I was just an ordinarytourist on a trip to Charleston, walking the historic town and enjoying the sights, when a careless driver behind the wheel of a vehicle hit me and altered both part of my body and my life. ……….. The lawyer that I initially signed with was not able to dig me out of the hole of medical bills that I eventually did acquire. As a result, he ended up handing my case over to Allison Gutberlet. I cannot thank that lawyer enough. From the start, Ms. Gutberlet was both highly professional and truly understanding. She was the way human beings are supposed to be, but often seem to fail at being. The way lawyers are supposed to be, but often seem to fail at achieving. From our very first conversation, she took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns. Not just give me time to talk in between her own sentences, but genuinely listen. I was in a rather unusual situation at the time, which I felt I needed to share. Her empathy and compassion in regards to this was outstanding. She revealed to me a woman of great integrity and a highly developed character that I would find unusual for anyone, not just a lawyer. She made me feel that I was more than simply another client. I have had the pleasure of having Alan Bass as my attorney for several years. My first case will Alan was for a shoulder injury that I sustained and subsequently needed several surgeries to fix. Without Alan's expert advise and help my shoulder would not be in as good of shape as it is today. So naturally when I was involved in a serious traffic collision that caused me to injure my back the first person I thought of going to was Alan. After almost 4 years and a major back surgery I can honestly say that Alan and his staff has worked tirelessly for me and my case to ensure that I received all the necessary treatment to get me back to as close to normal as I could get. I know that my current case that was just recently settled with my back was very challenging at times especially due to the circumstances surrounding it but through it all Alan remained positive and extremely helpful. I have been honored to have Alan and his staff stand behind me and fight for me and my rights. My family and myself both think extremely highly of him and firm. Jessie is an excellent attorney. I hired him in 2007 as my divorce attorney. My husband and I ended up reconciling that year but I rehired Jessie in 2018. My divorce was difficult since my husband thought we would reconcile again. Jessie guided me through every part of the process. During the divorce I was in a car accident which he also handled for me. I was very surprised at the settlement he was able to get for me. I was really only looking to recoup what my insurance had paid and what I had paid out of pocket. He was able to get the max allowed under the car insurance policy. I have recommended Jessie to everyone I know that needs an attorney!!

Mr Messervy and his assistant Autumn Hazy helped me in a disastrous case where I was being asked to show cause by my ex husband, who had resurfaced after being absent for several years.
