I had an important question regarding probate law. I contacted my previous family law attorney, explained my situation and subsequent question to her assistant, and waited all day for a response. Her assistant called me back late afternoon with no answer to my question and the suggestion that I reach out to her partner who specializes in probate law. I was then told I’d have to wait three weeks for a zoom call to ask her partner my question.
I googled highly rated probate attorneys and stumbled upon Jenkins and Jenkins. I called, explained my question to the assistant and was put through to a cheerful Caroline Jenkins. She listened to my concern and answered my question, which enabled me to make the right decision to drop further pursuit. She also gave me a referral in case I wanted to go forward through legal channels.
Caroline, you are my hero. Admittedly, people make jokes about lawyers because many of them are just out to make a buck and will tell you the things you want to hear. When you find a lawyer like Caroline, hold on tight and save yourself from misery and financial loss.

I never needed a lawyer until I was rear ended and it was so clear cut who was at fault I thought I was able to handle it myself but after about a year I decided it was too much stress work and hassle so I shopped around and I was looking for the lowest price attorney which I think was Brett and I'm glad I found him so down to earth humble and a great office environment because it's just basically him and the secretary you will deal with which is very comforting well he handled everything made all the Timely calls and appointments even offering us rides when we needed it. He's such a nice guy but knows the law even the other side likes him. Lots of experience I would use him again and recommend him highly. He's the type of lawyer that you would want to be friends with afterwards. We ended up settling in mediation so I didn't get a chance to see him go to trial which would be a good idea to do if you can before you hire him. Has a very nice office location that's very reassuring and in a nice location. Be sure to go to Pho Xpress right around the corner for a good meal at a reasonable price. So if you ever need a lawyer don't handle it yourself it's a waste of time and one more thing about Brett is you get the feeling he is not a crooked lawyer which is a plus when you are in the right! And the top it all off and I'm not implying it may happen to you but maybe because I was such a good client and we did a lot of the paperwork to a degree he even gave me a percentage of his settlement probably because of the pain and suffering I had to go through and how tight the other side was which was Allstate Insurance. Another reason I was blessed to find him by happenstance was because I was looking for a lawyer who was near me and he was also he always return phone calls right away and emails and he communicated very thoroughly and patiently from the beginning to the end not like some lawyers who are so friendly in the beginning to get you to sign with them but then afterwards they are more colder but not Brett he was very professional and kind to the end. San Diego is blessed to have him living here helping us get a fair trial, Justice and compensation for our pain and suffering. And if I was to share some advice I would say don't use your own credit cards on different doctors like I did searching all over for a cure because the other side will not settle soon enough and you have so many fees and interest that my credit is ruined. I I would recommend just send one group of doctors and just have one bill and that based on contingency of a settlement that would have resulted in so much less stress and problems in my life. There is a really nice place in Hillcrest call fix body group and they handle everything there I went there and should have stayed there to my healing was complete which it never was but then again I had to do a bunch of injections and Kaiser really did me right but they couldn't feel the pain short of major surgery to replace my neck bones with screws and pieces of metal. But now I heard they have new treatment where they will take a cadavers bone and if it's a match can fix your neck which I may still do in the future. Anyways don't drink and drive or get distracted by the radio your cell phone or any other sightseeing please just look ahead all the time and do not tailgate and be prepared for for a car to stop at anytime even on the freeway in the middle of the day in perfect weather. There's no need to speed or tailgate if you do you risk much pain and suffering for yourself or others and in the end it only saves you a few minutes better to be safe than sorry and an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. You will get there when you get there life is too short to have to go through it with pain for the rest of your life!

I have been working the phone the past few days in a attempt to get legal advise and hire a lawyer. The last several offices I called either did not answer their calls or had a receptionist take a message only to never hear from them again. The one or two who did answer my call either had no interest or did not practice in the area I required. Neither offered any advise or a referral. Then I got lucky and gave Brett Peterson a call. Brett did not practice in the area I needed however he spent the last 15 minutes, giving me referrals and advice on how to proceed forward. I appreciate and value Bretts honesty and advise. I will absolutely keep him in mind should I have a need in the future!

