It was a tough case. I wasn't easy to deal with. Scott was able to get nearly all the insurance policy, and saw this through until the impossible happened. Somehow he got a bank to give me an account. Still scratching my head as to how he did that, but let's not look gift horses in the mouth. His service was above and beyond what is required. He even got my antibiotics when I was still to sore to move. He got my 2000 dollars for a bicycle I paid 250 for and it was only worth 750 new. There were a couple parts having experienced I would have not been so head strong about. I might not rank so high if I had a client feedback... Lol, I was a pain. Scott is talented, mature, complete and stable.

I’m writing to highly endorse attorney Steve Knapp for you or your loved ones who may be seriously injured or killed by the acts of another person. Steve spent 3 ½ years helping me through a very stressful and difficult process of settling my serious and permanent injury claims with the State Department of Transportation and its contractor after I crashed my motorcycle in a construction zone one night on I-5. I’m very lucky that Steve got involved in my case early on. Steve immediately began gathering evidence to support my claim that the onramp had been left in a negligent condition which caused me to crash that night. Steve kept telling me that the facts of my case were like “spokes in a wheel” and his goal was to build me a wheel full of spokes, which he did do. The State and its contractor denied any responsibility to me for more than three years after my accident. They claimed the accident was entirely my fault or someone else’s fault other than theirs. But Steve was relentless and left no stone unturned in working up my case. He went to the DOT archives and found great records for my case; he investigated the accident scene; and he located and met with several witnesses and got written statements from them in support of my case. I was able to sit in on a few depositions of witnesses, and watching Steve was great. He was very prepared for each one, and he seemed to almost know what each witness would say, even before they said it. He was able to use the witnesses testimony to build lots of spokes in my wheel. Steve used to do defense work and he knows how the defense looks at a case, which I think gives him an edge because he can anticipate where the defense witnesses will attack his clients’ cases and he can prepare for it. Steve had me fully prepared for my own deposition by the defense attorney and for my examination by the defense doctor. Steve finally overwhelmed the DOT and its contractor with evidence that their negligence caused my accident, and we were ultimately able to reach a settlement of very high six figures. Steve is a down to earth kind of guy who is very easy to talk to. He kept in regular contact with me so I always knew what was going on with my case. I’m extremely happy with the work Steve did for me on my case and I give him my highest recommendation to anyone who has been seriously hurt or even killed by someone else’s negligence. J.

I was in a bicycle accident in Seattle. The road had a sand patch in the bike path. The city and the construction company tried to wear us down by dragging things out but Pino stuck with me through thick and thin. We ended up getting a better settlement than I expected. When I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, Pellegrino was incredibly helpful getting a resolution with an opposing insurance company. Because I did not have insurance on my small motor scooter, the other driver's insurance company tried to claim I was responsible for the accident. Pino agreed with my take on it, and fought hard to get them to take responsibility. Through negotiations, he was able to get exactly what I wanted, my vehicle to be repaired and my missed work compensated. I couldn't have asked for more and would definitely recommend his services to anyone involved in a similar incident.

After getting my DUI and navigating the uncharted waters of endless attorneys I found Christopher. After speaking with him the first time I knew I was going to hire him and told him shortly after that same day. He's genuine, down to earth and charged a very fair price. What can I say?...he went to bat for me. He continuously pushed for the results we were focused on with the City of Seattle prosecutor. We got the results we wanted and I can't be more thankful. Christopher kept me in the loop on what to expect and what had or hadn't transpired. He was transparent throughout the process and let me know what I could do to be ahead of the game and proactive. It was my first DUI w/ a refusal greater than +.15 BAC. I had 2 prior alcohol related offenses on my record and we were able to get it reduced down to a DUI no test. Originally the prosecutor wanted 2yrs ignition interlock, 2 days in jail plus 30 days electronic home monitoring and 5 years bench probation. However, Chris was able to get it down to 1 year ignition interlock, 30 days electronic home monitoring and no probation. He was honest enough to tell me as well that I had a refund coming my way per our contractual agreement. Something that I didn't even know. Hire him should you have the opportunity.

I greatly appreciate all that Bruce Lambrecht has done to grant me justice in my case. I believe professionals like him that take the time to take on cases such as mine; where the road to restitution is skewed and does not promise outstanding investment return, are the reason society is able to heal and prosper even with overwhelming political and institutional corruption.
Not many people such as Bruce could understand how matters such as this could derail someone's attention, energy, and success. Since Bruce's help I have been able to pull my grades up in Arizona State University as well as become affiliated with two on campus human rights organizations. I will also be graduating with my Bachelor's degree this May and feel that my struggles would have been ridiculous and further post-poned as they were being, if it had not been for Bruce. I then had by sister-in-law who is also an attorney (practicing law in Maryland) review his web-site. My case began with a Sunday morning walk in a quite neighbor just north of Manson in Lake Chelan, Wa. My brother and his wife along with my wife and I were walking along a public road when a large dog approached. His demeanor was not friendly, he was aggressive showing his teeth and lunging at us. With numerous calls to control his dog the approaching owner did nothing. When the dog's attention turn towards my wife, I collected a couple of large rocks and proceeded to through them at the dog. In doing so, I ripped the quad tendon in my right leg, causing extreme pain and injury. After surgery, I was off work for 3 months then an additional 6 months of physical therapy.
I know, some might think "you threw the rock - it was your own fault". This was not my view nor was It Bob's. Bob represented me and with his knowledge and expertise we settled with the insurance company for a fair and equitable amount.
