CLASS ACTION. I have been reading the reviews on this attorney and I am blown away.I had a really bad experience with Adamma McKinnon a few years ago. She was dishonest and basically did the same thing to me regarding having me make a payment and subsequently, treating me as if i was annoying her. She also began demanding more money for the case. When I asked for my money back, she said something similar to it having been used on research or discovery. To be very honest with you, reading her responses to the disgruntled clients, speaks volumes to her lack of professionalism. I think the individuals who have had issues with her should all get together and report her to the state bar of Georgia and file a lawsuit collectively against her. If anyone is interested, please post here and I will share my Contact information with you. What I find most interesting Is there are a number of positive reviews that hit her account within hours of each other, after she attacked the last person MAXPRO that made a complaint. This is to falsely boost her rating. This is despicable. This is similar to false advertisement. Getting friends to boost your rating is deceitful. I used Wilbanks Law Firm as executor of my mother's estate. I live in the state of KY and my mother lived in the state of Georgia. Wilbanks Law Firm was wonderful to work with. They helped me navigate the requirements of Georgia's probation laws. I was only required to make one trip to Georgia. I would definitely use Wilbanks Law Firm again!

I hired this lawyer 16 months ago and continuously have to call repeatedly leaving messages until I can finally get a response. When I question him why he has taken so long to take care of matters that should have been taken care of months ago he starts stuttering and says let me check with my secretary! I would not recommend this attorney for any type of legal matters!

I was working with an other attorney before hiring them but I was not pleased with the way the previous attorney was handling my case. She recommended Melody to me and as soon as I had my first zoom interview I knew that she was going to help me to finalize my case. It was a real pleasure working with Melody and her team. Her assistants are very dedicated and always came back pretty quickly to me.
Melody is kind and compassionate but very smart, knowledgable and determined at the same time. Going through divorce is a painful process and finding a good team who can help you to navigate through it is Priceless.

I hired this law firm about 3 weeks ago. My lawyer was Ebony. I asked a few questions about my divorce and couldn’t understand George law never was the law explained to me. I paid my retainer fee. Then they started asking me if I wanted to go to trial, but wouldn’t explain why would you go to trial in a divorce? We only have one item a car to get worked out then wanted me to pay 12,500$ then wanted me to pay $2500 for an emergency hearing for my car. After asking questions one of the partners called me and told me….. they could not handle my case after reviewing emails between me and Ebony …… you need to be knowledgeable in your case ….. remember you are paying them…. Make your own decision to use them or not….. oh and lost my money …. This law firm Would not return my funds …… not great business…..

...I found this attorney on a flyer and should have known then he was desperate and a scam artist. Despite the suggestion to look into this attorney before hiring. I paid a heavy price for not taking that suggestion. This person I don't even feel comfortable calling an attorney was never actually acting on my behalf. His customer service sucks, so if your expecting a response to phone calls, texts or emails forget it. I got a DUI while inside my home sleep...that's right sleep not in a vehicle and on private property. Too add I also received a failure to maintain lane charge and I was never driving. When I asked what I should expect for his fee .. never got an answer. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for representation. Don't end up like me. My only hope at this point is to seek " real " council to plead with the court on my behalf.Please beware!!...this not what you want!!!

I hired Family Matters Law Group for my divorce case. I had read alot of reviews about Attorney Aaron and wanted her to represent me, but I was assigned to Attorney Shaugnassy Williams-Bryant. At first I was unsure because I was so sure of who I wanted BUT WHEN I TELL YOU, Attorney Williams-Bryant was the TRUTH in my case and in court!! She was so knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions and she was open and honest. Everybody at the law firm was very familiar with my case, including Attorney Aaron and one of the other attorneys, even though they weren't directly on my case. Everyone was so kind and relatable. David took my jurisdiction case and knocked it out of the park. Divorce isn’t easy. At the time, I was on active duty Air Force stationed in Biloxi. Divorce was simultaneously filed in Georgia and Mississippi, although I’ve never been a GA resident. Military divorces have key differences in residence vs domicile vs home of record. David found some keen strategies within case law precedent about residency and turned them against my opponent ultimately working in my favor. Judge dismissed allowing us to move the case back to MS. I trust David’s judgement. He gets to work, he believes in the father’s rights to equality, and he holds his professional image throughout. Unlike my opponent’s attorney who used some sketchy, unethical tactics. I called David recently for advice on an unrelated matter....we chatted about Football, family, and life in general. An attorney and a freind.

