the motion. A week after my meeting with Ms Veksler and several unsuccessful attempts to reach her via the phone, email, and text messages I received a call from her secretary scheduling a call on October 8 at 11 am which was canceled by her secretary on the same few minutes before the call. After several more text messages and phone calls she called at 6:30 pm on Friday and was extremely rude and obnoxious over the phone saying things “you are not paying me enough to get my full attention”, “I have other clients besides you and if you need VIP treatment you need to pay me more”. Her tone of voice and manner of speech were extremely unprofessional as she was chastising me instead of legally representing me and offering professional advice and support. It was clear at that point after a week there was no progress made on my case since she was proposing on the case something we have never discussed.
Moreover, Ms. Veksler didn’t thoroughly study my settlement agreement since she was proposing things that contradicted what was discussed prior. Since she kept talking about her fees more often than my case, I realized she wants to drag this case for a long as possible. I had already paid a retainer and the time discussing my case was fully covered, so her bringing up “how little I am paying her” is a baseless argument because those were the fees that were quoted by her.
At the end of a contentious conversation on Friday, October 8th after my repeated requests we finally agreed that Ms. Veksler would send an email to the other party’s attorney by the following Monday, October 11, 2021. This never happened and no explanation was provided. Having wasted a lot of my time with no results, I decided to no longer use Ms. Veksler’s services of which she was notified on Monday, October 11, and hired a different attorney, outside the network. who I am extremely happy with.
Ms Veksler ended up charging me for 5 hours of service including communication (verbal and written) with another attorney which she wasn’t able to prove. She claims to have drafted an email, for which I paid but she refused to send it to me.
To sum up, hiring Ms. Veksler was one of the most aggravating experiences for several reasons:
- Failure to make progress on my case before the agreed due date
- Extremely unprofessional communication style, both aggressive and demeaning
- Lack of updates or any approximate timelines when things were supposed to be done
- Repeated mentioning of money, either alluding to her other higher-paying clients or just procrastinating to use up the retainer on empty conversations and not on actual work

Mr. Bailey is very unprofessional and money hungry. He will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money and then never do anything for you. I had him for a whole year and he did absolutely nothing for me he was supposed to, so I fired him and hired a new attorney and he did in a month what mark didn't do .
