I called Saeed and explained my traffic ticket; unlike the other lawyers who wanted me to hire them immediately and pay them up front. Saeed advised me that my traffic ticket was a simple expiry of tag and that i should be able to pay the fine without paying thousands to any lawyer. He was more of a physician watching out for the best interest of his client instead of a businessman looking out for the best for himself. I can not thank him enough for giving the best advice in a simple and understandable language. I highly recommend Saeed for his principles and practise of law.

Saeed is a fantastic attorney and just a genuinely caring guy. His office is in a very nice area, and conveniently located. He spent more time with me than I've ever experienced from an attorney, and he was quick to find answers to all my questions. He handled my case extremely efficiently, and even made me laugh a couple times.
I'd recommend Mr. Mahallati to anyone. I actually picked up a stack of his cards because lawyers like him will actually give lawyers a good name.
Also, he speaks various languages. If you're in the market for a Persian / Iranian speaking attorney, then he's your guy.

As a father, Mrs. Hovastak helped me win the biggest battle of my life after my divorce. She worked diligently and after a prolonged ordeal I was able to get custody of my daughters. Litigation is never pleasant in anyone's life, however, having had Stacy Ingle as my attorney during a 2 year family law modification case made it easier. Stacy has excellent attention to detail and is very organized and responsive. I trusted her completely as she helped me manage through a very difficult case. She is professional, honest, responsive and trustworthy. She was frugal with her time and I never once felt like she wasted time & effort to charge me more and always was concerned about my financial best interest as well. The name William means ardent protector or guardian. And that is what you will get in Bill Hicks, not just an attorney but a warrior in court. Just a little shy of two years ago I walked into Mr. Hicks's office with a newborn in tow having been cheated on and abandoned. And like his name implies, his protective side surged forward. Although one of several attorneys I had spoken with, he was the first one that gave me the an indication that he truly cared about what I was going through and wanted to see justice done for me and my little boy. Mr. Hicks has walked with me every step of this long and arduous journey. I also have to say that he and Mr. Kyle Sharry, who helped in my case, were easy to work with, and always answered any questions that I might have without reproach or irritation-- they guided me when I was making life decisions that could have had an affect on my case. I can't thank either of them enough in their council. If the TV show House, MD was about an attorney instead of a medical doctor, I'm convinced they would base the character on Mr. Hicks. I would suggest anyone to consider Mr. Hicks and his team when looking into hiring and attorney.

I have used Gerard Verzaal several times and for several different types of cases. He has ALWAYS been thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, and even aggressive when needed to be. I have used her services for several years now and no matter what kind of situation comes up he is and will always be my go-to guy. He was compassionate and firm for a family law situation I had. He was outstanding representing me in criminal law issues, making sure that i was treated fairly and defending my rights! when I was served with an inheritance claim that I didn't understand he was there for me then,too, and treated that issue as it was just as important as my other situations. he is easy to be honest to which gives you the best advantage for your case. he's an intelligent down to earth person that is comforting and helps tremendously, especially if you are already in a stressful situation. Spent $7000 for child custody and support modification. They wanted at least another $3000 just to maybe get a settlement. So I was unable to continue the retainer and now I’ll be going to court myself. I would say don’t use these lawyers but now I truly believe this is just a vampire trade and every American lawyer is like this. So, won’t be hiring anymore lawyers in this lifetime.

I wanted to wait a few months before posting a review of Siemon Law Firm, just to fully process my divorce journey and experience using this law firm. Overall, I had a fairly pleasant experience and my attorney, Jordan Edwards, got me everything that I asked for. However, there are a few observations that I want prospective clients to understand when not only dealing with this particular law firm, but any divorce lawyer in general.
1) These lawyers do not care about your emotions or what you are going through. They are here to represent you to the best of their ability while refreshing the retainer as much as they can. When you speak with them, skip the small talk and pleasantries because every single second is being charged. This brings me to my second point.
2) Ensure that your correspondence with your respective lawyer is structured, which will reduce the amount of times you need to have a telephonic conversation or send an email. One of the tactics I noticed that they will do is purposefully extend a conversation with gibberish just to justify billing you; or instead of sending you one detailed email, they will send you several short email messages and bill you for each. It is imperative that you set the boundaries of expectations when it comes to communication. Doing so will save you a lot of money.
3) Divorces aren’t cheap and this law firm will remind you that with the number of times the retainer is refreshed. My divorce didn’t even go to trail, but in all it costed me north of $20k. Keep in mind that when you do your “free” consultation they will give you an arbitrary retainer fee of what it cost to go to mediation and what that retainer will be should it go to trail. Expect that cost to be substantially higher when it’s all said and done. It is imperative that you scrutinize the summary of charges. You will see things like “team meetings”, document review, etc. Which brings me to my final point.
4) You must be proactive during your divorce process. My divorce was finalized in April of 2024. I would have never known that unless I reached out to the law firm for a status in which they immediately sent me a copy of my signed decree. I do find it strange at the fast turnaround of response, yet I was still being billed for “team meetings” etc. I speculate they were trying to reduce as much of my retainer as possible prior to closing my file….but that’s just a speculation.
In all, these key points aren’t a knock against Siemon Law Firm, but just lessons learned from my point of view. Jordan Edwards did a remarkable job in ensuring I retained the house, 100% of my military pension, and minimum payout to my ex-wife. I would most definitely recommend this law firm. Best of luck with your journey.

