I was referred to Karli from another attorney.
Upon contacting her, she responded back timely and asked plenty of questions.
Karli followed up with me shortly after and went over the whole plan, explaining her steps and why she was doing what she was.
During our hearing, Karli spoke with passion and did not hesitate to be direct. She was able to give me a positive outcome.

While on vacation in Boston, I was falsely accused of a serious crime, arrested, and faced with felony charges.
After spending the night in jail, I was assigned a public defender who was entirely unfamiliar with my case. Unfortunately, not only was this public defender incompetent, but he also lacked the appropriate credentials to handle a case of such seriousness.
I was facing a minimum of five years in prison, and my bail was set at $60,000. The public defender made no effort to fight for me. He didn't attempt to have my bail reduced or identify any weaknesses in the case against me. Instead, he simply agreed with the prosecutor and judge, and I was sent back to jail.
After three nights in jail, my family informed me that they had hired a criminal defense attorney named Paul Moraski, who would be visiting me in a couple of days.
True to their word, Paul arrived at the jail two days later. I was escorted by a correctional officer to meet him. From the moment we met, I knew Paul was the right lawyer for me. He had an incredible personality, was highly educated and knowledgeable, and held himself to a very high standard. For the first time, I felt hopeful again.
The first thing Paul said to me was, "We’re going to beat this case." He then assured me, "I am going to get your bail reduced from $60,000 to $30,000 so you can go home." Paul not only understood my case thoroughly but also knew the courtroom inside and out, thanks to his 14+ years of experience.
Two days later, I had another court appearance, and Paul was outstanding. He successfully persuaded the judge to lower my bail from $60,000 to $30,000, allowing my family to secure my release.
The night I was bailed out, Paul immediately called to congratulate me on going home. He reassured me once again, saying, "There are numerous holes in your case, and you have nothing to worry about."
Despite Paul's reassurances, I remained anxious about my case after returning home and would call him weekly. Each time, Paul answered the phone, and if he was in court, he would return my call immediately afterward.
Paul is an exceptional attorney, though not inexpensive. However, he provided me with a very reasonable rate given the severity of my case. He also offered me a monthly payment plan, which greatly eased the financial burden.
When it comes to fighting for your freedom, no price is too high. Paul Moraski was worth every dollar.
Six months later, just as Paul had predicted from the start, my case was completely dismissed.
If you find yourself facing legal issues in the Boston area, I highly recommend contacting and hiring Paul Moraski. He is not only an outstanding defense attorney but also a remarkable person. I feel like I not only hired a lawyer but also gained a friend.

She got the situation resolved to my liking very quickly and efficiently, despite the opposition's flair for invented drama and false statements. Truthfully, most lawyers don't take on contentious case like mine in short notice but Attorney Massaro is on top of her game and went above and beyond. I highly recommend.

I contacted Tasha after trying to handle my divorce alone to no resolve. Tasha had me re-filed and divorced in less time than I had waited for my initial court date when I filed alone. Mr. Sawin helped me during a particularly stressful time when my divorce agreement and child support were being modified. He was very straightforward and responsive. His office staff and junior attorneys were kind and helpful. There were multiple challenges related to my case, including Covid-19. At the end of it all, I had the result that I wanted. Really happy with John Koury from Upper Charles Law Group. I had a tricky issue where my employer was trying to retroactively reduce compensation via a change to my stock option grant. Nick Gomes is amazing. He listened carefully to the details of our case against a solar company that defrauded my husband, tricking him into signing a document that he understood was authorizing a bid but in fact obligated us to a 25 year, $ 25 ,000 contract! We learned a out this only qhen the company dumped the panels in our yard.Nick quickly created a letter demanding damages for emotional distress, prompting the solar company to call is to find out "how to make this go away." We settle the matter quickly.

Many legal cases, especially those involving 15 years! of retroactive child support can be daunting to say the least. And having Five, yes Five (5), previous attorney's over all these years NOT being able to get the job done has been very disillusioning and disheartening. However, Attorney Jason V. If you need an attorney, call Dan Daly immediately before anyone else. I’ve had quite a few lawyers in the past and attorney Daly is easily the best attorney I’ve had. His experience being a former police officer, former assistant district attorney, and an assistant attorney general puts him above any lawyer in western Massachusetts. Communication with your attorney is key in a hopeful good result in your case and Dan is very responsive whether it’s by call or text he will get back to you quick. He had my hearing thrown out in 2 minutes, was only in the courthouse for 15 minutes.

I wish I could give Deb ten stars. There was an anti-harassment order against my ex to which he broke numerous times and endangered my children and I. When the order was up, I felt hopeless and felt as though no justice could be served and that no one would protect my kids. Kathleen was great and fought for me every step of the way. I was left in a terrible spot financially and had an uphill battle of fighting against a prenuptial agreement. We settled with an outcome where I could continue to afford living on cape cod. I also was able to get 50/50 custody of my child. Something I was worried I wouldn't get. I've dealt with some health issues which can limit my ability to work full time and she was able to use those facts to ensure I was still able to pay my bills and take care of my child even with those setbacks. She was there to make sure I'd keep my emotions in check. She was always the adult in the room. I appreciated that because it was the hardest thing I've had to go through.
