Sara was everything that I needed in an Attorney. I contacted her because the Insurance Company was pushing me to close a claim. I was having problems with my left side of my body, due to an automobile accident and the Dr.s could not locate the problem. During a consult with Sara, she suggested I go to the Spine Clinic, and she set up an appointment for me. At the appointment they found what was causing the problem and within 45 days I was having surgery and it resolved my problem. Sarah closed up with the Insurance Company's and all the costs related to the accident and surgery were taken care of. Sara did all the work and we were blessed by having her as our advocate. I was previously represented by Mr. Coluccio for a hotly disputed liability automobile collision. He was able to get an arbitration award 100 percent in my favor (defendant found to be completely liable). The defense then appealed the decision. Thereafter, he was able to settle the case. We highly, highly recommend Coluccio Law! My husband was rear-ended by an "underinsured" motorist. Kevin and his wonderful assistant Wanda helped us through the process of not only getting the medical bills paid, but receiving the highest possible settlement. I had been in a lawsuit with an international entity. Non disclosure prevents me from saying their name. Evan was my third attorney. The other two were puppets for the defense. Evan stood up for me when no one else would and got me back what was taken. I had a house paid in full a car. These people came along and tried to make me something I am not to hide the truth and flip the script on the lawsuit. I am no longer In The United States. Evan got back some of what was taken so I can move on and start a new life abroad. Those other reviews about his answering service. Look he does cases in New York, California, Washington, Arizona. He is a busy man and the people in the office are just doing their job.

A year after a distracted driver crashed into my car on I-5 and after lots of back-and-forth with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, I had not been able to reach a settlement. I was advised to seek legal representation and I, somewhat reluctantly, agreed. Seeking legal representation and asking Mike Myers to represent me were the best steps I could have taken.
Mr. Myers helped me to understand that I was significantly undervaluing my damages. He and his team took over the communications with the insurance company, which I found stressful and maddening. The team kept me informed of where they were in the process.
When it came time for my deposition, Mr. Myers prepped me and answered my questions. Within days of the deposition, the insurance company settled the case for the amount Mr. Myers demanded.
Although I hope I’m never again in a situation where I need a personal injury attorney, if I do, Mike Myers and his team will get my call—and much sooner in the process.

My wife and I couldn’t have asked for better representation. We were unfamiliar with the legal process and Mike’s team took time to explain things without us feeling rushed.
At trial, Mike was prepared with regard to the details of our case and the laws surrounding personal injury. Several times during our trial I thought to myself what a great attorney he is because of his legal knowledge and the professionalism he portrayed. I met Jonathan just over 3 years ago after an incident that required me to seek legal help/support. When I first met Jonathan it was in a Zoom meeting. He took his time explaining how his practice worked, what I could expect from him and assistants. Joe Cunnane helped me through the car accident/injury process. I never write reviews, but make an exception because David Abeyta and his law firm deserve an excellent review. My husband was the victim of a dog attack in 2022. We’ve lived in a quiet Ellensburg neighborhood for about 15 years and my husband uses a walker. When he exited our fenced area to our mailbox on the street, a neighbor’s dog came out of nowhere from behind, and threw my husband to the pavement, leaving him immobile with a broken pelvis and in extreme pain. He spent two weeks in the hospital and it took him a good six months to recover. We sought legal help from Abeyta Nelson, and David and his staff did an excellent job.
People sometimes think they can do everything themselves and don’t need a lawyer or think it will cost too much. But someone in an injury crisis may not have good judgment when upset and distracted. Good legal representation is needed and is well worth the cost of the services.
Insurance companies often pressure people to settle quickly for a low dollar amount, before the full extent of injury is known. Settling too quickly can be a serious mistake.
Here are the reasons I chose Abeyta Nelson to help us through this crisis to a good settlement figure:
1) When my husband was injured and in the hospital, I knew I was not in the right mental state to use good judgment;

