Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.

We worked with Matthew Karr for Estate Planning purposes, specifically to update our existing Trusts, Wills, Healthcare Proxies, and Powers of Attorney that were prepared years ago by another law firm. Matthew excelled in asking thoughtful questions about our goals, carefully listened to our responses, and offered practical solutions to achieve them. Most importantly, he explained his reasoning and options in a way that was clear and easy to understand.
He provided a clear timeline for completion and quoted a flat fee that covered all the work. Both his turnaround time and fees were very reasonable. When it was time to sign the new documents, he patiently reviewed each one, addressed all of our questions, and ensured that we fully understood everything. His patience and thoroughness were greatly appreciated.

I wish I could give Deb ten stars. There was an anti-harassment order against my ex to which he broke numerous times and endangered my children and I. When the order was up, I felt hopeless and felt as though no justice could be served and that no one would protect my kids. Lo and behold, Attorney Mason came out of the works and brought our family justice and then some. She is a fierce leader in the courtroom and treats your situation as though it involves her own family. I cannot rave about her enough. She helped me get away from my ex husband and keep my children safe, all while remaining flexible and understanding with my complex schedule. I contacted Tasha after trying to handle my divorce alone to no resolve. Tasha had me re-filed and divorced in less time than I had waited for my initial court date when I filed alone. I am incredibly grateful to have had Marc represent me in a highly contentious custody case that resulted in a life-changing outcome. What began as a custody case quickly evolved into a complex, multi-day trial with my ex-wife filing for permanent removal from Massachusetts and multiple states being involved.
With Marc’s representation, I was awarded full physical custody and final decision-making authority in legal matters concerning my Child. Prior to Marc taking my case, I had no custodial rights over my daughter and no guaranteed visitation schedule. My case was far from an easy one as I felt like my rights as a father had been completely given up.

Your credit card will be charged. I was charged over $10,000 in one month for a contested divorce. I do not recommend this large firm, as they are looking for billable hours. Effie was distant from me and made no effort to get to know my story. I chose the Limited Representation and when you Google this, there should be a partnership. Instead, she did everything and didn't even know how to use Dropbox. I would not recommend this firm.

Attorney Cummings was wonderful. I went to her for a prenuptial agreement and this was my first experience with a lawyer. She was personable, responsive, and explained complex terminology in layman's terms. She helped us create a fair agreement within the necessary timeframe. My inability to give 5 stars (I would say 4.5) results from some lack of communication from the firm, and I will preface that I am an anxious person by nature. Attorney Cummings was out of the office for an unexpected amount of time due to a significant personal emergency. While I would not have expected communication from her or continued work on my case during that time, I do wish someone from the firm could have been more communicative about what to expect. With more communication, I would have spent less time worrying about finalizing before our deadline. It made the experience a bit more stressful than it should have been. I provided this feedback to Attorney Turco and do believe it was well received. Overall, I would fully recommend Attorney Cummings. She went above and beyond for my prenuptial agreement. Additionally, Attorney Cummings and the firm were communicative about the closing out process and when I would receive my retainer.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Anthony. He made a very difficult situation manageable. He heard both sides of a long history and attempted to help move things forward in my divorce process. Anthony was open and upfront from day one. He offered us an understanding of the process and was clear about fees and costs from the very beginning. I have learned that mediation is not for everyone, but it is truly the better of options. I hired him for a consultation and it was the best time and money I have ever spent. What a wonderful lawyer and wonderful human being. And I'm very experienced at meeting many lawyers through my parents divorce, as they filed for divorce while I was in my 20s, and they were in their 60s. I'm so gladI found Rob, because there are a lot of people you cannot trust in this field. My mother's lawyer was a family family lawyer just like Rob, but my mother ended up getting overcharged for little to no results. After 35 years of marriage, its tragic, my dad has had a $250k a year salary for a long time that has only gone up for 30 years. But my mother ended up without her basic needs taken care of. If only we knew Rob back then.
I consulted with Rob on a case regarding my daughter and got more crucial information in 2 hours than a lifetime with any other family lawyer I have used.
I'm a father and if you love you kids and find yourself in need of a lawyer, this is the man to go to. Attry Angela Cavanaugh is extremely professional under the truncated timetable delivered extraordinary testimony with literally less than 24 hours given unfortunate circumstances for me to provide evidence and that amount of time. But fair warning, they will keep taking money from you after all of your invoices are paid and they will completely ghost you. Use a card ONLY to set up payments. One you can cancel.
In response to the response from Turco: You are correct, I did not engage you so all payments to the firm you subsumed in my name should have ended especially when my invoices were paid in full. They did not and money was taken from my account without a contract. Interestingly, I got a refund after posting this review so my advice stands. Make sure to put a payment on file you can dispute. Thank you.

Delays trials he defends for FIVE YEARS because he chooses to prioritize more media-prominent trials over those that aren't gaining as much traction. Will goad judges into cancelling trials because he's on vacation, even when the victims families show up to court for hearings time after time. Reddington deserves disbarment.

Where others clients are saying Sam will do what she needs to and takes it to the next level, they aren’t lying. Sam has done exactly that and told my ex husband to change his child support without a modification. He is currently in arrears because Sam tells him it is okay. She thinks she is above the law. As long as it is money in her pocket, she will do anything, even screwing over her own clients.

I hired attorney Carima to handle my case. She was great. Christine is very knowledgeable was always professional and prepared. I know nothing about divorce and was scared and upset. She id very easy to talk to and calmed me down; answered all my questions. She got me the best outcome that I could have asked for. Chris was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I was in need of legal advice for a matter regarding pet custody (yes pets, not children), and he gave me his time and expertise and advised me on numerous solutions and paths to take. I really lucked out, because he has actually dealt with this type of issue in the past. I left feeling confident, and I am no longer scared of what to expect should my issue escalate. He was funny, educated, and patient with all of my questions. While I hope I do not ever need legal services again, if I do, I will confidently go back. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Based on how he carried himself, and how he offered multiple options and how they may play out, I would recommend him for other types of custody / divorce issues as well. I did not feel pressured or rushed, and everything he said was clear and well laid out to me.
