I would never recamend hupy and abraham law firm. I suffered sever whiplash , neck sprain,spine sprain, concussion, and damaged pituitary gland. Caused by a carless semi driver. I will have lifelong pain management and i was treated like crap by this firm. I ended up settling out of court for less than i lost over the almost 10 years of hell it took to get it settled.

I hired them for my disability case. I have been unable to work since 2017. The only way I have mobility is by using the DONATED wheelchairs that were given to me because I have zero money coming in. I have Diabetes, chronic pain, IT Band Syndrome, Agoraphobia, anxiety and depression, and they tell me it's my problem that I wasn't approved. They were very lazy and didn't do one thing to help me get approved. You are better off trying to get SSDI yourself rather than hiring this lazy bunch of lawyers.

I Was represented by attorney Burkham in my disability case. (2024) The professionalism from Attorney Burkham and her assistant were no less than top notch! They are no doubt all business which is what I needed and they were there to help you if you have questions. Always returned calls. Never sugar coated answers. Their knowledge level was very good. If you would ask if I would trust them with any other cases of any sort I may have ?? for sure. They do deserve a 6 star rating but a 5 is all the computer will allow us to give.

When my son was born his mother refused to let me see him for the first six months of his life. The first lawyer I hired did absolutely nothing in mine or my sons best interest, so I fired her and hired Attorney Dahl. Looking back, I now know this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My only regret is I wish I would have done it sooner or just hired her from the beginning. Attorney Dahl always had my back; whether it was laying out exactly what the courts expectations were, to explaining the process and what I should expect, to answering my calls/texts/emails at all hours of the night just so I could vent my frustration with the situation, to offering flexible payment options, to taking a genuine interest in my case and treating me like family, to helping me get 50/50 custody of my son. Words alone can’t express how grateful I am for Attorney Dahl. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and an absolute delight to work with. With Attorney Dahl there was no beating around the bush, or making promises she couldn’t deliver, in fact she was very straightforward and blunt about what I needed to fix with myself in order to be a better person, a better father, and be able to effectively co-parent. BEWARE!!!! Amy Eddy is a high priced attorney, staff misspelled my name on initial filing of probate documents, Amy doesn't return my emails, phone calls, won't answer my questions but her staff keeps sending my brother invoices for high priced attorney fees. My brother's court documents expired and they have made no progress on closing my Dads estate but attorney Amy Eddy keeps sending my brother her high priced attorneys fees. I feel totally uncomfortable with Amy Eddy handling my Dad's estate. Went to court asked for her to be removed because she isn't helping my brother through the probate process just charging him fees. She won't remove herself because I think she just wants to collect her high priced fees and profit off my deceased Army Veteran father's estate. I will be filing a complaint against her law license with the WI State board of attorneys for attorney misconduct.

After a 27 year marriage, my now ex-spouse simply told me one day, she was "sick of me" and wanted space to grow her business of sales. I am a man of faith and quickly sought out my pastor and a regular attender of my church---Brian Foemella.
Brian referred me to Rich Fuller and I could not have been more pleased with what Rich accomplished for me.
Rich was attentive to detail and tolerated much of my emotion and not understanding the legal process. I am retired from the Fire Service. After a hard, but rewarding career, I was shocked that i now needed to defend so much of what I had accrued in my working years.
I was very comfortable with Rich and his general demeanor---very professional and personal. He also was aggressive in getting me many of my assets. I took note that he double and even triple checked many of the accounts, IRA' balances and other assets to bring me the best outcome. He reminded me several times that my ex-spouse brought this all on me and my kids and that i should fight for all I am entitled to.

Mark responded to my inquiry through Avvo. He and I had an initial phone conversation. Mark suggested a one-on-one meeting to review my situation and documentation in more detail. I emailed him a date and time to meet. He responded and said that date would not work. I emailed him an alternative. A week passed and I received no response from Mark. I emailed him again, to which he responded that he had no interest in meeting - period. Mark was definitely lacking professional courtesy in this instance.

