I was 4 months pregnant when me and my husband got into a car accident, I was so afraid of losing my baby but I was so blessed that we didn’t. George Kindley represented our family in a case of Elder Abuse which resulted in the loss of a family member. The facts were clearly in our favor yet the opposing entities continually put up roadblocks to demoralize us and try to "discourage" George. Not once in this almost four year battle did George give any indication of giving up or wanting to "throw in the towel" just to get it over with. We were constantly amazed at his tenacity, his knowledge of the law, and his courage to stand up to hostile opposition.
The long hours of preparation: airline flights far from home and family for depositions and hearings; the seemingly never ending rescheduling of court dates. We saw George go through this and more which often left us wondering, "How does he do it?"
His office kept us informed of our progress every step of the way, and were always there for a phone call or Email. Even if it was just to ask "How are you doing?" I believe our case meant a lot to George. The outcome was more than we could have imagined. We are forever grateful to Mr. Kindley.

I was involved in a serious car accident and called Kerry. I was in a panicked state of mind when I called his firm; his Secratery forwarded me directly to Kerry. Kerry spoke to me in a calm demeanor and asked about the accident, which I fully explained to him. He informed me that, based off of what I told him, I wasn't at fault. But he offered to send his investigator to the scene of the accident if it would make me feel better.
Kerry was sincere and really cared about my physical condition from the accident and was more than willing to assist me, even though, as he suggested, I wasn't at fault. I would recommend Kerry to anyone and everyone. His impeccable knowledge and sincerity helped me through the accident.

I got in serious trouble when I smashed my car due to drinking and driving.
luckily I was the only one hurt in the accident. If it wasn't for Kerry Steigerwalt handling my case I was facing some serious jail time.

I cannot say enough positively about how Jim Iagmin dealt with my case. I was badly hurt when my bicycle hit a hazard in the road. The city was responsible what occured but we didn't know where to start.
Jim and his team guided us expertly through many complicated legal and medical issues. Throughout it all, Jim and the team were extremely responsive and caring. Empathetic but definitely business about it all.
It took a few years to sort it all out with the city , but with Jim's hard-fought litigation , the city agreed to an excellent settlement.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. So, we could rest assured that we wouldn't be caught up in a nightmare with the probate courts. Thank you, Jason, and Ashley what a great feeling to know we made the right decision when we chose you

I wanted to make sure I write a review for Jordon Harlan after completion of my case as I believe he is absolutely the best attorney in San Diego specially in the areas of employment law and medical malpractice.
As a physician with a complicated and difficult medical legal case, I had interviewed multiple attorneys with very high recommendations and great reviews from various sources such as family members, friends and websites such as superlawyer/yelp. However, after speaking with Jordon, I knew immediately that I only wished for him to take my case.
First of all, Jordon is excellent at communication and extremely efficient at returning phone calls and replying to emails. He is very knowledgeable and knows the employment and insurance/medical malpractice law in great detail. He can explain complicated legal issues with great ease and simplicity and finds solutions for complicated legal issues with a great degree of competence that I found very reassuring throughout my case. He is also very emphatic and trustworthy and listened with great care to my concerns at every step of the way.

Stephen Waldman was highly recommended by a close family friend, after my son had received a serious injury to his knee following an auto accident when a car came through a red light and totaled our car. I was concerned that after his initial medical treatment my son's knee was still not 100% healed, Stephen advised us to see an orthopedic specialist to get a second opinion and the specialist indicated that a further course of treatment was required.
During the process of presenting a claim to the insurance company, which accepted liability, Stephen Waldman was very professional and always kept us informed as to what was happening with our claim. He has great communication skills and it was always a pleasure to talk to him or answer the odd email.
My son has now fully recovered from his injury. The initial settlement offered by the insurance company admitting liability was declined as the injury was more serious than originally anticipated. An improved settlement offer was then accepted and my son will now have some money that he can use for college etc. after his 18th. birthday.

I was in an auto accident March of 2016 that was 100% the fault of the other driver. I had minor injuries but annoying pain that will be with me for the rest of my life. Tired of being jerked around by the other insurance company for over a year, I made a few calls to see what my options were. 2 lawyers would not take my case due to a gap in medical care because of work travel. They predicted the case would go to trial and they were not trial lawyers. One of them referred me to Mr Babbitt and he took my case. Luckily we settled months before trial and my settlement (in my pocket) was well over 4x the last offer I received from the other insurance company. Steve represented us in a very long drawn out eminent domain action vs the city. While we settled our case, our neighbor also was involved with the matter and his case went to trial. After 5 months, Steve prevailed against the city and their three lawyers.
