After moving from Michigan to Wisconsin in late 2019, one of my top priorities was to revisit my Estate Planning Documents that were completed in Michigan with my family attorney there. My goal was to ensure that my documents complied with Wisconsin law.
This project was a special priority for me since my wife had passed away in March of 2019, and my intent was to locate a competent attorney who specialized in Estate Planning. So I started making telephone calls to numerous attorneys in this area listed in the Yellow Pages. I had many questions for them. Finally, I found the Frozena Law Firm. After asking the receptionist several questions, I made an appointment.
After my first appointment and having a very informative and productive meeting with Angela Frozena, who was very congenial and very knowledgeable. She briefed me regarding what additional information I must provide her, so we setup a future appointment for after I returned from vacation in Europe in three weeks.
Upon returning from Europe, I returned to Frozena Law Firm for my second appointment. At this appointment, Angela had already received the documents from my former attorney in Michigan, and had the draft of my new estate plan prepared, and sent the documents via encrypted email to my home in Racine. After reviewing the draft documents, I returned them to the firm for finalization.
At my final appointment, everything was organized and Angela had already made arrangements for the witnesses to be present. Everything went so smoothly, and I was impressed with Angela's knowledge, efficiency, sincerity and her positive attitude. Her professionalism is second to none. And along the way, Angela and I communicated via telephone and email.
I was so impressed with the courtesy and respect shown to me, that I am happy to share my experiences with Angela, and to highly recommend the Frozena Law Firm to anyone in need of competent, efficient estate planning services.

BEWARE!!!! Amy Eddy is a high priced attorney, staff misspelled my name on initial filing of probate documents, Amy doesn't return my emails, phone calls, won't answer my questions but her staff keeps sending my brother invoices for high priced attorney fees. My brother's court documents expired and they have made no progress on closing my Dads estate but attorney Amy Eddy keeps sending my brother her high priced attorneys fees. I feel totally uncomfortable with Amy Eddy handling my Dad's estate. Went to court asked for her to be removed because she isn't helping my brother through the probate process just charging him fees. She won't remove herself because I think she just wants to collect her high priced fees and profit off my deceased Army Veteran father's estate. I will be filing a complaint against her law license with the WI State board of attorneys for attorney misconduct.

After a 27 year marriage, my now ex-spouse simply told me one day, she was "sick of me" and wanted space to grow her business of sales. I am a man of faith and quickly sought out my pastor and a regular attender of my church---Brian Foemella.
Brian referred me to Rich Fuller and I could not have been more pleased with what Rich accomplished for me.
Rich was attentive to detail and tolerated much of my emotion and not understanding the legal process. I am retired from the Fire Service. After a hard, but rewarding career, I was shocked that i now needed to defend so much of what I had accrued in my working years.
I was very comfortable with Rich and his general demeanor---very professional and personal. He also was aggressive in getting me many of my assets. I took note that he double and even triple checked many of the accounts, IRA' balances and other assets to bring me the best outcome. He reminded me several times that my ex-spouse brought this all on me and my kids and that i should fight for all I am entitled to.

I never wanted to be in the situation where I needed a lawyer, but when I did need one I was referred to Frank Pasternak. He was very genuine in his interest in helping my daughter and I and answered all of our questions about lost wages, medical bills, etc. He is an excellent personal injury attorney and has the experience and knowledge to back it up. I also like the fact that he was very active in his community. Most of all, he was genuine and really cared about our case.

I was charged with my 2nd OWI back in 2021. John handled my case for 3 years. It took a year for my trial/hearing for the first ticket I was issued. John fought non stop to have my case dismissed due to lack of evidence, and witnesses. The case was indeed dismissed w/out prejudice. The ADA a few days later reissued my ticket. John did not hesitate to continuing handling this matter, and yet again fought endlessly to have this case dismissed due to lack of evidence and witnesses. John was very thorough and caring during this matter, due to myself also going through a serious DV Trial which was the reason for my “OWI.” John worked diligently on my case until yet again, it was finally dismissed with prejudice. John also helped me in navigating how to have this removed from my criminal record/fingerprints. Unfortunately, I've had a few run-in's with DUI/DWI in Wisconsin. I was referred to David through a friend who also worked with him for a drunk driving ticket. David was incredibly knowledgeable on how the process works in Wisconsin and you could tell he had a lot of experience helping others before me. I was able to get a significant amount of reductions both financially and to my driving record that allowed me to maintain an active license. I would definitely recommend reaching out if you got a DUI.

-My drug charge was dropped as he worked with the DA.
-Price was average amongst Janesville lawyers for my DUI case.
-Talks to you like a human and his office is far from impressive like high end lawyers who want your money.
