Mr Osborn represented me in a case of shoddy workmanship against a contractor. The case was complicated by the intermingling of business partners within several different businesses. Lauri is smart and hard-working-a consummate professional. Calls and messages were always answered within the same day. I was kept informed and always consulted. Lauri treated me with incredible kindness and patience. I felt more like a part of her family than a client.
After I had been struck by a car, dealing with the medical providers and insurance companies seemed daunting but Lauri guided me through the process every step of the way. Absolute Scam and Unprofessional Behavior
Jeremy,
I hired you to help with a bogus speeding ticket, where I have clear dash cam footage showing my speed, location, and the officer’s actions before and after the stop. The officer claimed I was going 80 in a 45, wrote the wrong location of the stop, and the speed limit on that road was actually 55. My speedometer was at 61, clearly shown on the dash cam. Yet, you had the nerve to tell me you could “maybe” reduce the ticket to a 14-over, despite knowing the entire ticket was a joke.
After this ridiculous introduction, I called the very next day—over a month before the court date—and requested a refund. Your desk lady assured me I’d get a full refund. But today, I get a call telling me the case was continued (even though I fired you), and now you’re only offering half of my payment back because you “spent 20 minutes” on my case? That’s a load of crap.
Then, to top it off you have the audacity to threaten me with legal action if I dispute this scam through my bank. You’re not even competent enough to handle a simple case like this and now you’re acting like a crook. I honestly feel bad for your firm that you’re so desperate for this money, but I’ll be sure to keep on sharing my experience the community.
Keep the half—you clearly need it more than I do.

After I was struck and run over by a drunk driver, I tried to find a lawyer to represent me, but I was instead met only no callbacks and vague statements that their caseloads were full. Apparently my case was not simple or easy enough for other attorneys. I had just about given up trying to find representation when my father found the excellent reviews for Jason Burton and suggested that I give him a call. I'm exceedingly glad that I did.
Jason was incredibly professional and helpful during this particularly stressful time in my life. Jason listened carefully and provided excellent advice. I could not be happier with my choice of attorney. Because of Jason's efforts, I was awarded the maximum amount possible from both the drunk driver's insurance company and my own insurance plan's under-insured motorist coverage.
While I at first felt hopeless about being able to recover anything from the insurance companies, Jason turned that around. I highly recommend Jason Burton for any personal injury or accident case.

Late last summer, I was severely injured due to an unexpected “tustle” with a bouncer who blindsided me and hit me square in the jaw. I had no part of the altercation that happened outside of the bar that night and unfortunately got sucker punched by a huge bouncer. I went straight to the E.R. thinking this man had broke my jaw. Luckily months later, I recieved video evidence from someone spectating. I was not sure that anything would settle because of them being bouncers at a well established bar.... yet Jason was able to hear my case and help me settle with more than what i had endured. He listened to the full story and believed in me, gave me good advice and had excellent communication through the entire process. Jason is extremely good at what he does and I HIGHLY recommend giving this man a call for anyone with a personal injury!!

Mr. Wickward has been very informative in everything from start through currently awaiting the jjudge's decision after an adjudication review in June 2014. He has explained everything to me in layman's terms, easy to understand, and when there were any questions on my part, then he was so patient to explain the process, and specific questions, that I may encounter. He is very knowledgeable about disability, and social security laws. I have been totally pleased with his candor, and expertise.

I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. Communication was slow, and I constantly had to follow up to get any updates on my case. When I did get responses, they were vague and unhelpful. It felt like my case was not a priority at all.
Additionally, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and attention to detail, but there were multiple mistakes in paperwork that caused unnecessary delays. For the amount they charge, I expected much better service.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable and competent legal representation. Look elsewhere if you want a team that actually cares about your case.

Why a five? Both my daughter and son were in a car accident, separate occasions. Through this media we found J. Erik Groves. Dealing with insurance companies was a headache. I’m so thankful to have the opportunity to share my experience with Thorp Law. From the beginning, Isaac and his paralegal Tammy expressed empathy with regard to the unforeseen situation I had found myself in following an MVA in November of 2023.
