Tim was a great representative throughout my whole trial. He was there whenever my family or myself had questions or whenever we had any doubts. This was my first (and last) offense which means I was very lost when figuring out what exactly I had gotten myself into. Tim was very helpful in making me understand exactly what was expected of me in court and when filling out paperwork for my case. With his help I got into ARD, something I really thank him for as I had to go through reconsideration after my case was denied at first. He made sure to keep in contact with everyone who could possibly help me and was very quick at answering and sending me emails regarding updates on my case. I was in a bad car crash where I broke my nose and had surgery to my hip. The other lady's insurance company was giving me the run around with all sorts of mumbo jumbo lawyer talk and sending me paperwork I needed to fill out that I didn't understand or know what they were for.
When I first looked at hiring an attorney, I wasn't quite sure where to go. Since I didn't know any attorneys I naturally looked to the internet. Although Jon and Ryan were from Philly and I lived in Pittsburgh, they had the best reviews and many were from Pittsburgh or other parts of the state. Their reviews included fighting the insurance company tooth and nail to get what their client deserved while also taking the time to talk with the person and explain to the person everything the person needed to know so they could make their own decision.
The car crash I was involved in was nothing I ever asked for or wanted to happen, but from the start they had my back. Ryan and Jon were with me every step of the way. They took the time to explain to me that the insurance wasn't going to pay me what I deserved unless I took them to court.
Ryan explained to me the process, what we were up against, and what we could possibly expect. This included the positives and negatives. At court we had a great verdict and I was very pleased with the outcome.
I would highly suggest Jon and Ryan.

I highly recommend Mr. London, as he is an amazing attorney. I hired Alex for my husband drug case. Seemed like a decent guy at first. Talked a good game. 5,000 in his hand from day one! He became the worst attorney. He was very rude and arrogant. yelled at me more than the DA. No motions was put in. We waited 6 months for notes of testimony from the preliminary hearing. Which my husband requested day one of him being hired. Gave him 6500 just for to make it seem like he got the best deal possible when he did no work. Would not recommend for a criminal attorney. He was selling my husband out to the DA the whole time in my opinion. He will take your money!

Alex was able to deliver the best possible outcome in my traffic case. Without going into details, I was facing a minimum of a six month license suspension; we were ultimately able to plea down to charges that did not result in any license suspension.

I went to three law firms and they were highly recommended. I met Mr Caiazzo and he told me to go home and grieve. He was the only lawyer who actually cared. He was experienced enough to take the time to counsel me. He offered me grief counseling. He touched my heart with his kindness and understanding. I retained him six months later. I can’t say enough about this man. He settled the case while the jury was deliberating. I spoke to the jury afterward and the settlement was way higher than what they were going to award. He knew. He told me that we couldn’t risk the jury not understanding what happened. They didn’t. He donated part of his fee to St Jude’s Children Hospital on my behalf. I may never need a Lawyer again but if I do, I know who I’ll call.

1. Joel told me he had an expertise and charged for a consuktation in an area of the law not listed here at all. I pracice law in another state and needed an urgent question answered for a family memeber. it became clear to me after reviewing the notes and doing further investigation into PA law that his advice was not correct and asked for a refund, He not only refused but insulted me in the process. He said I didnlt understand and I said then send me a summary correcting my understanding with the case alw. he refused. a total waste of ntime and money . I Don't trust this man.

If a family situation required legal representation, Ronald Pollack would be the lawyer to hire. His expertise and willingness to take on what was thought by me to be an unwinnable case, really shows what kind of person and lawyer he is. I had to sue my brother when he was trying to steal the money from my father's estate. I have now had multiple cases with Mr. Pollack. My first case involved a car accident. Other lawyers told me because I had the "Limited Tort" coverage, that I had no case, or that my case was unwinnable. When I met with Mr. Pollack, not only did he listen to me and take an interest in my case, but his understanding of the medicine and nature of my injuries was truly remarkable. Due to his abilities and understanding of how to present my injuries and frame my case, he was able to achieve a result that was better than I could have dreamed. He was truly extraordinary.
