I had a big car accident in June 2018; I almost lost my life because of a careless driver that crushed my car to rush to the gas station. I suffered a lot from this accident, been through so many medications and treatment, mentally so stress, and financially been rough. With so many going on in my life, I didn’t have any more power and energy to deal with the person and insurance that responsible for all of these. (This case is almost 3 years; you can imagine how frustrated I am)
I pray to God, and I really thank God that he sent me the best lawyer to handle my case. Lance Garner worked so hard to handle my case and kept fighting diligently. I'm really not one to leave reviews but Lance and his team did their thing . I contacted Ms Sampson after I was involved in a car crash resulting in personal injury. She reviewed my case, presented my options and vigorously fought the auto insurance company of the at fault driver. They tried to get me to settle for far less than I received, and Ms Sampson never gave in to their less than sufficient offers. I would recommend Ms Sampson to my family and friends and would call her again should I need legal assistance in the future.

Sandra Sampson was my defense lawyer for 3 Felony charges in the City of Norfolk. The charges had a combined maximum sentence 30 years in jail and up to $100k in fines. I contacted Ms. Sampson the day after my arrest and she immediately took up my case. She kept me informed through the processes and always presented all of my options, their consequences, and, if I asked her questions about the proceedings, she gave me informed answers. The entire process from arrest to outcome took only about two months, and as the title states I received a nolle prosequi (no contest) for each charge against me. I've been working with Terry for about 6 months now on a workers comp claim. When I had a attorney tell me I had no case to give it up there's nothing I could do, Terry said that he would take my case and he has fought for me on everything that comes up. I was a passenger sitting at a red light when the car behind us failed to keep control of her vehicle and rammed into the back of our car. I sustained moderate, life changing neck injuries from that accident. Because the accident was low speed, no one else was hurt , no major damage to vehicles , the insurance company refused to pay for any of my medical bills. I was trying everything to get better but I was getting worse and worse. Now, the car insurance company was getting very nasty with me and refused to pay any of the medical bills. I now knew this was going to be a long hard fight for justice to prevail and that I was going to need the best attorney out there! I wanted an attorney that didn't mind going to court if that's what it came down to. At this point, my medical bills were over $30,000. As the trial date drew near, the insurance company offered to settle the case for $12,000. Needless to say, we took our chances and prepared for trial. Mr. Hajek did an amazing job! He was very professional, stuck to the truth and prevailed. He really cares about his clients. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process! When the jury came back, we were amazed at the verdict! $90,000.
I'm very greatfull for all that Mr Hajek did in my behalf!

Mr. Hajek is a very outstanding lawyer and has been a blessing to our family.Mr. Hajek came to know us about 5 years ago. I was working one night in dark territory, when my conductor took a track warrant down wrong. As I topped a hill, I seen another train right in front of me. I put the train in emergency and l fell to the floor. As I laid on the floor praying it would not hurt it felt like it would never end. There was nothing I could do! I could not jump, for I only would fall off a cliff. Soon came an impact like no other. smashing and crinkling metal screeching that was piercing to the ear. I rear ended a double stacked pig train sitting on the main. As I pulled my self off of the floor, and noticed i was bleeding, I checked my conductor, and told him to call for help. He was fine as far as I could tell. But I myself was not! Soon I was being helped off the train by a search and rescue team. Because we were so far away from any major roads, there was just no access in to reach us. Luck you might say, to even be alive. I was then put in an ambulance, and taken to the nearest hospital. I was able to call my wife, were she met me at the hospital sometime later.I soon contacted a close union member who, told me to call this number right away. I thought" what can they do"? But I took his advice. It was late at night I called and left a message. Within an hour Mr. Hajek called me back personally on the phone, And gave me advice. And believe me advice was what I needed. I felt like he was concerned for me, not trying to get me to sign a paper and such. I was soon released from the hospital with no x-rays taken. The next day Mr. Hajek called me to check on me, and I explained to him how I felt. I told him " something is just not right, I don't feel ok ". His advice to go straight to the hospital saved my life. There in a CT scan showed a bruise on my brain. I had a mild traumatic brain injury. I had to ware a neck brace, to keep my head straight. my neck and back we stuck in a fetal position for a while. After months of recovery, and being took out of service by the railroad, I got back to work.Mr. Hajek set me up with a team of Doctors that was instrumental in my recovery. I most appreciate Mr. Hajek first and for most for saving my life, But he was very honest with me, and took the time to personally explain each and every step of the process that I would be going thru from the start. It was no promising me a settlement that could not be reached. He treated me like I was his own family member. He was instrumental in my recovery, I never had to worry about anything. He called frequently and checked on me and my family. I highly recommend Mr. Hajek to any railroader or anyone with a personal injury to give him a call. You will receive personal attention that you need and deserve when it means the most. I myself, settled out of court for an undisclosed amount, and got back to work. If God forbid anything would happen to me or my family again, I would not hesitate to give him a call again. His track record speaks for its self.

He filed our complaint within a narrow 90 days before the statute of limitations ran, and a counter-complaint soon thereafter. Ultimately, one corporate defendant settled early (in the middle of a deposition) and a final settlement was achieved post-mediation with all parties.

Tim knows his stuff. I had three charges, 2 misdemeanors, 1 felony, I was founf not guilty of one of the misdemeanors and the other two charges were dismissed. He also made it so that after I am able to expunge the arrests, so it is as if the incident never happened. I hope that I never have to use a lawyer for criminal charges again, but if I do I know I will be calling Tim.

I received a reckless driving ticket for speeding. I called Garrett Law Group after finding them on the internet. I spoke with Mr. Titter on the phone. While he did advise me of the seriousness of the ticket (I had no idea I could go to jail), he told me that my case didn't appear too bad. He had me get some documents to him, and he told me to go to traffic school. In court, I don't know exactly what happened. Mr. Titter objected to something the officer did and the judge dismissed my case. He told me the officer made a mistake. Good enough for me!

We had to deal with a breach of contract and, after a quick search, found Tony Damiani’s practice. Our last lawyer left us in the lurch and didn’t pursue the requested course of action against the defendant but wouldn’t give us many details as to what work had been done. Tony was patient with us, gave us very fair advice that projected potential outcomes and what he felt might happen if we pursued each option. He stayed with us each step of the way, quickly picked up where the last lawyer left off, and got us a better win than we really thought we’d get. I’ve asked him for advice on other matters a few times too and he is so very patient with me, despite me rambling when I get nervous. Mr. Phalen was an excellent attorney for my product defect/product warranty suit. Other attorneys turned my case away due to the difficulties and complexity involved. Knowing nothing about the product involved, Mr. Phalen and his associates tackled my suit with an assertive attitude. The insurance company was very difficult. Mr. Armstrong handled my needs and I was able to focus on my recuperation, instead of needless drama with the insurance company

Rakin Did a great job for us! I deal with insurance all of the time and thought it would be easy to deal with this event. It was a accident where a family member was hit by a car. They were fine after some time in the hospital and the driver was insured so it did not seem difficult! 4 weeks after the event I got Rakin contact information and he took over.
We just wanted the medical bills covered, if I had not contacted him I would have had to pay most of the bills due to the driver lo coverage limits.
I think he saved us 100k!