Balean and Kristy kept me sane during the hardest year of my life and I am forever grateful.
I was too nervous to reach out to a divorce lawyer even though it was well past time, so a friend of mine who is a lawyer in another area talked me into it and recommended these two personally. I can't say enough good things so I'll try and break it down into the things that are/were important to me in a divorce.
They are NOT pushy. I was so nervous the first call, I did not want to get a divorce. I even (politely) told them I hope we don't ever need to talk again. They were extremely supportive. Not one single time did either of them push me towards a divorce. They answered all my questions honestly and thoughtfully and I never felt rushed.
On the flip side of that, they are also very cognizant that their time is expensive. So for me, it is very hard to find a lawyer who is constantly aware of running up your tab, but personable enough to trust them and not feel like just another check in the spreadsheet. On top of that, I have ADHD so I can get off on a tangent with the best of them. Both Kristy and Balean we're very good at redirecting me into the areas that mattered and pushing me though the areas that didn't without letting me get hung up on them.
They are extremely prompt (during business hours, I cant speak to otherwise because I don't expect people to work 24/7), I don't think I ever waited a full day for a reply. You WILL feel like a priority. Which frankly with how being a lawyer works, is pretty remarkable.
They know their stuff. I don't know a better way to put that. And if they don't know, they make it a priority to find out. I had a few odd snafus with property issues and a few (lets say less than reasonable) demands from my now ex, and if I had a question they tracked it down if they weren't already sure.
They are generally fun and calming presences. Mediation went for a full day, so Balean was trapped in a room with me for probably 12 straight hours. And if you aren't aware (i certainly wasn't), mediation is very much hurry up and wait. When we had the mediator, it was 100% business. When she was in the other room, we walked through everything we needed to discuss, got advice, and then were able to relax and recharge a bit before the next turn. As you can imagine, its an emotional time. I went from needing to pace the hallways angry to bouncing off the walls bored to everything in between and not once did Balean get even slightly irritated with me. They are VERY aware that you're going though something and that while we need to be efficient there also needs to be room for you to be a person with feelings and needs.
So if you don't read all of that, the important bits are they are going to make you a priority and you'll feel like it, they will not run up your bill for no reason and will be honest when they think something may do so, they give you grace to be going though something hard, while also getting you though it in a prompt and efficient and competent manner. I absolutely would not even consider another legal team if these guys are available. I can't speak highly enough of this firm.

Suddenly in need of a divorce lawyer after over 25 years of marriage is not a position I ever wanted to find myself in. Luckily I found David. I was not at all sure what my expectations should be heading in to the divorce but he explained to me what he considered to be a fair and equitable result and despite some unexpected obstacles he was able to deliver that result. It was very important to me that the divorce be amicable if at all possible. David was sensitive to that as well being mindful of my limited finances. Attorney Pelerose is extremely unprofessional and is incompetent. She does not know the nuances of family law and has a lack of technology skills. What can I say. When I 1st went up to the office Adam was there a long with his team. And they IMMEDIATELY made me feel like family. Having to go through probate and a court appointed administrator I had to deal with a lot of different lawyers. Nothing compares to the way Adam and his team were. If you are looking for someone to send you other people’s docs, more than likely yours to others as well. File the wrong docs in your case. Take a year and never get an “Emergancy” hearing brought before the court. Be disingenuous, worry about protecting the relationships with fellow attorneys(almost certainly donors in his political endeavors) over putting them in the hot seat for not following protocols. Perhaps if you’re bored and want to review all discovery documents for discrepancies or build his “mud” sheet for him..among many many other things…!This might be your guy! While as a man in the family court system of the piedmont district, especially Jackson county, you would be very hard pressed to find a decent attorney. This is not your guy! He has the egotistical bravado of a salesmen, but like most people can’t deliver when it’s time too. Say anything to get you to sign the contract but his lack of action and mistakes afterwards will cost you valuable time with your children and money. He does not work for people, he works for Gabriel. When confronted about it he will flake out. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR REPRESENTATION!!
