I have spoken with Attorney Harris on several occasions and he truly impressed me with his knowledge and ability to understand and interpret the law and wording of legal matters. He was able to explain it to me in simple words what certain aspects of a contract meant . Some of the things may not have been what I wanted to hear, but is better to have a lawyer who tells your the truth, rather them mislead you. The matters were resolved, but if they had proceeded I would have hired Attorney Harris.

I found myself at a point in my life after counseling, therapy, and lots of prayers where divorce was the avenue for me to take. I hired an attorney and started the process to find out after tens of thousands of dollars and wasted time that I needed a different attorney. I began my research and decided I wanted to get the best representation possible regardless of how much it was going to cost. I spoke to retired judges, attorneys, and anyone who might know a bit about the divorce process. I was confident after research that Mark Sessums was my guy. Mark and his team were professional every step of the way. They showed complete loyalty to me and I truly felt his entire team was on my side. Mark and his team showed a personal interest in how I was doing through the entire process. All said and done my divorce was finalized effectively and efficiently. I spent far less on attorney fees than what the research indicated. Laina is a quick learner; very bright young lady. Her ability to listen carefully to what her clients have to is just insanely outstanding. Our 8 year old child was coached by their counselor to be Baker Acted just a week after same counselor had his twin Baker Acted. Children with normal life and mental health patterns before beginning with this school counselor at the start of the year.
Adam was by our side within 4 hours of contact, working with his partner to get our Writ of Habeas Corpus together on a Friday afternoon and document gathering from others as well as our family's doctor and put in play a judge at the ready. He even handled the cops when they were called on us as the administrator couldn't get her story straight. Our child was released within the next 4 through Friday night to our and our doctor's care thanks to the quick thinking and firm hand Adam used to bring our Baker Acted son home to us.
I'm deeply grateful to his quick actions and quick thinking to prevent our son from being held against his (and our) will creating traumatizing memories.

No one knows when tragedy will strike a family. Senseless drunk drivers and the costs they cause both financially and physically to your loved ones led me to Mr. Deem. Unless you are in an accident you cannot image the medical collection notices and insanity of the insurance industry. Just know its impossible to navigate on your own. Be prepared to hire an attorney to assist you with getting your claims paid and so much more. I am grateful to Mr.Deem and his dedicated staff for their commitment to their clients. I hired John to assist me with an auto accident case. John was a pleasure to work with. When I first met John, he had a professional and calm demeanor, which immediately put me at ease. The auto accident left me in pain, anxious, and worried about paying my medical bills. John was very reassuring and encouraged me to continue the treatment that I needed so I could most importantly, start to feel better. I found John to be very knowledgeable of the legal process. He communicated well with me during the process and kept me up-to-date via phone calls and e-mails. He worked diligently on my case and I received full compensation for our injuries.
