Allison took a very difficult case petitioning to review and a hearing for a closed divorce case. This due to shenanigans from petitioner's attorney on initial court hearing, court procedure not followed, no effort mediation on petitioner's part, and attorney's fees - all around petitioner being awarded my primary home. The case was reopened for review, at the end: I was awarded 100% equity and rights to my home and my attorney fees.
Your mileage may vary, but know this: This is likely your best mileage option!

We had a great experience working with Satveer Chaudhary on my spouse's visa change of status process from J2 to F1. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and helping us fill out the forms in the best way possible. We could always contact him directly and receive almost immediate responses from him (not an assistant), even after hours and on some weekends! I’m not sure if other lawyers would provide that level of service, especially with no extra charges. We also appreciated how thorough he was, staying in touch not only when the approval letter arrived but also during our trip to India for stamping. We truly appreciate his time and support throughout the process and highly recommend his services.

Will absolutely get you the best outcome. Those who say he doesn't have difficulty taking accountability and ownership of their own decisions. If you're hesitant to retain him because you're skeptical about his attorney fees being lower than most of the others, move past that doubt and give him a chance. He lacks communication skills, and attention to detail. Every form he worked on had multiple errors, for months. He would make the same error multiple times. He failed to extrapolate key information from our communications which cost me more money when he came asking about it later. He did not communicate by phone but forced everything via email and struggled to explain things in ley terms. He lacked confidence and decisiveness in front of the judge and appeared wholly incompetent.

The staff at Neyens Law are all very personable, patient, and helpful. We were able to set up all our meetings in a timely manner that fit our schedule. The videos we watched prior to each meeting were very helpful in answering questions, and explaining the process. At our in person meetings, our questions and concerns were clearly answered and explained. Any questions sent later by email or text were answered in a timely manner. We easily uploaded necessary documents to our portal, and Elizabeth completed our trust by the deadline we had requested. We know that we or our heirs can contact them at any time in the future.