Mark Baus developed an excellent case strategy by reviewing my primary doctor's mefical records and being well prepared for his meeting with my neurosurgeon. Mark's had gained insight from previous interactions with my neurosurgeon and was able to convince my neurosurgeon that my injury was not a preexisting condition by showing him pertinent medicaal records from my primary physician. This was a pivotal point and beccause Mark was prepared and effectively communicated pertinent facts he was able to secure a favorable report from my neurosurgeon. This report provided a strong defense to overcome the hazards litigation.
Mark secured the full amount of my auto coverage and the full amount of medical payments in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Mark Baus to others in need of a personal injury attorney.

Mark handled my auto accident suit, and I was very pleased with the outcome. When I first met with Mark, he explained how the process would work, and he answered any and all my questions. I was surprised when I sent out an e-mail to him on a saturday evening and found a response in my in box the next morning! The more I dealt with him, the more comfortable it became. My case was due to go to trial, but Mark was very instrumental in settling the case even after mediation failed. I would gladly refer Mark to anyone.

This attorney has trouble getting the facts straight. After years of having my case, there were still so many errors it was somewhat pathetic. I will just say he seems to be on the opposing side, which is not a good thing, when he is supposed to have his clients best interest at heart. When confronted about his errors he became a bully.

When dealing with an insurance company on my own after a slip and fall I had became too complicated, I decided to hire a lawyer. After consulting with a few big firms (who rarely even remembered my name) I chose to go with Brian Hodgkiss. Him and his staff were so helpful and were quick to get things resolved. He was always willing to explain what was going on with my case and always kept me informed. If I ever had to go through this again, I would certainly go back to him.

I wouldn’t recommend neither of these attorneys. Mr French and Mr Betker are both liars. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money. I was promised reimbursement of attorney fees which was more than the amount that I was suing Midas muffler for. Unfortunately, now they refuse to accept responsibility for their fraudulent actions. I trusted these attorneys and now I regret that I gave them my trust. Because now they are denying that they promised me attorney fee reimbursement because they didn’t put their lie in writing. They don’t deserve any rating because they are liars. So don’t trust them, and make sure that they put all of their promises in writing before you give them your money. I never imagined that attorneys would lie to the consumer just to get their money. Beware of these fraudsters.

Called 9 months ago to get set up with a lawyer through LaRowe Gerlach. Just for standard business paperwork and whatnot. I was directed to Max and had a phone call with him, where he said he’d work with us. I sent over the documents he requested and then proceeded to wait for a reply.
Over the next few months I called in several times, figuring he had simply been busy, but always spoke to a secretary who said he would call me. He never did. I eventually asked if he was not interested in having us as a client and was assured he was.
Finally I called asking to get linked up with a different partner and the secretary refused to direct me to another partner. Saying Max would call me.
It has been over 9 months and I have still only heard from max the one time. I wish I could speak on behalf of any other partner, but apparently the firm as a whole won’t let you switch once someone has dibs on you, even if they don’t actually intend on doing any work with you.
Mostly frustrated that they wouldn’t just say “we are not interested” and instead proceeded to waste my time. Very unprofessional.

I contacted LaRowe Gerlach LLP regarding a legal matter that I wanted to ask them to represent me on. The operator transferred me to Mr. Joseph Hesler’s voicemail , as he would be the most qualified attorney at the firm in that matter. After I left him a detailed message, a few minutes later he calls me back and started treating me like I am some sort of a spam caller. He was very rude and asked me how did I get his number and why did I call him. After I briefly explained that I left him a voicemail and I had called the office to seek representation in a legal matter, he said that he no longer accepts new clients and hung up on me. Of course this surprised and shocked me at the same time to why an attorney would do that to a potential client. I called the office again to talk to the operator. After I told her what happened, her answer was: “Well, you might as well keep looking around.”
So there is my experience with this firm. I’ve had contact with some other law firms and attorneys in the past, but nobody had treated me and talked to me like these guys did. So do yourself a favor and “keep looking around”. They are not worth your time or your money.

