After 4 months "representing" Alan told me Ford motor company was "ignoring us"...so now we are going to have to sue them. Well I thought that was what you were doing??? Then one inspector looked at my recalled Ford Fusion which rolled over my leg said I must have gotten out of a moving car. Clearlythe recall showed car would be placed in PARK and roll. The three plants involved in the recall issue were available through auto paperwork. My Ford Fusion was manufactured in Mexico at that specific time. I found Wagner impotent for my case . Waste of time on a solid case. DNR.

I was Involved in a car accident in accident in May of 2018 in St. Petersburg FL where a car ran the stop sign and I ran into him. I injured my neck and back. I called Armando and his team. He was able to meet with me personally and right away and he's never hard to get a hold of. He helped me find medical care to help me with my injuries. Once I got better the insurance company didn't want to pay me for my injuries. Armando and his team had to file suit and take the insurance company and the other driver to court. We were able to agree once the insurance company paid the maximum amount under the policy. Thank you Armando and team! You guys are great!

After 2 years of complex litigation, I was beginning to think the legal system in Hillsborough County Florida was a complete joke. After discussing the situation with Tom Scarritt, I realized my legal team of 3 mishandled certain aspects of the case. Since they were with a large statewide firm, this was a tough pill to swallow. There were 2 trials involved in my case. My original team blew the first part of case by mishandling the trial. I fired the original team and engaged Tom Scarritt.
Tom took my bleak situation and completely reversed the tide . At the end of the second trial , the judge told my opponent her assertions of value due her were ridiculous. While no one should be expected to work miracles, Tom Scarritt was able to take our situation to a successful conclusion given our difficult position. Had I employed Tom in the beginning, I am convinced the outcome would have been a complete success. Litigation is a minefield of rules and legal positioning . Tom knows the system inside and out having taught trial lawyers and I recommend him to anyone with a large case.

Jack Gordon of Maney & Gordon, represented me in what was one of the most difficult and heart wrenching experiences of my life; the wrongful death of my youngest daughter due to gross negligence on the part of a hospital.
Jack worked very hard and diligently for me and more importantly, for my daughter. He was so well prepared to try the case that he very much wanted to take the case to trial. I cannot praise Ashby's assistance to the heights to which he deserves! My vocabulary doesn't have enough superlative words to adequately portray how wonderful he was in handling my legal "woes". He was wonderful in every aspect of this awful "experience with a terrible moving company" concerning the moving company's destruction/"loss"(think THEFT) of my property which had supposedly been in air-conditioned storage for over two (2) years --( I was moving from my home on Marco Island, Fl to Gulf, County,Fl and required storage as I was building a new home). The moving company was AWFUL, but with Ashby's skillful work and handling of my case, I was able to receive a much higher settlement from the moving company than I ever would have without his representation. I have had occasion to deal with lawyers throughout my life--in fact, my daddy had an LLB from Cumberland Law School ( class of 1934) and received a J.D. (as you know- a Doctor of Jurisprudence) at a later time--although daddy only did Pro Bono work since he was primarily a businessman and farmer in Florida and Alabama. Anyway, Because I have been around "legal stuff" my whole life, I really appreciate when I encounter someone like Ashby who is knowledgeable , skillful, hardworking, and compassionate in dealing with my very stressful situation. He was always extremely attentive to me and my situation and even though I may have been overly upset at times, he always made me feel like I could contact him at any time for any reason. I only wish he were closer to where I live now--but I still would not hesitate to request his help in the future--distance is no hindrance in the way in which he handles legal matters. His law firm should put him on the "fast track" to being a Partner--people/lawyers like Ashby are diamonds in a too often pile of legal coal chunks, as I'm sure you know. Erin Hardister is without a doubt, the brightest attorney out there. Because of her, My Boys will now have the opportunity to go to college. A simple "Thank you" to her in no way would suffice. She is VERY bright, and I Thank God that she's not like other attorneys out there who're just out to get a big lump sum of money and put no effort into it. She is not a 9 to 5'er like most that have represented me in this case that's dragged on for more than 7 years, and I've had some with more than 20 years under their belt, but that means nothing if you're scared to rebut the state and stand up and actually talk to the judge, versus being a scared puppet. I mean, what attorney would send you an email at 10:00pm, OR be willing to take your phone call? This case started in May of 2012. I've had several attorneys. I hired her mid April of 2019, and YESTERDAY, May 1st, she did what all those other attorneys didn't and couldn't do. My Boys are My Absolute EVERYTHING, and because of her, they now will have the Opportunity to go to college. I have no doubt that regardless of whether it was Family Law or Criminal Law, Erin would be on her game......I can truly see her one day being a judge, and a fair one at that, but I'd hope that she'd stay as an attorney so the smart ones that hire her can actually get the help and JUSTICE that they (and their kids if they are in a Family Law Case) deserve!!!
