I can't say enough about this law firm, I only wish I could give more stars! We got to know Lisa Dinacci, our paralegal, first, and she was always so kind and responsive. It was a scary time for us as my husband was in a car accident and we were left with a totaled vehicle and injuries he sustained. Lisa helped us to not feel alone as we started the healing process, and answered all questions (even the ones I was afraid were silly to ask!) with so much care and knowledge. Scott Beckey was also very kind and knowledgeable, and also really helped with easing our worries along the way. We contacted Mr. Milligan for assistance in a situation which occurred with our daughter at college. She was extremely reluctant to have assistance as most teens are, but after working with him, she confessed she was so glad he was there. Mr. Milligan was kind and compassionate while being very honest and realistic about the situation. We would definitely recommend Mr. Milligan to anyone needing legal assistance.

As a lawyer he does good on your behalf, just don’t expect a lot of communication and he is very arrogant. He will remind you consistently about what a good attorney he is in case you have doubt. But again he is a good attorney for our community. I would recommend him if you have a serious case you are fighting. He will gain your confidence. His presentation is excellent. Just be well prepared. Every lawyer has their flaws and his is being extremely arrogant and make sure your money is right and you have a lot of patience.

Axlerod Associates took care of me. I was treated unfairly by State Police, after I had a car accident, where the officer asked me to do a breathalyzer, and I told him several times, I'll try my best, and due to my breathing issues, it showed incomplete sample. I asked him to take me for a blood test at the hospital, and the officer refused to do so. He put me in jail overnight, to be arranged, about I'm 18 hours later, stating that I refused the BAC , when I clearly did not.
I contacted the Axlerod Law firm, and they took care of everything.
In the end, I ended up with a fine, and a minor charge for reckless driving, rather than a DUI
.

I was referred to the Finkel Law Firm, specifically Dylan Glick by the SC Lawyer Referral Service. I was scheduled with an appointment for 10/3/24 @ 9am which was a 3 week wait. I called at 9:05 am since no one had contacted me. I was told I was Mr. Glick was tied up on another call, then I was told Mr. Glick does not have me on his schedule. I was put on hold yet again and another person came on telling me my appointment was at 2pm and she never schedules consults for early morning! I'm not really certain why I was treated this way; however, it's absolutely unacceptable. Perhaps because I was referred by the SC Lawyer Referral Service and they discount their fee for the initial consultation. I did reach back out to the SC Lawyer Referral Service to file a complaint and also to find a different attorney for my specific need!

As a father, nothing means more to me than my kids. At the time I had been fighting for my kids with little to no success. I went to the office to discuss a possible case, I carried my medical records with me and 5 or 6 months later there has been no calls, emails, no contract none.
The firm hasn't even bothered to return my medical records back to me. This would be 0 stars if it was possible. I guess my case wasn't big enough for them to bother with.

If you have a WC claim I would not recommend them! Got hurt at my job ended up having joshua as my attorney. Time goes on in my case where I started going to see my own Dr's and what they were telling me was not matching up with what WC dr's were saying cause I no longer trusted the nothing is wrong with you stuff WC dr's try and push on you. If you get that gut feeling to fire your attorney do it sooner rather than later where other attorneys say it is to far in on the case. I spoke to a few other attorney's about my case not at C&C . Which they said did he tell you this did he tell you that I said no did he try and get the video I said no. Which they said he should have told you those thing's . It's like he was more for my employer side than he was actually my side. Simple and plain I do not recommend them PERIOD!!!!!!

Jenkins was very communicative and available for my calls when he was initially gathering information from me in order to support my mother’s case (as she was pregnant with me when my dad was stationed at CL.)
It seems at this point there must not be a case to be made, even though he led her to believe she’d be receiving “6-figures” in compensation for years of chronic health conditions.
At this point, all communication from him has stopped.
It is not an unreasonable expectation for him to have the courtesy, after all of the time our family put into getting him what he asked for, to provide closure to this process.
Very disappointed in lack of professionalism and false hope he gave my mom at beginning of this process.

The past year I’ve spent 14,000$ in fees alone in Gustafsons office. The only thing he has helped us do is create more trouble for us to spend more money in his office. He will take advantage of your vulnerable situation. Do not rely on this man to hold your best interest dealing with criminal court. If I wanted a public defender they are nearly free. He has 0 respect for the people he works for. I’m not here saying this because I’m mad with him or because he lost a case this is the truth. I just fired him from my case that he was representing us on even thought Ive already paid him 6,000$ 2.5 months ago to represent me during this case. I have lost that money and hired another lawyer because we can’t trust him to do the job I hired him for. He played us like a fiddle from the beginning. Please take this advice and don’t let yourself get in the position we’ve allowed him to put us in. There were cases he won but not because he’s good, only because we had evidence contradicting these so-called victims police report. That’s not the point the point is he will TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

After denial with my Social Security Disability claim, I almost gave up with the appeal process before a Judge. I reached out to the Finkel Law Firm and was encouraged to continue with their help and legal expertise. Attorney Wendt and his disability team took over and gathered necessary medical evidence as well completing all Disability forms. They informed of each step of the hearing and what was expected.
