Let me start off by saying, the ONLY reason I got an attorney, was because my chiropractor’s office required an attorney for motor vehicle accident claims.
At my first consult with Peter, I seemed very confident it was going to be helpful to have him and his team on my side. Boy was I wrong.. I literally did everything the entire process. I was told having a lawyer would make things easier and I wouldn’t have to do much work- WRONG. I had to hassle USAA MYSELF to get them to redo my car valuation THREE TIMES because they kept messing it up. Peter assured me he would be able to help get my car back quickly, but my car sat at a shop and then got towed to a junk yard without my knowledge or consent, so Peter’s team thought it was a total loss and told me to tell them everything I had in my car so we could get reimbursed for it all. I literally just wanted my car to be fixed and be back to me. Peter said this would be the easier part, wouldn’t take long at all to handle, and the medical stuff would take the longest- which it did. But getting my car back took about 5 months. I was without a vehicle for 5 months. I was in contact with one paralegal on Peter’s team who didn’t seem interested in helping me, and then he dropped off the face of the earth and I was working with another one, but then I believe even a third paralegal ended up taking over without anyone telling me anyone was switching. I’ve been confused and frustrated basically this entire process. I kept getting told I’d hear back from his group, and then I wouldn’t hear from them for weeks, even months, I’d have to email multiple times to get an actual response from anyone to answer any of my questions. It’s been a battle. I feel like I’ve battled the insurance company as well as his attorneys office- I’ve put in so much time and effort, all that was promised I wouldn’t have to put in, but I did. If you don’t hear anything from the insurance company, communicate that to your clients!!! Don’t just leave them on read and ghost them!! Unacceptable! And if you switch paralegals on someone, let them know! I was so confused getting emails from names I didn’t recognize and having them act like we’ve spoken before, but never once got introduced to any new person on my case. This whole process has been a shitshow in my opinion and next time I get in a wreck, I’m not getting an attorney- clearly I can do everything they do, but get it done in a more timely manner, I proved that this entire process.
And when I brought this up to Peter towards the end of working with them, he told me “sorry for your inconvenience” but not once did he say they’d do anything to make it better or an easier process. Once I got my check sent for someone else outside his team, I’ve never heard from him again, not even to say thank you for being a client and getting him and his business money from my insurance claim.

Mr. Kesling helped me get through my car accident case. The experience was traumatic and almost completely unfair. Mr. Kesling handled my case with great care, and in the end, everything was okay! Josh and Rachel were a pleasure to work with and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was involved in a very complicated Hit & Run and my insurance company was leaving me in the dark so a friend referred me to Anderson Law. The first meeting I had with Josh was a huge stress relief, he explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions. Josh and Rachel took care of the entire claim for me and contacted me with every single update. They made me feel like I could focus on getting better while they took care of everything else. My case was settled in a timely manner and the check I received was much more than I had originally expected it would be. I would recommended him hands down to any other. Unlike other offices where you deal with paralegals, Josh was always available. He kept me apprised and really knows how to negotiate a fair deal. Sam was one of 2 lawyers recomended by my chiropracter, he was unable to take on my case at that time because his caseload was full. The other lawyer turned out to be less than satifactory. I had another lawyer from another chiropracter at first...who did nothing also. I contacted Sam again after 2 years and he took my case (YAY).
Insurance was offering 1/3 of the cost of my medical bills, Sam and his team mediated 3 times the amount of my medical bills. He will be up front about what you can expect and they WILL fight for you!

I was in a series of car accidents starting in 2018. My original lawyer quit on me in the beginning of the pandemic without giving me any notice. In July 2023 I was hit by a car that didn’t stop. I reached out to Premier Law Group because I had met a lawyer there in a workout class and she was so nice that I decided to give them a chance. They did a phenomenal job on my case. I never once felt taken advantage of, lied too or deceived. Premier Law Group did something for me nobody in my entire life has done. That’s believing in me, and caring about my health first. The moment I met Jonathan Lee he made it clear he wanted to see me healthy and able to live an active life with my daughters. He encouraged me to listen to my body because I only get one. In doing so for the first time in my life I’m moving around happier, in less pain, and with some more cheese in my back pocket. I give glory to god first always, but Premier Law Group gave me hope on my low days, and brought in more joy on happy ones. The money on the back end is nice, having your medical bills paid is nice. Shawn Briggs was very professional from beginning to end. He never made any promises about my claim, only that he would do his best to represent me and get me what was fair for a settlement. His staff was very Hands-On and if I had any questions they walked me through every step of the way. I did not feel discouraged about asking anything and it always came with a quick response I did not have to wait days and weeks to get an answer. Adam Engst is an excellent lawyer. He is professional and personable. He explained the process thoroughly. He was always happy to respond to any questions we had quickly. My husband and myself were involved in a serious rear end collision. We were both injured. My husband required neck surgery and will have continued pain and limited mobility of his neck. This affects our future financially as well. He has lost income by severally limiting his ability to work. Adam fought to get medical costs related to injury plus the maximum $ amount from the insurance company and succeeded! The settlement was in the 6 figures and will go towards our being able to live without fear of losing our home. And for future medical expenses. In my case because of my illnesses, I was unable to get medical treatment for my crash-related injuries, which would normally mean that my case was not very valuable. However, Adam was able to convince the insurance companies that my low medical bills did not reflect the severity of the injuries I suffered. As a result, Adam was able to get them to pay every last dollar of all the insurance policy limits available. We were so impressed and satisfied with Adams representation. I would without hesitation recommend Adam Engst to anyone who needed a great lawyer for an injury case.