I retained Sana as my attorney in my child custody case for my three kids. My divorce lawyer (in another state) did nothing but rack up my bill and cost me at every turn, while doing very little for me. Sana however did an absolutely fantastic job of keeping me informed and on track, helping me to make the right decisions when I wasn’t clear. She was able to not only help me navigate around an ex wife who is less than agreeable, but ultimately won me full custody of my kids as well.
To say she helped me is an understatement. She didn’t just help me, and she wasn’t just an attorney. She was able to see through a lot of the fog that was thrown our way, and helped me achieve something I never thought possible.
From my experience not all attorneys are equal, and from what I’ve seen Sana is by far better than any attorney I’ve ever dealt with.
I would and do, highly recommend her.

Sana went above and beyond. She will get you ready and will test your arguments to help you know what you are up against. Sana cares. Even if the case seemed to be easily won, she showed up over-prepared and ready to go against any plausible argument. She found the most logical and strong case in my situation and always kept her calm and knew how to let the court know that she wasn't there to make empty threats. Absolutely terrible. They missed a very important filing deadline despite me reminding them numerous times which caused the dismissal of my petition. They would have missed another filing deadline except I had already drafted the pleading myself and pushed them to get it filed through their insistence that it wasn’t necessary that day. They even had the audacity to say they had “other cases to work on” when I was trying to get them to file the document I had drafted myself weeks earlier, on the day of the deadline.
During a hearing, they did not rebut a good portion of the arguments the petitioner had made in the hearing causing me to have no defense on record for those items.
After I couldn’t get Andee to talk to me, I sent an email voicing my need for them to be better advocates for me as their client. Instead of listening to the issues I had with my representation and working on a solution, I got their filed motion to withdraw.
So unless you are okay with an attorney who doesn’t file things on time and who doesn’t represent you well in court, I would not recommend hiring them.

My case was extraordinarily difficult. It was a terrible divorce, and a horrible custody battle. Originally I thought I was going to represent myself in order to save money. That would have been an huge mistake. Andee was amazing. These women not only kept me sane, but also helped me keep primary custody of my children. Were it not for Andee's expert counsel, I know I would have made errors that would have cost me custody of my children. I know she had other cases and clients, but her and her team always made me feel like my case was important. Andee Hastings is my hero. I want my daughter to be just like her when she grows up. Her and her entire team protected me at every turn and helped my understand every step of the process. I can't recommend Andee and this law firm enough.

Many times I heard about child custody. I was scared. I did my research. Ms. Graziano thinks about the children in GA and FL. She is kind and very knowledgeable about Juvenile Law and Family Law. If she is late or otherwise-she makes up for it by working harder-I think she is in demand. Her Assistant, Noreen, is a professional. She is not a gate keeper-it is her job to be an Assistant. One time I overheard her be empathetic by tenderly consoling an emotional client. Another time, I saw her listen attentively and with care when a client was yelling at her. I know what it is like to be in her place. I observed Noreen-Ms. Graziano has hundreds of clients and one Assistant. I heard about the professional services and that's why I went to the office to see for myself. So, I hired Ms. Graziano. Noreen answers all my calls, e-mails, faxes-everything. I cannot believe I got an e-mail after dinner and even early at 3 the morning. If there is a delay, I am informed of a delay to the answer to my question, or anything-I still am contacted in a timely manner. I am satisfied. I know that when I asked Noreen to speak with Ms. Graziano she will talk with me if she is in the office. Many lawyers hide. I got a bill-it was a mistake but taken care of and the fee was so reasonable. I donated the overcharge difference by offering lunch. There are some bad clients who just want to blame others for their own hidden problems. I highly recommend Ms. Graziano and staff.

I would advise anyone to avoid using this practice here the only concern is billable hours and not the best interest of the client. I’ve filled a grievance with the Georgia Bar and American Bar for ineffectual counseling and regret ever calling upon Ms Herron’s firm for representation of my divorce. She talks a good talk to swoon you in but her representation is deplorable.

From my experience she is an attorney that is easy to talk to, and that is what you need when you is getting a divorce. My rating for her would be a ten, that’s how good she is. Paid $200 for a consultation with Attorney Potter and I’m honestly not sure what I paid for. I gave a detailed description of my case and asked 7 questions to gauge whether I wanted to hire her or not and she just talked in circles for the entire hour. She didn’t answer none of my questions and was very long winded. I will not be hiring this firm bc if she talked for 1 hour about absolutely nothing, I can’t imagine how much my total cost would be at $390 a hour for her to represent me. Honestly, I want a refund. Some of the questions I asked were how long would it take her to get up to speed on my case, has she handled cases like mine and what were the outcomes, what are the possible outcomes of my case, can she identify anything that I can settle on, and how can I avoid future cases. All of her answers were “I don’t know.” I am looking for an attorney with a strategy. If I explain my case in detail, I expect you to be able to provide insights based on your experiences. This was supposed to be legal advice. I want my $200 back.

