Miss Gomolson worked on my case for 4 years, I didn't know a divorce and custody battle could last as long or get as ugly as it did. Miss Gomolson operates on a strict policy of sticking to the truth and not swaying even a little bit away from it.
My Case involved just about anything you can think of from child neglect, child abuse , drug abuse and mental health issues. Kate also had to deal with a ton of false accusations throughout the entire process not only did she take them on she proved each and everyone of them out to be false discrediting the petitioner every single time. Miss Gomolson filed motions only as needed always trying to keep my finances in mind. The petitioner in our case had a total of 4 lawyers and we had a total of 6 judges throughout the process making Kates job very hard and frustrating. Kate never seemed rattled and took every lawyer and judge on as if it was a normal thing, with all the judge and lawyer changes it seemed like we were starting over at every court appearance having to bring everyone back up to speed. Divorce is an ugly thing and I do not want to go through it again but if I do Kate would be my only choice of attorney. Throughout the custody battle Kate was able to get my children out of danger and in to my custody. Not only did she get me full custody she got me in to the proper therapy and made some really good recommendations to help me through the tough times. Miss Gomolson is a stand up lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone.

She helped me when I was abruptly separated from my son for a period of time. She always was prompt and helpful with all my worried complaints. I retained Zach as my attorney as I was in a custody battle after my divorce. I had been going it alone for about six months and although I felt I had a good case, there is always the "what if" Many factors regarding my case brought me to Zach. I had relocated to another state, had a new job, paperwork to locate and file, many things had to be addressed and considered. It was overwhelming.
From the moment I made the decision to get help, I knew that Zach was the attorney to represent me. The initial conversations we had by phone were comfortable and productive. The fact that I was 1400 miles away and that I was placing my children's future and well being in someone's hands was scary at first but Zach, I felt, was the one that could get it done for me.
The biggest concern I had was that I had given him less than 3 months to prepare. In that short amount of time he compiled all the documents, filed all the paperwork, conducted the interviews with the witnesses. He did that and so much more. When we entered the courtroom I was confident and WE were prepared. In court Zach was direct, to the point and was able to "paint the picture" for the Magistrate. He asked the right questions of every witness called to the stand and when the proceeding was complete there was no "what if" left in my mind.
When the court made their decision and I received the call from Zach that we had won, I knew I had made the right call. I cannot express enough my gratitude, nor the respect I have for Zach. I put my trust in him and he delivered. I could not be more pleased.

During our initial and free consultation, she was immediately engaged and interested, as I explained what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or as if her time was more important than mine. I was in a pinch. I mean I was in a lot of trouble. I went to talk to the DA without a lawyer and it was horrible. I hired Chris and he worked miracles, but what makes him so good is, that I thought I had a great deal and was happy as could be. It wasn’t good enough for him though. I hired Lauren to coach me for a hearing regarding a very contentious ordeal involving a parenting plan modification and other issues. Lauren's services are fairly priced and the information and advice she gave me was honest and accurate. She is also very personable and easy to talk to. I was able to go into the hearing and hold my own. The outcome was in line with what she told me to expect, and I believe that had I not had prior coaching it would have gone terribly wrong as family law and procedures in court are complicated. I would definitely hire Lauren again.

I had been battling for my child support since 2005. Once I hired Ms. Fennick my child support payments started 6 months later. She had to fight with Child Support Enforcement and Social Security. She was so thorough she even found out that CSE made several mistakes with my Order. Not only did she fix the mistakes she updated my Order. It is my experience that there are very few attorneys that understand, or care to know, how to deal with the dynamics of a high conflict divorce with a psychologically impaired party. With one of those attorneys already hired, and exorbitant fees with little to show, I went to Marcy for a second opinion. She was professional, compassionate and well-educated on the judges, mediators and arbitrators that you might have assigned to you. She was quickly responsive to my calls and did not use assistants to screen for her. After going through an insurance settlement case and the stress of that, I then had the treat of going through a divorce soon afterwards. Oh, I also lost my car, businesses and house right around that time too. I was referred to Marcy by a friend who said she was known to be a "bulldog" in the courtroom. After meeting with her to assess if we were a good match or not, I had a very good feeling about her. My X husband and his attorney went to the extra lengths of deposing me for a divorce amongst other ridiculous steps to come to an agreement. Marcy was always more than prepared for every step of the way. The culminating moment of my divorce court date was entertaining as she made my husbands team look like the Three Stooges. She knows divorce law where my X's attorney had just changed over from ambulance chasing to suddenly "help women" in divorce as his website says. By the way, I would strongly advise not using Robert Biondino as instead of preparing for his client, instead, he yelled and screamed in the courtroom. It was like he thought he was in a wrestling match instead of a court of law.
Regardless, Marcy was professional, compassionate, fair in her pricing and yes, a "Bulldog" in the courtroom. Because of these attributes, this traumatic experience is behind me while my X is still paying up! I strongly recommend Marcy and her team!

