I needed to hire an attorney. I initially consulted another attorney in the area who refused to take over my case because he said there was no damages in it (e.g., money). I disagreed because I was legitimately injured. I asked him to recommend another attorney and Randall was the name of an attorney he gave me.

I was absolutely terrified and blindsided when I received notice that, after the welfare department waived renewal requirements for Medicaid and SNAP benefits in 2020, due to the pandemic- I was being charged with welfare fraud (having not appropriately updated them in writing with my salary change).
I received a form letter about a month later, advertising Attorney Lehman’s experience. Having no idea where else to turn, I called her office. I was fairly skeptical, but after speaking with her, I hired her, based on her calm, matter-of-fact demeanor, and reassurance that she could handle this case.
Although I remained anxious- as we only communicated over the phone and through email a couple times before the preliminary hearing- she more than deserves a 5-star rating.
The result was that I needed to repay the overpayment that welfare had given me, which is completely understandable. But when I’d first been notified of the criminal charges, and offered to repay whatever I wasn’t entitled to, the investigator stated that this wasn’t an option.
It had seemed like a misunderstanding, that occurred during a worldwide emergency, would mean a permanent criminal record, and possibly prison. Attorney Lehman was able to negotiate a dismissal of charges altogether- which I doubt would have happened otherwise. She provided not only legal expertise, but the reassurance and competence throughout this ordeal that was invaluable.

John Rosenthal is hands down the best Injury Lawyer in the PA/NJ area. He went so hard to get me back the most money possible for my case. When he thought we deserved more, he fought and got us more money. He wasn’t satisfied with the settlement until I was completely satisfied with it. Most lawyers work Mon-Fri 9-5. With John I was able to reach him on. Saturday at 8pm if needed. He answered all questions and made sure I understood every aspect of my case. Five stars isn’t really enough to describe the level of satisfaction Mr. Rosenthal gave me. He deserves 10 STARS!!! My case was handled in a timely manner and I would recommend John to ANYONE who was involved in a accident or has sustained some type of injury. Mr. Rosenthal will be and still is MY lawyer. God forbid any other accidents happen but if so I know for sure that I don’t need anyone else and John is only a phone call away. On April 1st, 2015, I wish this was a joke, I was involved in an accident where my hand got crushed and required surgery. Two weeks later a second surgery was required to amputate half of my right index finger. Through a family friend I was introduced to John Cordisco to review the facts of my particular situation. On Octoer18,2018, I suffered an accident that almost claimed my life. I am still recovering from multiple injuries which include treatment for my leg which was stripped of its skin as I was dragged along the streets after being hit. Leo Jackson is the best Attorney in the Pocono / Lehigh area!!! I had a worker’s compensation case Mr. Jackson was recommended to me as soon as I met him I knew I could trust him. I was rear ended on 33 North by the Tamaqua exit in a work van and seriously injured my shoulder after a month of rehab needed surgery. My employer started to give me problems so I hired Leo Jackson. I was approved for my settlement from an accident in 2018 it is now in the settlement department my only problem is I got a letter from centers for Medicare services a collection agency for Medicare saying that I owe Medicare $3,900 and something odd dollars they sent me another letter that they took $197 on my social security check and another letter said it will be coming out monthly until this matter is resolved and paid in full it is also accruing interest am I having a hardship with paying my rent and daily living expenses I would just like to know when I can receive my check so everybody's paid off
