I was in a bad car crash where I broke my nose and had surgery to my hip. The other lady's insurance company was giving me the run around with all sorts of mumbo jumbo lawyer talk and sending me paperwork I needed to fill out that I didn't understand or know what they were for.
When I first looked at hiring an attorney, I wasn't quite sure where to go. Since I didn't know any attorneys I naturally looked to the internet. Although Jon and Ryan were from Philly and I lived in Pittsburgh, they had the best reviews and many were from Pittsburgh or other parts of the state. Their reviews included fighting the insurance company tooth and nail to get what their client deserved while also taking the time to talk with the person and explain to the person everything the person needed to know so they could make their own decision.
The car crash I was involved in was nothing I ever asked for or wanted to happen, but from the start they had my back. Ryan and Jon were with me every step of the way. They took the time to explain to me that the insurance wasn't going to pay me what I deserved unless I took them to court.
Ryan explained to me the process, what we were up against, and what we could possibly expect. This included the positives and negatives. At court we had a great verdict and I was very pleased with the outcome.
I would highly suggest Jon and Ryan.

I highly recommend Mr. London, as he is an amazing attorney. Mr. London is very trustworthy, straight forward, has very reasonable rates, and has a great personality (which helps when trying to stay calm dealing with the opposing party). Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but! There was a battle with my ex over the house value and vehicle(s), plus a bunch of nasty behavior thrown-in. Dan handled everything like a pro and had a solution at every turn. I went to three law firms and they were highly recommended. I met Mr Caiazzo and he told me to go home and grieve. He was the only lawyer who actually cared. He was experienced enough to take the time to counsel me. He offered me grief counseling. He touched my heart with his kindness and understanding. I retained him six months later. I can’t say enough about this man. He settled the case while the jury was deliberating. I spoke to the jury afterward and the settlement was way higher than what they were going to award. He knew. He told me that we couldn’t risk the jury not understanding what happened. They didn’t. He donated part of his fee to St Jude’s Children Hospital on my behalf. I may never need a Lawyer again but if I do, I know who I’ll call.

My wife and I were hit by another driver with the same insurance company. I did everything they asked and almost 2 years after my accident the insurance company still had not settled my claim.

I had the pleasure of having Ben work two separate cases for me in which he was exceedingly successful in both.
Ben has an incredible combination of intelligent determination and patient, kind customer relations.
In our first case, I had suffered a motorcycle accident that he was able to compensate me for, and the second was a bicycle crash that he, again, demonstrated determined success.

If a family situation required legal representation, Ronald Pollack would be the lawyer to hire. His expertise and willingness to take on what was thought by me to be an unwinnable case, really shows what kind of person and lawyer he is. I had to sue my brother when he was trying to steal the money from my father's estate. I have now had multiple cases with Mr. Pollack. My first case involved a car accident. Other lawyers told me because I had the "Limited Tort" coverage, that I had no case, or that my case was unwinnable. When I met with Mr. Pollack, not only did he listen to me and take an interest in my case, but his understanding of the medicine and nature of my injuries was truly remarkable. Due to his abilities and understanding of how to present my injuries and frame my case, he was able to achieve a result that was better than I could have dreamed. He was truly extraordinary. I needed urgent feedback about an Uber collision incident as a passenger in a different state, where Uber had been sued by the other driver, and Uber decided to blame me for the accident. I posted my questions here, and received several answers, most of little help, some just stating to hire an attorney. Ms Teitell responded promptly, and with such detail, sequentially, and so comprehensively that I immediately felt at ease. He provided me with all the steps I should take, and responded to my subsequent messages. I was able to call him and he was an absolute wonderful human being, reassuring me, and providing me with prescriptive advise that I was able to use.
