First of all, in today's day and age it is rare to go to trial. Deals are made and unless there is a life sentence at stake or someone is wrongly accused, there will not be a trial. If I was innocent, I would have rode with Beau till the wheels fell off but like most that get charged, I was guilty as guilty gets. No need for trial. Still, I should have received a 10 year sentence under Virginia guidelines and Beau navigated me over the mountains that were in front of me in order to fight for a fair and lesser sentence. That included me staying clean and being a successful and productive member of society. We continued to push back the final sentencing date until I had to finally face my punishment. During this year and a half I put together a beautiful life and a successful future was almost a guarantee, unless the judge went by my record and the guidelines. Beau really saw the change I had made and I think that is why he made sure the Commonwealth and judge knew the whole story. He fought very hard for me and I have seen him do the same for others that were serious about changing their lives. I received 11 months. Incredible to say the least. That was 2010 and I still am in contact with him and send anyone who needs proper representation his way. My wife and 7 year old are grateful for him as well!

Even though I was still convicted, Beau was an amazing lawyer who did everything he could to at least lighten my sentence. He was successful in doing so as well! I managed to get just probation that lasted two months! I was a hard client to work with as well, but he worked around that. I've had three lawyers in my eighteen years, and this man is by far the best, the most professional, and the most caring. If I ever have any more legal trouble, I'll be sure to go back to him!

In December of 2016, on the way to my granddaughter’s Christmas recital at church, I was involved in an accident with a box truck that sideswiped me, spinning me around in the interstate at 60 mph, and caused me to hit the jersey wall, full side on, with my headlights pointing into on coming traffic. This resulted in me totaling my car, which was a 19th year wedding anniversary present to me from my husband. Besides the actual horror of the accident, which I am eternally grateful to God that I survived to be able to spend Christmas with my family; and the loss of my beloved car, that I had so enjoyed having; there was the added insult to injury (no pun intended) that the truck that hit me while trying to share the lane with me, never stopped but fled the scene leaving me injured, missing my entire family gathered at the church for my granddaughter’s pageant, and without a witness to identify the unmarked vehicle. But wait! There is more!!! To put the bow on top of this anonymous gift from the Grinch that almost stole all of my future Christmas’s; when all was said and done I was simultaneously unemployed, due to injuries affecting my ability to do my job, AND my insurance company of 30+ years denied my claim! I had injuries that I had to have physical therapy for, which lasted over 2 months, I had to have shots in my back, as well as injury that caused and/or aggravated some chronic conditions that I will have to deal with for the rest of my life. In what seemed like a comedy of errors things evolved into me needing to get a lawyer to make the insurance company do what they should have done in the first place. Mr Bradfield did just that. Since this experience had never happened to me before I was not knowledgeable as to how this would proceed, however, he very expertly explained everything and had a good sense of humor and tireless patience with me. This being the most traumatic thing that had ever happened to me made for some extensive conversations with me, which I am so thankful that he took the time to attend to. His assistant kept me informed of all appointments and progression of events. Their professionalism and courteous corespondence was refreshing in a very trying situation. All in all if I ever had to go through anything like this again, which I pray I never do, I would call Mr Bradfield in a heartbeat. Many thanks from myself and my family to Bradfield Injury Law Firm. They definitely “put the sword of justice on my side” when my insurance company was NOT on my side.

