I suffered a spine injury as the result of a T-bone car crash, the other driver at fault. We got nothing but gutter-ball offers from her insurance company. What you hear on the radio is true – the insurance companies simply will not take your case seriously until you file a suit. This is where I was glad to have Ken and his team on my side. The burden to convince a jury of my losses lies with me the plaintiff, which then requires conducting extensive research, gathering and organizing supporting documents. After Ken submitted all of this material during the pre-trial discovery the insurance company decided to make a reasonable settlement offer.

Jake and his team were incredibly helpful after I was in a serious car accident caused by another driver. I had no idea what to expect and Jake walked me through everything with clear expectations. Jake and his team provided support, were very knowledgeable, and made it clear they care about their clients. His paralegal, Nicol, provided resources for medical care and transport services when I had trouble getting to appointments and I always had a quick email reply to any questions. I hired Katie for my child custody case and she was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. I have worked with Jeremy since filing for divorce in 2015. Jeremy listened to my concerns and then gave me practical advice on how to proceed based on his experience with Larimer County, divorce and child support laws, and what is best for children and the coparents involved in these cases. If you are willing to listen to someone who has seen a lot, put aside your pride, and do whats going to be best for your family then you want an advisor like Jeremy. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear he told me what I needed to hear about the reality of the various situations I faced. I recently went through a company called Marble Law. They assigned Tammy and her team as my representation. At first, they seemed very helpful and interested in helping with my case. After providing them all the information within minutes of their requests and receiving no notice of the information being received, I noticed they were not taking my case seriously. I would call for updates regularly. I would be given updates and timelines that never were met. Maybe it was just poor communication in her firm or maybe it was her team really had no idea what to tell me, so stories were made up to keep me hoping something was going to move forward. When I did call to confront them about what was going on and that the level of communication and unprofessionalism was unacceptable, she immediately sent me an email stating "I understand that you are not pleased with the services you have received from this office. I apologize for the delay and believe it may be best to set you up with another counsel from Marble. You should hear from them soon to arrange for a different counsel to assist you." No explanation on why there was a month-long delay for a simple motion for Contempt of Court to be drawn up and sent for my review, just a sorry and basically I'll pawn you off to Marble and let them deal with it. I strongly do not recommend this attorney or team if you are looking for a responsive and motivated group in any case.

This immigration service is 5-stars. Erin Williams runs this business. She and her staff are great. The location (near Orchard and Quebec) is easy to access but it can be a little difficult to find. It's part of a larger complex that has several different offices (hers is building 4) so give yourself a few extra minutes to find it the first time. I had a lot of questions about the U.S. immigration process especially how to best maximize the probability of getting a visa for my friend who lives in China. I went with an initial 1-hr consult and got good solid answers for all of my questions. Erin really know the business. Afterwards, when talking with my friend, a few other questions came up and I arranged a follow-up "phone" consult with her that pretty much finished up every question I have. When the time comes, and my friend and I hopefully marry, I will obviously contact Erin again for all the details regarding spousal and/or fiancee visas. Finally, you won't find a friendlier person or staff to work with.

Elizabeth Howard's firm was our guiding light when our brother became terminally ill in a hospital in Colorado. Since my sister and I were both living in two different states, we had limited time to spend with him in CO. My brother did not have a will of any kind and we sadly had to return to our home states without his getting one completed. From Ohio, I blindly chose an attorney in the Denver area from a long list and called Elizabeth for help. She went to see my brother in the hospital that day and found him willing and able in completing a will the very next day! Heather is very excellent in what she does! In my previous case she got me alimony, child support and the parenting plan that I had purposed. She is very organized and just knows exactly what to say and do at the right times. There were a lot of things that I would have never thought of looking into like my ex-husbands income and she was on top of it and she ended up finding out that he was not disclosing all of his income. She made sure that I submitted everything timely and was great at communicating with me at all times. She ensured that in regards to a house that he was living in that he was ordered to refinance in his own name or short sale it and the vehicle he had that he was to refinance in his own name. I was also awarded half of his 401k, stocks and retirement that he had. Heather is an excellent lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone going through this.

I was in a very difficult divorce where I had just lost jurisdiction. Thus, the case was going to be handled in Colorado, rather than Virginia, where I live. My attorney in Virginia was incredibly bad, and I wasted a lot of money on that short case alone (I shouldn't have lost).
I was referred to Greg by a colleague of my father's from another state. I am incredibly grateful that I found Greg. One would assume that having a divorce attorney located literally across the country would be frustrating. It was not, in any way. The distance could have been a mile, and it would not have been any different. He not only kept me constantly informed, but he was also incredibly accessible. While most attorneys are available during business hours, or by phone and email, Greg was even accessible via text. Who does that?! Thus, if I had an emergency, or quick advice, he was swift to answer. And it's not like he was charging me for every little bit of communication. He was honest, and he was good.
Greg listened to my concerns and reviewed the case honestly. He didn't pull punches, and he was always candid with me about the likelihood of winning. He kept me even keeled, gave me excellent advice, and above all, he was wise in everything he did. Wisdom is an extremely rare trait to have. He has it in abundance. It's not knowledge. It's not smarts. It's different.
