My Grandmother had a workplace accident. After calling around to multiple large firms we decided to use Eshelman Legal Group. Jason took the time to meet with my Grandmother personally and listen to her story. We didn't get the same treatment, on the phone or in person, with the other large N.E. Ohio firms. He and his team did a great job of communicating throughout the process, including what to expect. John helped coordinate payments of major medical bills (from an auto accident with an uninsured motorist who was 'at fault'). John had a good working repore with those involved as he dealt directly with the hospital, our own car insurance company and our health insurance companies. He followed up on each bill as they got 'bounced' around and pursued their proper payment to ensure our credit remained clean. We are thankful for his expertise and how he kept us informed each step of the way.

He took my case and said I only had to pay if we won...which meant he worked hard for our money. We may have settled out of court...but we settled! Mr. Switala met with my wife over a slip/fall accident that occured due to the negligence of a building owner. My wife fell which caused my wife to hit her head on the side of his building and she suffered a concussion and had to have staples in her head to close a wound. We contacted Mr. Switala for guidance wanting to recoup our medical expenses because the owner of the building happened to be a local attorney in our town and we wanted to make sure we had someone who could guide us through this unfortunate event. I found Richard through the BAR association about 10 years ago for my horrible car accident case. From the first meeting with him, he was great, he reviewed my case with everything in him and explained everything in detail of how the process would go. I think the thing that made me most happy was that the guy that hit me was driving a rental car and the rental car company totally tried to screw me over with the statute of limitations, a weekend, and a holiday; Richard knew the laws immediately and addressed them and told me what would happen. And wouldn't you know, the rental car company rep bold faced lied to me over the phone and if I didn't have Richard hired by then I would've been screwed in the case because of the weekend and holiday and he knew exactly how to handle it and what they would do to try to screw me over. During the negotiations he fought for me left and right and was beyond my expectations in everyway possible with how he talked with me. When it was all said and done, he drove to where I worked during his busy schedule to have me sign some paperwork and give me my check. To this day anyone that has been in an accident I immediately give them his information because I was so pleased with the whole crappy experience that he made so easy and effortless. He knows his stuff and I hope I don't get in another accident, but if I do, I'll always know who I'll go back to.

My son was recently in a motor vehicle accident where he was hit from behind by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel. I love Ryan overall and his attentiveness to my case. It took over two years to finally get a settlement but he kept at it.