I was involved in a rear end accident where someone hit me. Once her insurance company wanted me to settle my medical claims I wanted advice from an attorney. I called Chip and he was happy to help. He worked hard for almost a year and a half to get the best possible settlement. He was kind and caring. Mr. Casola is an excellent attorney. I found him to be very thorough and professional. After reviewing my case, Chip identified key issues that I myself hadn't picked up on. After filing suit an unacceptable offer came in from the other side. Chip proceeded to counter and negotiate a very favorable settlement. All of this happened in a very short time frame and allowed us to skip the court process of which I wasn't looking forward to, even though I had a strong case. I had a big car accident in June 2018; I almost lost my life because of a careless driver that crushed my car to rush to the gas station. I contacted Ms Sampson after I was involved in a car crash resulting in personal injury. She reviewed my case, presented my options and vigorously fought the auto insurance company of the at fault driver. They tried to get me to settle for far less than I received, and Ms Sampson never gave in to their less than sufficient offers. Sandra Sampson was my defense lawyer for 3 Felony charges in the City of Norfolk. The charges had a combined maximum sentence 30 years in jail and up to $100k in fines. I contacted Ms. Sampson the day after my arrest and she immediately took up my case. She kept me informed through the processes and always presented all of my options, their consequences, and, if I asked her questions about the proceedings, she gave me informed answers. The entire process from arrest to outcome took only about two months, and as the title states I received a nolle prosequi (no contest) for each charge against me. I was a passenger sitting at a red light when the car behind us failed to keep control of her vehicle and rammed into the back of our car. I sustained moderate, life changing neck injuries from that accident. Because the accident was low speed, no one else was hurt , no major damage to vehicles , the insurance company refused to pay for any of my medical bills. I was trying everything to get better but I was getting worse and worse. Now, the car insurance company was getting very nasty with me and refused to pay any of the medical bills. I now knew this was going to be a long hard fight for justice to prevail and that I was going to need the best attorney out there! I wanted an attorney that didn't mind going to court if that's what it came down to. At this point, my medical bills were over $30,000. As the trial date drew near, the insurance company offered to settle the case for $12,000. Needless to say, we took our chances and prepared for trial. Mr. Hajek did an amazing job! He was very professional, stuck to the truth and prevailed. He really cares about his clients. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process! When the jury came back, we were amazed at the verdict! $90,000.
I'm very greatfull for all that Mr Hajek did in my behalf!

Mr. Hajek is a very outstanding lawyer and has been a blessing to our family.Mr. Hajek came to know us about 5 years ago. I was working one night in dark territory, when my conductor took a track warrant down wrong. As I topped a hill, I seen another train right in front of me. I put the train in emergency and l fell to the floor. As I laid on the floor praying it would not hurt it felt like it would never end. There was nothing I could do! I could not jump, for I only would fall off a cliff. Soon came an impact like no other. smashing and crinkling metal screeching that was piercing to the ear. I rear ended a double stacked pig train sitting on the main. As I pulled my self off of the floor, and noticed i was bleeding, I checked my conductor, and told him to call for help. He was fine as far as I could tell. But I myself was not! Soon I was being helped off the train by a search and rescue team. Because we were so far away from any major roads, there was just no access in to reach us. Luck you might say, to even be alive. I was then put in an ambulance, and taken to the nearest hospital. I was able to call my wife, were she met me at the hospital sometime later.I soon contacted a close union member who, told me to call this number right away. I thought" what can they do"? But I took his advice. It was late at night I called and left a message. Within an hour Mr. Hajek called me back personally on the phone, And gave me advice. And believe me advice was what I needed. I felt like he was concerned for me, not trying to get me to sign a paper and such. I was soon released from the hospital with no x-rays taken. The next day Mr. Hajek called me to check on me, and I explained to him how I felt. I told him " something is just not right, I don't feel ok ". His advice to go straight to the hospital saved my life. There in a CT scan showed a bruise on my brain. I had a mild traumatic brain injury. I had to ware a neck brace, to keep my head straight. my neck and back we stuck in a fetal position for a while. After months of recovery, and being took out of service by the railroad, I got back to work.Mr. Hajek set me up with a team of Doctors that was instrumental in my recovery. I most appreciate Mr. Hajek first and for most for saving my life, But he was very honest with me, and took the time to personally explain each and every step of the process that I would be going thru from the start. It was no promising me a settlement that could not be reached. He treated me like I was his own family member. He was instrumental in my recovery, I never had to worry about anything. He called frequently and checked on me and my family. I highly recommend Mr. Hajek to any railroader or anyone with a personal injury to give him a call. You will receive personal attention that you need and deserve when it means the most. I myself, settled out of court for an undisclosed amount, and got back to work. If God forbid anything would happen to me or my family again, I would not hesitate to give him a call again. His track record speaks for its self.

Tim knows his stuff. I had three charges, 2 misdemeanors, 1 felony, I was founf not guilty of one of the misdemeanors and the other two charges were dismissed. He also made it so that after I am able to expunge the arrests, so it is as if the incident never happened. I hope that I never have to use a lawyer for criminal charges again, but if I do I know I will be calling Tim.

Mr. Phalen was an excellent attorney for my product defect/product warranty suit. Other attorneys turned my case away due to the difficulties and complexity involved. Knowing nothing about the product involved, Mr. Phalen and his associates tackled my suit with an assertive attitude. The insurance company was very difficult. Mr. Armstrong handled my needs and I was able to focus on my recuperation, instead of needless drama with the insurance company