I suffered a serious neck injury in a rear-end collision that was not my fault. My case was somewhat complicated by the fact that I had suffered a cervical spine fracture about 20 years prior.
Although I tried to avoid surgery at all costs, my pain never went away, and I ended up needing a three-level cervical fusion. As a result of my injuries, I was unable to do many of the tasks required of me at work, and my employer was essentially forced to outsource my position. I faced the serious risk of being forced into an early retirement, and as I am the sole breadwinner for my household, that was a daunting possibility.
Fortunately, Adam was able to work with my employer, my surgeon, the insurance company, and their lawyers to get me every last dollar of insurance benefits available, which was more money than I ever thought possible.
If you have been seriously injured, you should not hesitate to give Adam a call. He is kind and considerate with his clients but knows how to force insurance companies to do the right thing.

If I could give karen and her team 10 stars I would. I was in a horrible car accident and during that time in my life, I was dealing with so many issues, problems, and overall difficulties because of the accident. There was one shining light and helpful aspect during that time for me which was Karen and her team at the law firm. Karen specifically but also the rest of her team was so helpful and fought for me every step of the way. Not only did they get me paid out to help me financially, but the level of stress that they were able to take off of my plate I could not put a value on. Adam Engst is an excellent lawyer. He is professional and personable. He explained the process thoroughly. He was always happy to respond to any questions we had quickly. My husband and myself were involved in a serious rear end collision. We were both injured. My husband required neck surgery and will have continued pain and limited mobility of his neck. Seriously, 3 years ago at the end of May 2021, I and a close friend were involved in a terrible accident on an ATV. My friend eventually died and I had severe injuries including a broken femur, multiple broken ribs, and damage by kinetic force to my calf.
I was at a loss of what to do, as I was certain there were multiple parties at fault. I can not get into the details but can say after consulting with Adam, that I made the right decision to go forward with a claim.
The case was complex, as multiple insurance companies and friends were involved. I was extremely distraught about the whole affair as I began this process. I had lengthy P.T. and severe depression with PTSD type symptoms for a long while.
One thing I can say is, upon my initial meeting with Adam, within about 10 minutes, I knew I had the right person to help me. In a prior line of work which could be perilous at times, I had to quickly judge the character of new people whom would enter my circle. Figuring out who would fly straight and 'have my back' took many years to fine tune, but I became pretty good at that.
So my 'radar' concerning Adam pinged as someone I could trust.
I was never proven wrong by him or his law firm of Brett McCandlis, Brown & Conner.
I am grateful that we did not have to go to trial, as there were hurt feelings involved already by me deciding to choose the action that I did post-accident.
Adam did give me the final say on all major decisions, including the possibility of going to trail if the defendants insurance companies did not settle.
I basically told Adam, that, "I did not want to 'Cross the Rubicon', but go ahead Caesar and have your horse put its foot into the water."
Well, he did, and Rome blinked. The insurance companies blinked, and decided to settle just at the wire.
Not sure exactly how Adam pulled it all off, but then I am not an attorney, though I have had them in the past.
The result was I got a hefty settlement. While money is not everything, it is going to help me as I move on from a terrible accident.
If anyone reads this, know this: I highly recommend Adam Engst, and the law firm he works for.

As much as a legal intervention is an inherently stressful undertaking, Nelson Boyd made the experience as low-stress as possible. They did this by being good listeners, providing assurances that they were fighting for me, providing prompt and excellent communications, and always doing what they said they would do.
My suit was settled satisfactorily (they worked on contingency) prior to reaching court, which was preferable since it took nearly two years to get to that point-- though not due to any fault of Nelson Boyd. Going to court would likely have taken another six months or longer. My case involved personal injury and I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing this sort of representation -- and probably other issues, as well.
