I went through a tumultuous divorce recently. I feel so blessed to have Mrs. Avalo-Imperio on my side. She left no stone unturned for starters. She was extremely calming and kind hearted when she could see I was anxious especially in a four way meeting. I felt like she protected me at all costs. The best part of everything was watching her in court! She was incredibly prepared, a shark against opposing counsel and their lies. She knew when and how to show her hands and/or hold them for a later date. Everything was so well thought out and it showed in the results. Michael Reinhardt is a fantastic attorney to whom I will be forever grateful. He is friendly, caring, capable and experienced. I messed up badly several year’s ago and was caught red-handed, in the act. I was arrested, jailed, and charged with a felony criminal offense that carried a mandatory minimum sentence of eighteen months imprisonment. The outcome - guilty - seemed inevitable, and I dreaded the consequences. Michael Reinhardt represented me during the many court appearances I had to make. He explained the various stages of the judicial proceedings, and contacted me regularly to discuss progress and the strategy he was following to best defend me.
Remarkably, after much consultation and discussions, Michael managed to have the charges against me dropped altogether - to my immense relief of not just me, but my entire family, all of whom had been living under a cloud of anxiety. I cannot thank Michael enough for literally giving me back my life. I’ve changed a lot since then and intend to stay far away from trouble in the future. Really happy with John Koury from Upper Charles Law Group. I had a tricky issue where my employer was trying to retroactively reduce compensation via a change to my stock option grant. Many legal cases, especially those involving 15 years! of retroactive child support can be daunting to say the least. And having Five, yes Five (5), previous attorney's over all these years NOT being able to get the job done has been very disillusioning and disheartening. However, Attorney Jason V. Owens without hesitation took intelligent command of what appeared to be a "lost" cause and quickly re-esatablished the legal legitimacy and worthiness of my child support case with clear, concise direction. We settled with an outcome where I could continue to afford living on cape cod. I also was able to get 50/50 custody of my child. Something I was worried I wouldn't get. I've dealt with some health issues which can limit my ability to work full time and she was able to use those facts to ensure I was still able to pay my bills and take care of my child even with those setbacks. She was there to make sure I'd keep my emotions in check. She was always the adult in the room. I appreciated that because it was the hardest thing I've had to go through. Having someone fight for you when you're feeling vulnerable was really helpful.

Put so much work and time to get my ex husband to cooperate, because he was really trying to drag our divorce as much as he could .
Kathleen was my attorney but put so much effort and patience into making sure my ex husband filled out and signed all paperwork.
Communication was very well, great mediation skills and cost was affordable and reasonable , not to mention determined to get the process done in a timely manner .
I definitely couldn’t do it without her !

The best attorney ever. I went through two other attorneys whose rating was above 9 out of 10 and they messed up my case. Thomas stood up for me and helped me get my rights. Thomas tracked all the money my ex husband was hiding and helped me get my share of it and also did a 10 hour deposition which showed the judge that he is a liar. Thomas is nice, attends your phone call right away, even on weekends, always on time, hard working, responds to text messages right away. He is very skilled in performing deposition and tracking down money. The only reason I was able to get my rights and my share for marital assets was because of his hard work and honesty. Best best best attorney ever.

But fair warning, they will keep taking money from you after all of your invoices are paid and they will completely ghost you. Use a card ONLY to set up payments. One you can cancel.
In response to the response from Turco: You are correct, I did not engage you so all payments to the firm you subsumed in my name should have ended especially when my invoices were paid in full. They did not and money was taken from my account without a contract. Interestingly, I got a refund after posting this review so my advice stands. Make sure to put a payment on file you can dispute. Thank you.

The reason being they were incompetent to put in correct acct number.. Wire was suppose to be done on a Wednesday. We didn’t get our transfer until following Monday..Never nice did they try to compensate us for there “mistake”

My case started in 2017 and mostly just ended in my mind yesterday. Laurel was there every step of the way. Not only that, I had the entire firm assisting me whenever it was needed.