I was impressed by Beau and the experience he offered my friend in her injury crash. The entire staff at Beau Harlan Law Firm was professional and followed through before/during/and after the trial. Anybody injured in a car accident should hire Beau Harlan if they can. My friend was rewarded over 160k more than the original settlement offered. I hired The Harlan Law Firm to handle a matter where I was injured by a driver that ran a red light and t-boned my vehicle. Prior to trial the defendant’s insurance company offered to settle the case for $38,000.00. At Mr. Harlan’s direction we rejected the offer, went to trial, and the jury returned a verdict for $200,000.00. This is our first personal injury protection case so I was a little unsure, but we are so glad we got Sonny and his team. We were hit by another car and the at fault party's insurance low balled me. First off let me say I have never been so scared in my life as when I got arrested and charged with two felonies. What's worst of all is the crimes I was accused of I did not commit. I was facing five years behind bars minimum. I was given a public defender which I didn't hear from at all for a whole week. Thus starting my quest to find a good lawyer.
I needed to find a lawyer I felt confident would represent me well. I went to seven different lawyers accompanied by my brother, before speaking to Mr. Graves. I heard all similar things from the seven previous lawyers. They all seemed more interested in getting paid then proving my innocence. My first meeting with Mr. Graves we spoke for about two hours about my options and what his plan of attack would be. I felt very comfortable in his skills, ability and experience. My brother who accompanied me during this process felt Mr. Graves was the best for the job.
My case dragged on for almost a year and each step of the way Mr. Graves kept me updated. He was very prepared for different scenarios that might have risen and gathered as much information about the case as he could. After almost a whole year of dealing with my case it ended with a dismissal! I could not have been more joyous and relieved and I owed it all to Daryl Graves. If your looking for a lawyer with grit and honesty Mr graves is someone highly worth considering. Lastly, on a personal note, I was very impressed with him not only as a lawyer but as a human being.

I was referred to Virginia after being terminated from a position of over 5 years with no notice. Friends had told me that Virginia had experience with this same employer in a different case, and there was a positive outcome. This job meant the world to me. I was a dedicated employee with national awards to back up my performance. However, I was experiencing sexist remarks for almost the entire duration of my tenure there. After a particularly loud and hostile confrontation, I finally told my supervisor that I was going to go against the advice of HR and final a formal grievance. I was fired 4 days later.
When I first met with Virginia I was a total wreck. I sobbed almost our entire meeting, and I wasn’t even sure myself of what I was looking for out of our initial meeting. She listened patiently, and at the end of my story she gave me a very honest account of what it would look like to pursue a lawsuit. She didn’t paint a rosy version of events, and she didn’t even commit to taking on the case. Instead, she told me what I would need to do to prepare, and gave me a choice.
Throughout the case I felt confident that I was in good hands. Virginia was always open to questions, trustworthy, and diligent in her preparation of evidence. I truly believe that her reputation of ironclad groundwork played an emotional role in the final decision of my past employer.
Virginia understood my needs from this endeavor where greater than the financial outcome. We have many healing (albeit concise) conversations about how these types of cases influence organizational behavior. In the end, I felt like I got to experience justice thanks to Virginia. It is never a good way to start the New Year being terminated from your current position. Not only was I taken by surprise when the HR Director asked to speak with me early morning of Jan 10, 2017, she was the only person besides myself in the the meeting. I was given termination paperwork and told that I had 21 days to return it if I was going to receive any type of additional severance from the company. I was also told that I should be able to collect unemployment. Considering it was only myself and the HR Director in the meeting - it would come down to my word against hers if I was unable to collect unemployment or if there was an issue with the termination/severance paperwork. Virginia was able do an initial phone consult with me which put my mind at ease during this stressful time. She let me know what information and paperwork she needed from me to review my case and a fair estimate of the cost involved in the review. I put together all the necessary documentation and met with her at her Downtown Tacoma office. Meeting Virginia in person was one of the best things to come out of my employment being terminated from my previous employer in Fife. Virginia reviewed the paperwork and settlement agreement and set up a phone consult to let me know what she found. I was able to ask questions of her on the phone and was given step by step changes to the wording of the settlement agreement that she recommended. She explained some of the legal wording that was listed so that I would be able to understand what my previous employer was trying to impose on me. Talking to Virginia gave me the confidence to stand up to my previous employer and to ask for changes to be made to the settlement agreement that was mutually beneficial to both parties involved. If I had not contacted Virginia, I probably would have just signed the paperwork and took my chances. I am so glad that my previous employer made the necessary changes to the paperwork that Virginia recommended. I felt like I left the company on my terms, rather than theirs. I was able to collect unemployment as well. I have gone to work for another company and am grateful that Virginia was able to help out during the transition from unemployed to employed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for guidance/legal advise as a result of an employment termination. I will use Virginia's Legal services in the future if I find myself unemployed again or in a motor vehicle accident. She takes the time to communicate with you and follows-up in a timely manner. So many legal issues now a days are so time sensitive. I received e-mails from her over the weekend as well as in the evening. She genuinely cares about her clients.