Attorney Stormoen is one of the smartest attorneys I know. I have watched him spot issues and solve major problems instantaneously. It's amazing and the one thing you want when it comes to dealing with legal transactions. The other thing about Attorney Stormoen is he is literally mesmerizing at trial. He is so articulate when he explains the law yet so passionate when he draws out the facts to bring some emotion into the case for the jury. I have watched the jury glued to his openings, closings, direct and cross exams at trial. They are paying attention to his every word and because of that, he is very very successful litigator. We hired Ron Stormoen to help in a lawsuit in which my previous employers of 30 years were essentially trying to seize our retirement by reneging on the ownership they promised us early in the relationship. It was extremely important to us to receive justice and this money we had earned over our careers. Ron had faith in us and took our case. He smartly and successfully litigated our case and the jury found 12-0 verdicts in our favor on almost all questions. We won both the breach of contract cause of action as well as the intentional misrepresentation fraud case. I wish this had never turned into a lawsuit, but in the end I was extremely satisfied with the results. In addition, all throughout the case, Ron showed integrity and a commitment to the truth – he never was deceitful and played by the rules. While it is extremely satisfying to win, it is even better to do so without compromising ones’ ethics. I would hire Ron again (although I hope I never have to.) Good luck in your pursuit for justice!

Ryan, actually helped my wife and i with a car accident. It was fairly basic case, but where can you go to an Atty and get honest, fast, reliable help? Only at the Mccabe law firm. If you want an atty that knows what he is talking about, an atty that is upfront and is not mainly interested in how much he will be make right off the bat than call Ryan. Most atty wont even answer your calls unless you have given them money and than more money before you even know if you have a chance or not.

I was involved in a car accident on Friday the 13th. I was the typical case of a person who ignored the pain and wanted to move on. I made the mistake (now a blessing) of telling my brother what happened. He immediately demanded that I call his Attorney, Christine McCoy. He wouldn't let me say no. So I reluctantly called Christine and two days later met at a Starbucks. She was very understanding of my wish to not be a burden on the other party, and that I only wanted to do what was best for me. Christine was extremely knowledgeable of all the circumstances involved, and assured me that everything will be taken care of. She had told me that she would get my case settled within 6 to 8 months and that life would return to normal. To make a long story short, my case was solved in 8 months, and life is back to where it was before I was involved in an accident. I struggled for nearly two years making minimum payments on my bills getting absolutely nowhere and then my income decreased significantly. I called Olga in a panic. I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. She was a total LIFE SAVER.
I was in a car accident and after it I was suffering from terrible migraines and a lot of other pain. The insurance for the person who hit me kept calling day after day to talk to me after the accident. I was barely sleeping and they kept calling me when I was finally resting. I decided I needed someone else to deal with all of this, as I could not, and that is when I hired Brandi. Again, I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. The calls stopped and she was on the case. Brandi and her staff kept me apprised at every step and I was allowed to do some healing.
I haven't been through something like this before, so having an expert like Brandi handling this for me was an excellent call on my part. I purchased a VW Jetta from a corrupt car dealership, the car still had a manufactures warranty from VW dealership. I thought I was good to go!!!
After 31 days the engine was completely destroyed and I was left with a non returnable Vehicle that VW refused to honor the warranty because work had previously been done on the car radiator before I purchased the Vehicle.
The radiator was not correct for the vehicle, caused the engine to overheat (something like that) and left me with a worthless car and 15k in the hole!
I called Robert in tears and he calmed me down assuring me that he would take a lemon law approach. I was skeptical and scared because VW said that no one would cover this car and there was not much I could do. Fixing the car was more than I purchased it for.
Robert couldn’t have been more helpful and carering. Every step of the way, he fought my case and I was able to get all my money back, pay Robert and have extra for the trouble I went thru.
I replaced the car, and purchased it from Volkswagen. Robert even connected me with his resources and referred me to a car hunter so that I wouldn’t be taken advantage of.

Nobody wants to hire a lawyer, but in finding myself in that position, I hired Alan Cheung to represent me. We were filing against a remodeling company for faulty work on a remodel. Alan was very thorough in his documents to the opposing lawyer. He kept me well informed by email and phone calls of how the case was moving along.