THIS LAW FIRM DOES NOT FIGHT FOR RIGHTS OF FATHERS--------LOOK FOR A LOCAL LAWYER!!
Disappointment is a complete understatement with this law firm and Ms. Dione Potter.
This law firm drags out the process and charges for each email and phone call they make while continuing to drag the case out.
I truly felt Ms. Potter was working for opposing counsel. Everything opposing counsel wanted she got with NO fight from Ms. Potter. Everything opposing counsel said in court was just allowed to be said about me with not one objection. I lost everything except what the mom allowed me to have....thank goodness she allowed me visitation because honestly if she said "no" to that I would not have gotten that either.
I've asked the firm why I did not get anything I asked for and of course they nor she could answer.
She truly feels she did a good job........
child supoort increased from $700.00 to 1,130.00 per month
absolutely no final decision making for my child, even though I was told I would get some rights, but the mother has all those rights
I requested a Guardian ad Litem, I was told I would get it and the judge goes that route. But NO GAL assigned, opposing counsel did not want one
she sat and watched as opposing counsel said tons of untruths about me
and I got the privilege to pay my ex's lawyer fees

You pay for a consultation 125, then you pay a retainer 1800, then you pay their processing fee (400)…. He called me to set up meeting. Told him I work 3 shift the later the better. How about 3pm? Great I said, whatever works for you. Then he offered 330…. Again whatever works. Called me next day saying he had court on day HE scheduled me, but may be continued…. If continued I wouldn’t hear from him, if not he would call to reschedule. Literally called me the next day to tell me it was continued. So I came into the office concerned that his lack of scheduling abikity was costing me money. His very unprofessional receptionist finally got him to discuss we’re he claims it wasn’t being charged. Had one meeting with the lawyer. Left out of their doubting he could walk and chew gum at the same time. Literally talked in circles the entire time. What a joke. He told me it would cost 50k and I was only going for a contempt accusation. Fired him after first meeting Robert was first name in st Charles location. Paid over 2400 to them, and then I get a bill for another 125. Hired a new lawyer Dodd, she showed up, had it thrown out with most my new retainer refunded. Do not waste your time or money with cordell cordell.

TERRIBLE LAWYER!!!!! I paid this lady 3000$ almost 1 1/2 yr ago, never answers the phone, or returns my calls and a very inconsiderate person. Last time I spoke with her she called at 5 in the afternoon telling me we had emergency court the next day....but that didn't happen either....also while speaking with her during this same day she said " I'm going to mail you a packet to fill out"..... guess what never got the package.....I went to this lady to get joint custody of my kids. Never thought she was the type to take advantage of you but fooled me...Once she gets your money you won't hear from her again...What crazy is I'm learning that other attorneys in Columbus say the same thing about her, that she's a terrible attorney ....SO I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE SEEKING HELP FROM HER " DONT" .....JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY PRETTY MUCH SAY TJE SAME THING SAYING....ALSO HER LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED IN GA ....HMMM...I WONDER WHY!!!!!

Hired her for a custody case I 2019. She hardly ever answered emails or phone calls. Sent me a bill saying she worked 11 hours in one day on my case which used almost my entire retainer. They sent me a bill asking for more money and when asked about the 11 hours in one day when we didn’t even have court she corrected it told me I owed more and never actually sent me a correct statement on what she actually used the retainer for. When confronted she told me I needed to hire a new attorney. She’s currently suspended from the bar for not responding to them this is her second suspension for not responding to bar. Please do your self a favor and hire someone else from the start.

Steve represents hall of fame athletes, but he never treated my case as less important than those of his famous clients. He is knowledgeable and strategic -- right away, he assessed the facts of my case, he worked with me to develop a case strategy, and then he executed upon it with precision and efficiency. While not inexpensive, Steve's fees were reasonable for the high quality and meaningful work that was performed. In addition to legal skill, I really like Steve. He's tough, but also a good person. Everything was fine until I felt like Debra didn’t have anything positive for my side of the fence as for as the case go. I think she was all for the insurance side. It was bad all around for me if I didn’t know any better. I would say it was four against one. She gave me lots of advice to just settle out.
