Mr. Tomasko resolved a complex contract dispute for me, during which I found him to be the consummate professional. The thoroughness of his preparation for hearings and courtroom proceedings was impressive. Exhibits were organized, relevant, timely, and effective. And I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

Hi Harry Thomas Crowther About the controversial end zone play in nov. on sunday. It all depends on wear your eyes wear looking. Lets reinact the play. The football is in the air coming straight toward Greenbays man at first contact. Greenbay jumps gets full hand clamp on football. Greenbay is about 2 1/2 Ft off the ground. Seattle has to shift left & jump. Both men are in the air, Seattle about a foot lower then Greenbay Now look at Seattles man his arms & hands. Seattles left hand is on the inside right forearm of Greenbays right arm at or just above the bend in the arm. The right hand goes to the outside of the right fourarm behind the wrist about 1 3/4 seconds after the interseption. As Greenbays man bends his arms back,Seattles man slides left & bends hand back towards facemask for hand position for back of ball. Right hand leaves right outside of right forearm of Greenbay to ware to go top bottom or front position. Recheck the replay with in mind.

Jeff is truly a Lawyer that you should and will be honored to have on your case. After numerous tries to have a Lawyer listen to my case I gave up. We turned to attorney Jeffrey Gutkowski when other attorneys declined to help us get justice for our daughter. He was very understanding and made sure he had all the details. Mr. Fieger represented my two daughters for injuries that they suffered in a car accident. It was a limited tort case requiring proof of serious and permanent injury. Mr. Sapienza is the most honest, straight forward, no holds barred man I have ever met. I was hurt at work in 1999. I had 3 back surgeries between 2000 and 2002 and I was only in my early twenties and couldn't work. I applied for social security disability and was denied. I knew it was time to find an attorney and get the legal help I needed. Two small mouths at home to feed and a husband that was working 3 jobs just to keep food in our mouths was the hard journey we were facing. When I first met Mr. Sapienza he told me he would take my case, but that we had a hard fight ahead of us. He told me I had two strikes against me already, one, I was young and two, I didn't look like I was disabled. I just wanted to cry. I couldn't lift over 5lbs, I had to have help washing my hair and I could even pick up my two young daughters. Mr. Sapienza looked at and said " I said it wasn't going to be easy, but I will fight for you!" I felt a wave of relief and the journey started. I called Mr. Sapienza frequently frustrated with the slow government process and each time he took my calls or called me back within 24 hours. Each time he answered ALL my questions, explained all the technical jargon in laymans terms and would tell me to hang in there and not give up. We filled out form after form and waited patiently for the next step. In the end we ended up in Pittsburgh in front of the Workers Compensation review board, I underwent a gruelling physical and demanding questions all with my smiling, encouraging attorney by my side. I was determined disabled and started to cry. It is one thing to know you have disabilities, but its something totally different to be told that you are basically useless. I thanked Mr. Sapienza for sticking by me with all the odds against me and for putting up with all my neurotic pestering. I stayed on Disability until around 2005 and many bouts of physical therapy. I have since gone back to work, took college courses for a medical career and have been working ever since for a local doctors office. Mr. Sapienza taught me that a disability isn't my life, it's just a stepping stone along the way. Thank you again Mr. Sapienza, you are an absolutely amazing attorney, man and all around human being. Attorney Shaughnessy is a terrific lawyer! I hired him in 2007 to help me with a medical malpractice case. Attorney Shaughnessy handled a complex law suit against my former employer. His ability to listen and quickly identify the salient points was excellent, as was his ability to clearly communicate the legal position and options. Ultimately, we were successful in settling the suit due to Attorney Shaughnessy's analysis of their responses and motions, strategic filing of motions, and communication and negotiating with their attorney, who happened to be from a very large Philadelphia law firm.

While writing my and wife's will Mr. Shaughnessy noticed that I had supplied incorrect information, information that I did not think critical to our estate. Mr. Shaughnessy explained that this certain information was indeed critical and could cause severe problems. We could not thank him enough.
Since he is the sole attorney his schedule is almost always filled, but no matter how busy he is he returns our phone calls within an hour (we have heard the same from other of his clients as well). Intelligent, patient, Mr. Shaughnessy is just about the best lawyer you could ask for. Any friends we hear needing legal help we recommend him.

Joe did a great job with my case. He fought for me, and won. I was falsely charged with a crime that could have affected my employment, drivers license, and financial aid for school. I highly recommend Joseph Sembrot if your seeking skilled legal defense. I was a client for a little over a year. He did some great work for me. Mr. Sembrot managed to suppress some charges while lowering others and secured me a very sweet deal with the DA. I suffered a serious back injury in a head on car accident that was not my fault. Having never been in this situation before, I wasn't sure what to do. I reached out to a big local law firm and they immediately told me because of my limited tort insurance that they would not be able to help me. They referred us to another local attorney but they did not seem very responsive and eventually did not return my calls. At this point I thought this was a hopeless case but I was suffering a lot of pain and thought I deserved compensation. I found Ostroff Law online. I would highly recommend Albert Joseph Evans for a car accident injury. I was hit in the rear end of my car. I did not know my next step. Who do I call and who do I talk to. The car insurance for the lady that hit me kept calling me. She wanted me to take a settlement of my week wages that I missed due to injury. I now walked with a limp and was in pain 24/7. I went through 6 months of pt that were not helpful. I then went for pain management and had 3 injection in my back. He was understanding and knowledgeable about car accident injuries. He let me know who to talk to and who not. First thing is to stop answer the phone calls except by him and my doctors. I found out about all the car insurance rules for the state of pa. He walked me through the jury picking on my case. Explained to me step by step what he was going to ask the people for the jury. He help explain all the details of going to trail of pros and cons. As a long term driver and valued employee of Fed Ex freight making over six figures a year who never once took a vacation in over 10 years and has earned yearly safety awards as a safe driver with zero accidents where I would have to drive 648 miles each day awoke one morning not able to return to work and was denied unemployment by my employer and was also denied workers compensation.

I can honestly say I have no idea what that other reviewer is saying regarding Mr. Flynn and especially his office manager, Rebecca. I have had two auto accidents and both were handled by this firm. Each time, I have been treated like a family member by this staff and especially by Rebecca. She goes out of her way to help and is always available to give you information when you call.
