Michael Jenkins recently helped us update our family trust, and it has been a true pleasure working with him and his team. I can tell you that the positive reviews for this firm are merited!
I had an important question regarding probate law. I contacted my previous family law attorney, explained my situation and subsequent question to her assistant, and waited all day for a response. Her assistant called me back late afternoon with no answer to my question and the suggestion that I reach out to her partner who specializes in probate law. I was then told I’d have to wait three weeks for a zoom call to ask her partner my question.
I googled highly rated probate attorneys and stumbled upon Jenkins and Jenkins. I called, explained my question to the assistant and was put through to a cheerful Caroline Jenkins. She listened to my concern and answered my question, which enabled me to make the right decision to drop further pursuit. She also gave me a referral in case I wanted to go forward through legal channels.
Caroline, you are my hero. Admittedly, people make jokes about lawyers because many of them are just out to make a buck and will tell you the things you want to hear. When you find a lawyer like Caroline, hold on tight and save yourself from misery and financial loss.

I have been working with Randy for over 2.5 years on my case. Randy is an amazing family court lawyer. What i like most is its just him.. no secretary and assistant you have to deal with.
When you call you get him.
Another thing i like is he doesnt play lawyer games. He will tell you upfront if you have issues with case and wont string you along for more money.
He was/is amazing in court, amazing dealing with the other side and amazing with helping me understand what was happening.
I cant say enough good things about him. If you havent heard of Randy its becasue he only takes work by word of mouth, but i had to make a post about how amazing he is. Thanks Randy for helping/saving me. (FYI i changed lawyers to Randy after a doctor told me about him and I am so happy i changed)

I cannot say enough positively about how Jim Iagmin dealt with my case. I was badly hurt when my bicycle hit a hazard in the road. The city was responsible what occured but we didn't know where to start.
Jim and his team guided us expertly through many complicated legal and medical issues. Throughout it all, Jim and the team were extremely responsive and caring. Empathetic but definitely business about it all.
It took a few years to sort it all out with the city , but with Jim's hard-fought litigation , the city agreed to an excellent settlement.
It was fantastic having Jim and his team behind me.
I felt comfortable on all levels and it was a huge gift to not have to second guess or wonder if things were being done well. What a huge asset and not only admirable as a lawyer, but as a person.

We are very happy to recommend TS and her firm to anyone needing assistance in obtaining a Green Card or U.S. Visa. They were very professional in their handling of our case and clearly explained the process, timeline and what was required of us. They provided frequent updates and answered all our questions, which there were many as this process was entirely new to us. I think we may have even asked the same questions numerous times until we finally understood, LOL. The commission for their services is very reasonable. We wouldn’t have been able to secure the Green Card without their help and we wouldn’t recommend trying on your own.

After going through my divorce, and being put into a position where I had to go back to court, I decided change attorney’s. I interviewed several attorney’s all over San Diego. Embry Family Law was the perfect fit. Ben, and Cecilia were amazing as my lawyers. Nick, Shyanne, and Daniel were always so easy to get ahold of, get advice from, and schedule meetings with. Ben is extremely knowledgeable in negotiating, and representing his client’s interests. Jordan was and is one of the worst lawyers I ever had to deal with in my life.
I contacted him because he was a referral from a friend seeking help for being wrongfully terminated from a job.
At first he seemed very caring and understanding and on my side and then as the days went by it was like I was an annoyance to him.
Anytime I would ask a question through text about something he was doing he would talk down to me like I was a child.
He has a huge ego and on a high horse.
At one point my family advised me to ask a question about something he was doing and oh my god did I get a wrath from him, even Jordan saying "is your mother a lawyer? I am a lawyer, do not question my actions"
I just couldn't even believe it, it went from telling me that I was going to get a huge settlement to making me feel worthless and the enemy in the case. After a few months of Jordan going ghost he had his office message me that they were not going to continue with the case and gave me a referral.
It was more then 6 months waste of time and I couldn't even do anything after that it was too late to even have a case after that long of waiting
The owner of the place I was wrongfully terminated even offered a settlement and Jordan refused it saying he could get more money.
So in the end I got absolutely nothing because he didn't want to take the case anymore. Highly do not recommend this guy. Some lawyers especially this one are way to high on a horse to be brought down to reality.

I was represented by this law firm on a invasion of privacy case, by this time I was desperate for someone to take my case. I voiced my concerns of a video taken of me while I was under going a procedure. I live in another state and could not afford to fly to California to see my video. They were dismissive of my concerns. After we reached a settlement I was then able to afford to fly to San Diego to watch my video. Unfortunately, I settled for far less then what I deserved. He also had zoom meetings with 5 different clients from the same mass tort case at a time. I felt this was unprofessional and made my experience with this lawfirm unpersonal. My case was just another case. I trusted this lawfirm to pursue a fair settlement. I was wrong to do so. Watching my video was devastating. They didn't put much thought or effort into my case, grouped it together with other cases and handled us like numbers.

I still have a hard time believing it! I was caught between a rock and a hard place! I was either going down for a DUI or assault. I was driving home with my family from a breakfast cruise downtown and when I pulled into my driveway there was a guy screaming at me that I cut him off. After I took him to the ground and gave him a couple of what for’s I let him up and he got back in his truck and proceeded to try and run me over. He eventually left but it was with a couple of new dents on his truck. I casually walked over to my house and got in the shower to clean up. When I got out there was a cop at my door and the guy who rode up on me across the street with another cop. I guess he never left and called the cops on me. You all know how that goes. The one who calls the cops is the one who never goes to jail, so I was screwed at the getgo. The cops question me about my day and like a dummy, I told them about the cruise and the couple of drinks that I had. Next thing I know I’m arrested for DUI and assault. I took it all the way to trial because the DA wasn’t budging. That guy approached me at my house and was the aggressor I was not in the wrong for what I did. I was protecting myself. I saw it one way and the DA saw it another way. When I met Mark he believed in me and jumped all over this to help me out. He gave me a great deal that I could not pass up. You should see this guy at work. He performed flawlessly! He is very calm and uses his words wisely. He walked all over the DA and put them in their place. We won the trial, and eventually he got my case expunged. I highly recommend him! I will never use anybody else but him. LETS GO MARK! THANKS BUDDY!
