If you want an attorney who will fight for you within the confines of the law then Greg is a good choice. When I left my ex he filed for an Absolute divorce after the 1yr separation requirement. Greg fought for me to have court ordered alimony. There was an unusual twist in my case which Greg successfully helped me with. He is a kind, hard working man. He always promptly replied to my e-mails and answered my questions. His staff is wonderful. Every one I encountered was very kind and helpful Any messages I left for Greg were always given to him. Mr Stark assisted me with my injury lawsuit. I found him to be extremely attentive and helpful. He took to the time to get to know me, not just my case. Leaving St. Thomas More Church in Chapel Hill I was unaware of the posted speed. I received a citation, was to appear in court two months later. I was unable to attend, I live Cape Cod Massachusetts. The citation caught up to me two years later, on the renewal of my Massachusetts driving license... I contacted Attorney Goldston. He returned my email promptly and reassured me not to worry. I went off road on a hilly road in Boone North Carolina and got stuck in a ditch.
The county police officer gave me a ticket for $238 stating failure to maintain lane making me feel more traumatized .
I felt the ticket was unfair and uncalled for.
I got in touch with Shelby from Britt's team and she patiently got all the details required. It was like talking to a close friend.

I met Mark by chance outside the Durham County courthouse the day before my traffic violation court date. We had a lengthy conversation about the case and, while waiting for him to conduct other business, I had a chance to observe the goings on in court. I hired Mark and he immediately got to work, even working into the night (the 1:30 am text let me know). The outcome achieved in court was, I believe, the best possible. I first retained Mark Simeon 15 years ago, referred by my auntie. He handles all the traffic tickets for my whole family. We all knew he was an excellent lawyer, but after what he just accomplished for my fiancé, I must say he's the absolute BEST!!
Long ago, some people in town started calling him "Houdini" because he can make license suspensions disappear off drivers' records. Now I see why -- my finance's license was suspended PERMANENTLY, several time over, and now, all the PERMs are gone! It took some time, and honestly, more money than we can afford, but it was so, so worth it. Simeon has a system, and it works.
I hear he recently started a nonprofit law firm for NC driver license restoration so that he can help people who can't afford him. Let's hope they get the grants and donations they need to stay afloat because it's too many people out here driving on revoked licenses because they just don't have the money for lawyers like him.
Anyway, Mark Simeon gets my top vote. I'd give him ten stars if I could!

I was in a bad car accident and the other insurance company was terrible. They fought me every step of the way: car repair, loaner car, medical bills and depreciated value--the last straw was them trying to repair my car with use parts.....a 2 year old car.

I've worked with Brian for approxiametly 10 years. I owned a real estate brokerage firm at the time and did most of my closings with Brian. I also did real estate flips and worked with investors, banks, the courthouse, etc. Brian has a wealth of real estate knowledge and was easy to contact to get advice, documentation, etc. I've referred Brian to several builders and realtors and they all let me know how much help he was.
In the last couple years I hired Brian to help litigate a lease / purchase conflict that went to trial. Brian provided great support for this case which was eventually dismissed. He could not act as the lead attorney given our relationship, but his research and input greatly helped.
Even though Brian has a Duke education and often litigates for national banks, he is very approachable and easy to talk to. His focus is not on counting the minutes he can charge, or in any way self serving. Brian will listen and will talk through key issues I need to understand.
I highly recommend Brian and his firm. If you want a down to earth, intelligent, creative advocate, then it will be worth your time to talk to him first.

Stacy battled a travel insurance agency to get a full refund for me and my husband who was diagnosed with a progressive disease a couple of weeks before a big family trip to Italy.
