Jeff and team were exceedingly thorough. Jeff explained difficult concepts so that my wife and I could understand them without having a legal education. I was amazed at the time he spent with us answering our questions. He created a fairly complex will and trust for us quickly and at a surprisingly low cost. Jennifer (paralegal) spent hours with us, arranging documents, making requested changes and walking us through the trust “funding” and execution process. In the summer of 2022, I was riding my bicycle and almost went into a dangerous sewer grate along Linden Road in Rocky River. The grate had slots parallel with the road, which could easily swallow a whole bicycle wheel, causing serious injuries to an unsuspecting cyclist. Linden Road had twenty such drainage grates along its ¾ mile length and was near a school. I contacted cycling advocate attorney Kenneth Knabe and sent him photos of these dangerous grates. Mr. Knabe in turn alerted the city officials to these hazards and in early 2023, they installed bicycle-friendly grates into the roadway.

Attorney Diehl represented me in an apartment fire lawsuit where my insurance company tried to get out of covering me.

I love Ryan overall and his attentiveness to my case. It took over two years to finally get a settlement but he kept at it. Ryan kept working day and night giving me updates throughout the process and always answering the phone no matter the time or day. I worked with Mark Barbour based on the recommendation of a family member, and couldn’t have been happier with the results. While I hope to never have a personal injury needing assistance again, I would use, and recommend, him in a heartbeat. He was easy to work with, would work around my schedule, so I could mail in papers and have phone updates rather then driving out to his office. Initially I had hired another Accident Attorneys firm in Cincinnati but cancelled the contract within weeks due to their poor performance.

I had a personal injury case that I feel was very complex. She was able to take it all in, make sense of it, and wrap it all up faster than I anticipated.
