With the caveat that I did not end up proceeding with litigation, I found both Mr Anderson and Mr Mitchell to be exceedingly professional and timely in their responsiveness to my inquiries. They easily could have recommended proceeding with litigation, but instead recommended against it as despite a strong case and likelihood of their own personal benefit secondary to fees, even a positive outcome was unlikely to be beneficial to me. They certainly put my interests ahead of their own.

Bill Robison is an excellent and experienced personal injury attorney.I was hospitalized from an auto accident. The insurance company refused to pay anything and I was accused of things I didn't do, by the other driver and witness. My case required a great attorney and talented strategist for the truth of what actually happened in the accident to be revealed. Bills well prepared,methodical questioning in the deposition, combined with how he introduced the evidence, forced the truth to come out. Bill Robison took my car accident case after I had muddled through it for over a year. After hiring 2 different attorneys to assist me in retrieving my share of my ex-husband's pension as ordered by the divorce decree and signed by the court many years ago. Because it was so long ago, the language of the order needed to be updated for proper execution of the pension plan. Morgan James were my lawyers in a car accident case where I was rear-ended. Recently I had a dispute with my medical insurance company. They denied coverage for expensive clinical tests that had already been performed leaving me responsible for the entire bill that I could not afford. Despite the facts that I presented to them to support my case they twice denied my formal appeals.
In less than one week after Miichael Morgan's involvement the situation was resolved. To say I am pleased with his service is an understatement. Michael Morgan's quick effective action saved me from a frustrating stuation and allowed me to have the required surgery. Mr. Gardner was very helpful in assisting me with a previous tenant who abandoned a 24 foot power boat on my property. Due to neglect on the tenant the boat had partially sunk into the lake. I had originally hired a company to remove the boat; however they would not do so without the permission from the owner. At that time, I found out that the tenant wasn’t even the owner of the boat. When the tenant vacated they provided me with incorrect forwarding addresses and telephone numbers. The City of Seattle imposed a fine of $500 per day if I didn’t remove the boat. Mr. Gardner was very professional and took over the issue for me. The process was painless for me and the results were awesome. I can now enjoy the view without having a partially sunken boat on my property.

After contacting Mr Pipinich, we met to talk about my case. I was not sure where to go with my case and I was at least hoping he could point me in the right direction if he could not help me. After going over my paperwork, Joe seemed perturbed. He too was upset at the Ex employer that was trying to rip me off! Joe Pipinich did an amazing job helping our family through a trying time. About 4 years ago our dog was attacked by two pit bulls that broke through our gate and shattered our border collies front leg. When the owners refused to help with costs and turned it over to their insurance company who placed a value on our dog of only $1000 we contacted Mr. Pipinich and he contacted and fought with the insurance company to get the full medical bills covered this allowed us to get the best help possible to try and save my dogs leg. This was an expensive process to save the dogs leg and in the end amputation was the best option. If not for Mr. Pipinich fighting for us we would have had to put our animal down due to the costs incurred from the damage to our dogs leg. He took on the case and fought for us and our dog and I will say I was impressed by his compassion and fortitude in fighting our case. The insurance company saw our dog as an asset and Joe fought for him as if he was a family member. I believe Joe Pipinich to be a great asset to his profession and will fight for his clients to the very end. Thanks Joe you are a great lawyer and friend.

He immediately familiarized himself with the case, quickly assessed previous efforts and decisions to resolve and made recommendations on how to proceed. It was a bit of a unique scenario, one that John himself indicated he had not seen previously, and throughout the entire process was communicative, professional, informational and assertive which in the end, worked out as favorably as possibly. Jonathan helped handle a case where the plaintiff was impacted in their car and sued myself and another car driver for damages. The results were the best that could be expected - very minimal damages on my part, and with only a couple appearances required of me. I was in a hit-and-run accident which has left me with permanent injuries. Managing my pain requires daily medication and additional medical treatment. I did not have PIP; fortunately, I did have UIM. I was thankfully able to receive the maximum amount of UIM coverage available from the insurance company.
Jeffery intently listened to me and captured my concerns. After receiving the demand letter that he drafted on my behalf, the insurance company tendered the policy limits. They also paid to repair my vehicle, which was a high amount due to the extensive damage. Everything was settled out of court.
I am so grateful for Jeffery's diligence and attentiveness. If I ever need representation again, I will be sure to retain him once more. He was a pleasure to work with and was always so respectful. I highly recommend this attorney.

When we went to mediation he drove way out of his way in the snow to pick me up. That meant he had to go from Seattle to Bellevue then back to Seattle, then brought me back home then he had to go back to Seattle where he lives. All this in the snow, I don't know anyone that would go way out of their way to do this for a client, it just speaks of his professional way of taking care of his client

I do not write lightly when I say David B. Richardson is trustworthy, (highly) knowledgeable and an overachiever. His representation has helped me moved on with my life during the whole case proceeding. Please note I said I moved on with my life "during" and not after the case was closed.