Jennie was an extremely helpful attorney. I was in a very high conflict child custody case and Jennie did a great job at keeping me calm and helping me focus on the real matter at hand which was my son. I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

I went to Roy for guidance on a child support issue I wasn't easily navigating myself. It's difficult to find someone who you feel is "on your side" but I knew immediately he had my best interest and that of my son's in mind. He didn't throw huge retainers my way, he assisted me in preparing what I needed to prepare... even spending unpaid time helping me get it just right. I was very pleased with his help! Ron
Ron is handling my post-decree legal issues. He completed a complicated Coast Guard title transfer of my sailing yacht, including getting my ex off title. This was difficult because my ex was living in Australia at the time and Ron got the court clerk to sign the Coast Guard documents and worked with the Coast Guard to make the transfer. Ron is now working on gettting my spousal maintenance modified.
Ron has been persistent, caring, and thorough in his representation of me. He has demonstrated the highest level of integrity and is remarkably knowledgeable about family law, working with the courts and with the Coast Guard. Dennis Walters represented me in one of the hardest (according to Dennis) divorce/custody) cases he has ever tried. My wife used every dirty trick in the book, from restraining order to accusations (2 months later) of sexual abuse of our little kids...once we were almost all the way through (11+ month) the judge used the term "NUCLEAR BOMB" in reference to, were the allegations mother had made true or mother's NUCLEAR BOMB" TO KEEP FATHER FROM SEEING HIS KIDS! MOTHER'S ACCUSATION was much stronger that a NUCLEAR BOMB, it was a HYDROGEN BOMB, obliterating absolutely everything! I have been treated worse that a convicted pedophile (no charges were ever filed and I cooperated fully on all fronts) my rights to my kids, house (4000 sq' 9 miles from Aspen, CO), property, tools (unable to make a living), guns (constitutional right), and my life and reputation have been taken away due only to Mother's accusation.
She Amy Carter BSN Aspen Valley Hospital was arrested 2/13/2004 for domestic violence against me (she called 911)...she turned the tables and used/abused the system and Aspen Response for Women coached he how to lie TO GET THE DESIRED RESULTS. It is hurting the kids, she wants to be vindictive against me. She has only allowed me to see our 5 y.o. boy and our 3 y.o. girl for 49 hours in the past 11 months, AND I WAS THE STAY AT HOME DAD! Dennis and I have had a difficult up hill battle to the tune of $54,000 in 11 months....we are currently waiting for the judge Daniel Petre to decide final orders. Judge Petre is very busy, seems very good, honest, and thorough and has given him self until 1/21/2014 to decide this very difficult divorce.
Amy Carter does not let my parents speak to the kids, but her mother "talks to them 2 or 3 times a week". That is a direct quote jOYCE, AMY'S MOTHER form testimony.
Dennis WALTERS HAS DONE THE BEST HE CAN, AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND WE HOPE JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL!
I AM waiting to see if we have a justice system, a legal system, or a LEGAL EXTORTION SYSTEM?

Now we all know that lawyers get a bad rep as is, but nothing compared to family law lawyers. There could be a whole thesaurus dedicated to the many not so nice words used to describe them.
With that, finding an actual attorney or firm who actually shows genuine care about their clients instead of dollar signs is a rarity so, when I say I hit the lottery with New Leaf, I'm not lying!!
Now I hit the lottery with New Leaf, but I hit the mega Powerball when Caroline H. took my case!! Not only was she down to earth and listened to me , but also, she was honest and sincere. She didn't make promises or make any outlandish guarantees. She set realistic outcomes and worked with me on what it is that I truly wanted out of this.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to obtain Caroline until the middle of this insanity due to some financial issues. None the less, she saw that I was being backed into a corner and was more than willing to stand next to me and fight this battle. And man, did she fight. She worked endless hours on this case, not only getting all everything together, but also was a huge support for me when I felt like it was spiraling out of control. I mean, hell, she even got a rose motion to be granted! If that doesn't show how absolutely incredible, intelligent, and meticulous she is about making sure every detail is accounted for and correct, I don't know what else will!
Today was the final ruling, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how it turned out. I got my baby!!! That is all that has truly mattered to me. From the first meeting, she knew that was all I cared about. She made sure we fought hard for him.

Mr. Laski was very informative in my case and helped walk me through the entire process of my case, he gave me detailed invoices on what and why I was being charged and also helped lower some of my costs on things I could do on my own which was very helpful.
