I hired John to assist me with an auto accident case. John was a pleasure to work with. When I first met John, he had a professional and calm demeanor, which immediately put me at ease. The auto accident left me in pain, anxious, and worried about paying my medical bills. John was very reassuring and encouraged me to continue the treatment that I needed so I could most importantly, start to feel better. I found John to be very knowledgeable of the legal process. He communicated well with me during the process and kept me up-to-date via phone calls and e-mails. He worked diligently on my case and I received full compensation for our injuries. I received a much larger settlement by using John than if I had settled with the insurance company without using an attorney. I had met with the insurance company prior to hiring John, and the amount they wanted to settle for would not have covered hardly any of the treatment that I needed. John went above and beyond to negotiate my major medical bills down to a small percentage of what I was initially required to pay. He even followed up on a couple of the lingering bills after our case was settled. I would highly recommend John to friends and family and would use him again if needed.

I found myself at a point in my life after counseling, therapy, and lots of prayers where divorce was the avenue for me to take. I hired an attorney and started the process to find out after tens of thousands of dollars and wasted time that I needed a different attorney. I began my research and decided I wanted to get the best representation possible regardless of how much it was going to cost. I spoke to retired judges, attorneys, and anyone who might know a bit about the divorce process. I was confident after research that Mark Sessums was my guy. Mark and his team were professional every step of the way. They showed complete loyalty to me and I truly felt his entire team was on my side. Mark and his team showed a personal interest in how I was doing through the entire process. All said and done my divorce was finalized effectively and efficiently. I spent far less on attorney fees than what the research indicated. I am usually not one to offer recommendations for people as people tend to surprise me daily but I would without doubt recommend Mark and his team, they are the best!

I had an aweful experience with these lawyers and they did what they wanted, didn’t listen to me at all and gave zero updates until I finally said that was enough stop working after I was given a price of 10,000. They will act like they are working and review records from a trust company that I never had a problem with but they have to steal money from you somehow!! And now I am having a problem with them holding on to the rest of the funds and they were unprofessional as well and I even had one of them screaming at me that was an office clerk. Worst experience!! And a bunch of con men!

My experience with David Hardy was exceptional. He made the whole DUI process easy and as stress free as possible. He explained all every step of the way. He was able to negotiate with the Asst. States Attorney a more beneficial plea deal for me. Well after my court date I was having an issue at the Probation Office, he called and took care of the whole thing for me in a matter of minutes.

Mr. Ligori handled 2 separate cases for me. Both cases he made site I got the treatment needed to recover. I felt like I was treated with respect, and with a personalized service. And every detail mattered. My file was huge, it seemed like several thousand pages thick. In more than one occasion I was impressed about how much knowledge he had of my case. I know there are assistants who help compile the documents, but when I asked Mr. Ligori about any specifics, not only could he turn right to the page, but he knew what was on that page without even looking at it. To me, that showed he was dedicated to getting the outcome I deserved. If I'm ever in the position where I need his services, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

One of the laziest law firms I've worked with. We are full time real estate investors. We use lawyers for probates, foreclosure help, guardianship, divorces, etc. I worked with RTR on two unimpressive closings in the past but they got the job done. I referred them a case for one family that required a guardianship and TWO probates. After months of not moving a case forward in the slightest, yet assuring us it would be closed very quickly, the lawyer handling our case has been unable to reply leading up to his long European vacation. Surprisingly, during his vacation no other lawyer in the firm handles that type of case so no one can give us an update or tell us if he's even filed the first documents. No one can process us a refund because they say he'll want to speak with us first. Oh and the kicker was "In his defense, he doesn't even have an assistant. he does it all himself". Crazy that a firm of this size cannot hire this man an assistant. Still hopeful I'll get a refund and be able to take this case to another lawyer.

I used Kevin back in 2004 for an accident case out of Sarasota County. The trial in case took quite a while but that’s expected. Kevin was absolutely amazing and did an in-depth thorough job. He kept me updated all along the way and it all paid off in the end, literally, I highly recommend Kevin Woods for any type of Cases that he practices. I really don’t think you could find a better attorney anywhere around in Southwest Florida, including Morgan and Morgan. If you’ve been involved in any kind of an accident whatsoever, make sure you hire this man because you won’t find any better.

Michael Herron and his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They will treat you as an impossible individual, not a number as the big firm may. I was in an auto accident as a passenger resulting in a shoulder injury that required surgery. The major insurance company tried everything in the book to prove the injury was from an earlier accident or deterioration due to age. Michael fought them with all of his experience and knowledge. Last December 16th I was in a auto accident in Northern Virginia while visiting my daughters. I contacted Michael Herron when I returned to Tampa after reading about him on his website. Upon hiring him you get the pleasure of dealing with Julie Burger (Paralegal) and Johna Rawels (Legal Assistant). When other attorneys told us it can't be done, or your wasting your money. When they said you will loose, they said your going to prison. Nick asked my family to trust him and he wouldn't let us down. That's EXACTLY what he delivered. Embarrassing as it is to say that I have entirely to much experience with attorneys. Nick is by far the best defense attorney that I've ever hired. I'm truly grateful for everything that Nick has done for me! Nick keeps you in the loop every step of the way. He takes your calls , he explains the law in terms that you understand. I witnessed Nick go head to head quoting case law back in forth with the presiding judge in my case.