I had issues with my newly purchased home, and with the previous home owners/realtor. Therefore I needed someone to help me. I hired Rory, and I highly recommend. He asked me all the right questions, his assistants were pleasant to work with, he used his time wisely with MY MONEY. He sent me biweekly statements, I knew exactly how much money I was using up. Which was helpful for me. He was stern enough with the other lawyers and did everything in a timely matter. He was knowledgeable and thoroughly answered my questions, as anything with laws/regulations are very foreign to me. I appreciate his help, and I recommend him. Thank you Rory and team!

I would NOT recommend Ken Pletcher for anything! I followed all his recommendations and paid him $5,000 yet I went to all 3 of my court dates alone! Before my case was resolved he Quit! Seriously? How can you take my money and do NOTHING and then QUIT!???
My case has been dragging for over a year and is still not over because I had to hire another lawyer.

I thought what I got for property damage was fair. But pain and suffering not even close. I was in a motorcycle accident an 80 yr. old lady coming from opposite direction turned left in front of me. She first said she didn’t see me. Then quickly changed to I gave it more gas to miss him. The speed limit changes right in this area from 45 to 35. I made the mistake of talking to her insurance. Because they said they needed to talked to me. I told them I was going 35-40 why I said that I don’t know maybe because I was just hit by a car? And I was bleeding to death internally? If I was speeding then so were the cars in front of me. The motorcycle I had was not built for speed but for going off road. I was most likely not speeding. Kind of hard to speed with a car in front of you. I hit the brakes when I seen her start to turn. She gave it more gas, but this was my fault in any way? I don’t turn if I see someone coming from opposite direction! I had 2 surgeries on right leg and still have pain in knee. You can just look at and see it’s painful. It just makes me sick to think about what this lawyer didn’t do for me. I should have went to smaller law firm. One that would actually take time to fight for me.

Julius is a great salesmen who openly and confidently expresses all the great things he can do for your case. Yet, the reality of his abilities is very limited. He prides himself on helping vulnerable people from my community. He goes as far as to call himself "El abogado del pueblo" aka "the lawyer of our village." However, that sentiment doesn't ring true as he and his team had poor communication with me on what was going on. And whenever I would bring this up they would ignore me or directly insult me. They took my money and gave me the bare minimum. Please, mi gente and anyone else reading this. Stay away from this scam artist.

I hired Mr. Standford to represent me on a workers compensation claim after he was referred to me by a family member. Everything seemed to be going well. After the case went to court, i kept receving doctor bills. One bill, in particular, kept coming. I would call Mr. Stanford and tell him. He would tell me to fax him the bill and he would take care of it. Well, this same bill kept coming and I would continue to call Mr. Standford and express my concern. Again he would tell me just to keep faxing him any bill i received and he would take care of it. Well the bill finally stopped coming and I thought he took care of it. So I decided to try for a small loan. After being denied the loan, I discovered that the reason for denial was due to an unpaid bill that had gone to collection, the same bill I kept faxing to Mr. Stanford. Apparently he never followed up on the bill. Had he followed up, I wouldnt be stuck trying to figure out payments for an awfully large doctor bill that I shouldnt have had to pay.

Threatened by judge I should be in prison. Yeah put a guy in prison for doing nothing wrong. I even had a witness. So I'm trying to figure out what my disorderly was about. Cause no one told me. So if you want a good lawyer it's not John. He puts a show on. But he couldn't even win my case when I was innocent. I'm not an angry individual like the judge says. First of all he don't know me. I hired John twice in the past 10 years. He is getting better each time I have used him. The first time was in 2009 and he was able to get the minimum time and suspension despite the fact I was 2 times the legal limit. Again in 2021 I hired John. With medical proof I spent 1 day in jail and was granted immediate huber release on GPS. John guided me each time earning my trust and confidence. He knows the law and the court system well.
