No communication and no updates. So far it’s been almost a 2 year journey with this law firm, and I have absolutely no clue whatsoever where they are in my case. My calls and texts go ignored, my case manger has changed twice. And I’ve been told the lawyer is going to contact me for roughly 3 months now. I have not heard from the lawyer since I was initially contacted by him about my accident. I honestly feel the firm could care less about my case and situation. The last thing I was told was the lawyer is looking at my file, that’s after being told he would contact me a week or so prior. Which he did not.

They have not returned my calls, email, or voicemails. They are very unprofessional but talk to you like they are the best. I have tried to separate from them two months ago but they never responded now out of complete frustration and being ignored having no clue what's going on in my case. Now I'm forced fill out Bar Association and BBB complaint. I can't believe a lawyer office acts like this smh.

I would highly recommend Tom from Cesta Legal. Filing bankruptcy has to be one of the scariest financial things a person can go through. There is no way I would have gotten through it with out Tom. I worked with Mark Barbour based on the recommendation of a family member, and couldn’t have been happier with the results. While I hope to never have a personal injury needing assistance again, I would use, and recommend, him in a heartbeat. He was easy to work with, would work around my schedule, so I could mail in papers and have phone updates rather then driving out to his office. Initially I had hired another Accident Attorneys firm in Cincinnati but cancelled the contract within weeks due to their poor performance.
I contacted Sam Warden through a referral. Sam met me within 45 minutes from the time of the call.

I was injured in an accident and didn't have any insurance information from the other person involved. I filed a police report and Dennis was able to obtain a video of the accident I was injured in, which I would not have had access to, that supported my claim. He kept me informed throughout the process and gave me the confidence that he was truly working for my best interest not just for his fee.
My case was at the same time that my father started having sever health problems and past away, Dennis and his staff were caring and I knew that the case was being taken care of and I could concentrate on the needs of my parents.

Chris came to see me at the medical office where I was treated for my neck and head injuries. So I didn't have to drive to Downtown Cincinnati to meet with him. He consistently followed up with my doctors and was very organized in acquiring all of the information needed for my case, and following up with the insurance company. He did not waste any time!
In a world of "ambulance chasers" Chris is the exception. He was wonderfully kind and respectful. He repeatedly demonstrated a genuine concern for me.

Mr. Fisher took my case when three other lawyers turned it down. I was cut off on my motorcycle by a truck that drove away and although I had the license plate of the truck no other lawyer wanted to take the time to go and find the trucking company and the witness wouldnt cooperate. Once Mr. Fisher got involved within 3 weeks he got a good witness statement and had identified the trucking company. After that it only took a month for him to get all my bills paid and get me a settlement that was alot more than I was expecting.

I was in an automobile accident that was not my fault. My medical bills were larger than the offender's coverage. My wife and I met with Mr. Lyon and staff to update our wills and general power of attorneys which were originally done while living in another city during the 1980's. He also crafted for us living wills and health care power of attorney documents as well. The job was done in a timely manner, as we expected and in a courteous and professional surrounding. The cost was reasonable for a total of 8 documents ( for myself and my wife). I am glad we made the decision. There are online ways of doing these things. However, if I have a question or concern or need something crafted personally the online source will not be sufficient (IMHO). I enjoy my sleep, and knowing it was done right and filed appropriately allows me to sleep well. We have used him in the past to assist with legal documents when my wife's aunt was very ill. Job was done well at that time also. I very much recommend Mr Lyon and his law office.

I had a situation and wont get into details, but had some false criminal allegations that led to a case in the federal court.
