Unfortunately, my recent session with Ms. Tracy was less than satisfactory. While I appreciate the effort to provide guidance, the advice given was unhelpful and did not address my concerns effectively. The session was also disrupted by a delay in starting and an interruption midway, which further hindered the flow of our conversation.
Moreover, I felt that my concerns were not fully understood or taken seriously. Despite informing Ms. Tracy at the beginning of the session that I have a temporary protection order, this crucial detail seemed to be overlooked, leading to unnecessary surprise when it was mentioned later. Additionally, despite my clear statement that I have sole custody, I was questioned about my custody situation. This left me feeling defensive and uncertain about whether I had made the right decisions to protect my child.
What is most concerning is that I have not heard anything back from Ms. Tracy regarding these issues. It appears that she is collecting funds without providing accurate or helpful information. Given the lack of response and the overall unsatisfactory experience, I am requesting a refund for this session, as it did not meet my expectations or provide the level of professional

Mr Eisenberg and his team exceeded my expectations. They were attentive to the detals of my case and available to answer any questions and concerns I had along the way. With all the physical pain I went through because of my accident. Please, read the review below about the divorce.
A family member of mine reached out to this “attorney “ for bankruptcy filing. He asked for $3,000 retainer for filing for bankruptcy and was hired in April. He recommended to file in October.
He was presented with all requested documents, and although having clear email trail, he kept requesting the same documents over and over again to pump the bill.
Out of the blue in September he starts blasting emails for over 8 hours and declining to represent the client nor return the money, claiming he has exhausted the retainer. Mind you not one statement has been presented between April and September.
This is extremely unprofessional, shady and brutal tactic taking advantage of people in extreme need.
If you are considering hiring this person, please, keep on looking for more professional, knowledgeable and honest individual.

Caring and compassionate attorneys who are worth their weight in gold! I am a mom who found herself unexpectedly at the courthouse filing an emergency petition for custody after my estranged husband refused to return our children after their scheduled visit with him. I hired Alex to help me divorce my spouse. Unlike others, he listened to my story with respect which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable regarding the matter and explained things very clearly.

Do yourself a favor, if your case is in Ocean City, hire Richard Brueckner, he's the REAL DEAL!!! Richard had my case dismissed and called me back immediately every single time.
This is the convo I had with Tom, the owner, after the required $1K deposit:
1. When am I getting the remainder $1,500?
2. I do not have much time here, so I can't be on the phone too long.
3. With this Trump decision, I really have to get going!!
The facts say it all.... they are all about the money.... took forever to hear back from them, and costed me $750 for a less than 15 minute phone call!!
THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.... THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND RUN....
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY !!

Mr. Rosenthal is truly a pursuer of the truth. He worked tirelessly on our case for over 3 years. Back and forth between him and the courts with all the documentation, he never missed a date or deadline. He always kept us updated to what was going on with the case. As well he was upfront and honest with us in that he would do his best and he felt we had a strong case.
The district court ruled against us and we appealed to circuit court, which reversed, and got an excellent outcome after it was sent back to district court for trial. In my opinion it was his persistence and knowledge that brought about results.

Ms. Fait is the absolute worst attorney. She represented me and was unethical, dishonest, she literally lied to me soo much. I had a custody case with my husband that had been going on for years and I needed a strong attorney and I thought I had found that when I read the google reviews for Fait & Dilima. I figured out that they are just dishonest and willing to do whatever it take to "win." The only issue was that they had me lie in my case and they literally didn't read their previous motions and their new motions said a different story. I ended up losing my case for a number of reasons and all of them point back to Ms. Fait and her team! 1. She had me lie and told me that it was fine and that I had her 2. The judge and the plaintiff's attorney pointed out the inaccuracies in the stories based on the motions alone as the stories didn't match up! All of that is Ms. Fait and her firms fault! 3. Ms. Fait & her team did not prepare me properly for court and the cross examination by plaintiff's counsel. I am a well educated individual and I should have never worked with her and her firm... They are grossly negligent and they simply do not care about their clients! It is all about the $ for her!

When I tell you that he saved my family the heartbreak of having our namesake incarcerated for a petty crime in less than 24 hours notice! In addition, Mr. Langford took it upon himself to impart wisdom to my son AND completed expungement paperwork, even though this is something that is well beneath his pay grade. That won’t happen to me, I said, until it was physically in my face, had me backed into a corner, and was spewing utter vitriol at me. That won't happen to me, I said, he'd never lay a hand on me, until one day the physical aggression caused me physical pain and injury. That won’t happen to me, I said, until thirteen months ago, when I found myself on the phone with a domestic violence hotline. That won’t happen to me, I said, until thirteen months ago, when I found myself hurriedly packing a bag and fleeing my home, and boarding an aircraft out of state, because I feared for my life and safety. However, given the laws (or lack thereof) governing women's rights and freedoms at the time, divorce was far more complex for women, as they remained at risk of being unable to regain their last names, unable to retain property acquired prior to their marriage, or unable to obtain custody of their children. These fault-based grounds are in stark contrast to the no-fault system that exists across most states today. Today, after decades of tireless advocacy, and thanks to incredible attorneys like Laurie Wasserman and Virginia Yeoman, people are no longer required to remain shackled to their spouses, and have the freedom to escape the cycle of violence. Before I hired Martha, I was working with another attorney for my divorce process, and I just didn't feel like they were on my side and looking out for my best interests.