After working in the workforce for decades and having numerous encounters with discrimination, I had never sought the advice of a lawyer. Rationale was that it was too hard to relive the incidents over and even harder to try to prove that the actions of your employer were discriminatory. The behavior of my current employer became so egregious and unprofessional I had to seek consultation on either to sue or plan an exit strategy. I called and left a message and Virginia called me back while in training out-of-state. She spoke to me multiple times and instructed me on what she needed to get started while still away from the office. I was impressed right away with her efficiency!
As instructed, I provided her with input. She reviewed my input and we setup a date to meet. Prior to meeting, she was honest and informed me right away that she was not inclined to take my case on. When we met she asked some pointed questions and allowed me to talk, while she attentively listened. She observed my body language and passion. She then assessed my current situation and cared enough to tell me about what she could see in me as an individual being that she had been in employment law for 28 years. She offered me alternatives (i.e., a referral for potential employment elsewhere and/or encouraged me to do more with my small business). In addition, she clarified that even though she was not willing to take on my potential case another lawyer may view my current situation differently. She informed me of the statutory limitations, if I wanted to pursue further.
Based on her feedback, it validated what I already knew, removing all emotions. Her neutral, but caring, review brought me peace that I had not experienced since my encounter with my employer two months prior and it resolved issues I had internally NOT dealt with for decades. I will always be thankful for her efficient, honest and forthright consultation. The universe gives you what your heart desires. For me, it was meeting and consulting with Virginia DeCosta.

This was the second time I had talked with them and they were very informational they were definitely willing to try to help me the first time the second time they were as well even though with certain circumstances given that most other law firms probably wouldn't continue to try to take up my case they still were willing to to review everything again to see if they could help me I much appreciate them although my case was never really handled by any attorney overall cuz none of them wanted to take my case unfortunately cuz there was no homeowners insurance so it seems like it's hard to get a lawyer to kind of want to go down different road or different path to help the victim out but this one by far was willing to go an extra step even if it was for not

After getting hit by a drunk driver on 405, my boyfriend and I were lucky to be alive. My wife & I were taking her car into the Ford Dealer in Issaquah for its 2nd service. It was a 2017 Escape with just less than 5,000 miles on it. As we made a left turn on a green arrow at the intersection near the dealership we were T-boned in the intersection right on the front passenger door where my wife was seated. We never saw or heard anything until we were hit by a women who ran her red light. My wife had it be cut out of the car and was taken Overlake Hospital with cracked rib and severe bruising all along the right side of her body. The car was totaled and it took my wife about 6 months to fully recover.
After working with our insurance company for a month it became clear to us that the other insurance company representing the driver who hit us was not going to settle this to our satisfaction. I began my search for a law firm who I felt comfortable with and decided on Weier Law. We were contacted by Theresa Buchner who became the attorney who represented us. We dealt with many great people in the office who did all the preliminary info gathering for Theresa. This type of claim required a lot of patience as it is a long process to gather all the info needed before we could even begin to settle our claim with the insurance company. Once Theresa started the negotiations it took a while of her going back and forth with the insurance company to even get close to a settlement. We finally had to file a law suit in order to get the insurance company to get serious with their offering to settle our case. Theresa was very persistent with her negotiations and we finally reached a number that we were willing to accept that would adequately compensate us for all of the damage done by the woman who carelessly caused our accident. Christopher Cazares is the best military lawyer I could have hired. I was facing a drug court-martial as part of a “drug ring.” I watched Christopher outperform every lawyer in the room, including the senior prosecutor. His confidence and experience were levels above what I could have hoped for. After several days in court, my case was ultimately dismissed and I have resumed my career as if this investigation and court-martial never happened. John Wilson and the staff at RHHK was by my side for almost six years as we had to file suit against 2 insurance companies and deal with Covid. He was optimistic but also realistic. He prepared the case so well we netted over 96% of the insurance policies limits during our mediation. Even more importantly he referred me to a neck and back specialist who greatly reduced my pain at least temporarily. When he told me my insurance company only offered us 4% of the available funds and he recommended filing suit for the full limit I was quite surprised. But over the years the medical bills grew and will continue to accumulate, with this settlement I should be able to get the necessary treatment for years to come. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

I slipped and fell on ice at a business that didn't take precautions for their patrons safety on the sidewalks or parking lot. I was hurt quite badly. I was treated rudely by the manager and made to feel like it was my fault I fell and was humiliated! My sister convinced me to call an attorney for advise because of my injuries. I looked up attorneys and made a call. I told him what happened and he said that Lloyd Herman is the attorney I need to get in contact with. I called him and right away he took action. The very next day he went out to the place I fell and took pictures of where I fell. He could prove that the grounds had ice and snow build up and was not safe for the people walking on it. My case seemed to be impossible with having been turned down by 6 other law firms since the auto accident and the deadline to file an insurance claim only days away.
