Mr. Ronca, his paralegal Mr. Peterson, and secretary Ms. Steever make an excellent team. They made sure all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and gave me great attention. Mr. Tomasko resolved a complex contract dispute for me, during which I found him to be the consummate professional. Jeff is truly a Lawyer that you should and will be honored to have on your case. After numerous tries to have a Lawyer listen to my case I gave up. But one day I got a call from Atlee Hall and it was Jeff and his paralegal that was on the other line to listen to me because my mother had reached out and told my story. We turned to attorney Jeffrey Gutkowski when other attorneys declined to help us get justice for our daughter. He was very understanding and made sure he had all the details. Mr. Sapienza is the most honest, straight forward, no holds barred man I have ever met. I was hurt at work in 1999. I had 3 back surgeries between 2000 and 2002 and I was only in my early twenties and couldn't work. I applied for social security disability and was denied. I knew it was time to find an attorney and get the legal help I needed. Two small mouths at home to feed and a husband that was working 3 jobs just to keep food in our mouths was the hard journey we were facing. When I first met Mr. Sapienza he told me he would take my case, but that we had a hard fight ahead of us. He told me I had two strikes against me already, one, I was young and two, I didn't look like I was disabled. I just wanted to cry. I couldn't lift over 5lbs, I had to have help washing my hair and I could even pick up my two young daughters. Mr. Sapienza looked at and said " I said it wasn't going to be easy, but I will fight for you!" I felt a wave of relief and the journey started. I called Mr. Sapienza frequently frustrated with the slow government process and each time he took my calls or called me back within 24 hours. Each time he answered ALL my questions, explained all the technical jargon in laymans terms and would tell me to hang in there and not give up. We filled out form after form and waited patiently for the next step. In the end we ended up in Pittsburgh in front of the Workers Compensation review board, I underwent a gruelling physical and demanding questions all with my smiling, encouraging attorney by my side. I was determined disabled and started to cry. It is one thing to know you have disabilities, but its something totally different to be told that you are basically useless. I thanked Mr. Sapienza for sticking by me with all the odds against me and for putting up with all my neurotic pestering. I stayed on Disability until around 2005 and many bouts of physical therapy. I have since gone back to work, took college courses for a medical career and have been working ever since for a local doctors office. Mr. Sapienza taught me that a disability isn't my life, it's just a stepping stone along the way. Thank you again Mr. Sapienza, you are an absolutely amazing attorney, man and all around human being. I highly recommend Joseph Sembrot if your seeking skilled legal defense. I was a client for a little over a year. He did some great work for me. I suffered a serious back injury in a head on car accident that was not my fault. Having never been in this situation before, I wasn't sure what to do. I reached out to a big local law firm and they immediately told me because of my limited tort insurance that they would not be able to help me. They referred us to another local attorney but they did not seem very responsive and eventually did not return my calls. At this point I thought this was a hopeless case but I was suffering a lot of pain and thought I deserved compensation. I found Ostroff Law online. I reached out to them and they immediately responded. Even though they were over 5 hours away from me, they said they could absolutely help me even with limited tort. I can't say enough about the paralegals who kept me informed, returned calls immediately, and most of all were always there to listen and comfort me while suffering from my injuries. I would highly recommend Albert Joseph Evans for a car accident injury. I was hit in the rear end of my car. I did not know my next step. Who do I call and who do I talk to. The car insurance for the lady that hit me kept calling me. She wanted me to take a settlement of my week wages that I missed due to injury. I now walked with a limp and was in pain 24/7. I went through 6 months of pt that were not helpful. I then went for pain management and had 3 injection in my back. He was understanding and knowledgeable about car accident injuries. He let me know who to talk to and who not. First thing is to stop answer the phone calls except by him and my doctors. I found out about all the car insurance rules for the state of pa. He walked me through the jury picking on my case. Explained to me step by step what he was going to ask the people for the jury. He help explain all the details of going to trail of pros and cons. As a long term driver and valued employee of Fed Ex freight making over six figures a year who never once took a vacation in over 10 years and has earned yearly safety awards as a safe driver with zero accidents where I would have to drive 648 miles each day awoke one morning not able to return to work and was denied unemployment by my employer and was also denied workers compensation.

I can honestly say I have no idea what that other reviewer is saying regarding Mr. Flynn and especially his office manager, Rebecca. I have had two auto accidents and both were handled by this firm. My wife was hit by a SUV while walking across our Street in center city. She was severely injured and needed two operations included a hip replacement. She was in the rehab hospital for six weeks and has made a great recovery but will be on a cane. Luckily we had excellent insurance coverage including both medical and under insured motorist. Bob and his team knew exactly how to work with and prepare for the insurance claim, The driver did have some liability and after investigation it was clear he had no assets or other insurance coverage. A bit more than a year after the accident we settled for almost the limit of the policy, substantially more than the initial offer from the insurance company.
