My experience with Adrienne D. Edward Law Office was appalling. I felt always in the dark regarding my situation because of the inadequate communication. The level of service was subpar, and it appeared that they were more concerned with collecting money than assisting me. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone looking for capable legal representation since the entire process was stressful and disappointing. Considering my experience, all the glowing reviews seem dubious. Look elsewhere and spare yourself the headache.

This was my first time being involved in a lawsuit so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was definitely nervous but from the beginning Matt Rice and paralegal Cindy Rivera put me at ease. They made me feel comfortable, heard and like they really understood me. Throughout the entire process they kept me informed and were always available for any questions I had which was very important to me since I was not familiar with this process. Nothing has been done on my case for over a year, and the dude still held on to my balance and refused to give me a final invoice, adding to the emotional stress. I cannot get another lawyer until I am cleared from him financially. But he won't give me a final invoice and the balance so I can move forward. How are these things right?. This is one of the main reasons for firing him. Lies, lies, lies, lies. Do NOT use this firm!

I’ve had Gary Miller represent me in traffic court two separate times over the years for two different moving violations that almost got me 12 points on my license in total. He ended up having both violations reduced to parking tickets with no points! Safe to say if I ever need a traffic lawyer or family/friends need one I know who I will be recommending and calling up. He is very professional and gets back to you with updates quickly. I appreciate how much stress he took off my shoulders. My last ticket I got I felt was unfair and I was really upset, because I tried to explain to the officer what was going on, but he didn’t care to hear me and he said “i think i saw you in the wrong so that was enough”. I remembered Gary had helped me 3 years before for a ticket so I decided to give him a call and I thank God I did! He immediately gave me a sense of hope and understanding over the phone and I knew he would help me out a lot. Within the next week and a half my ticket was decreased from a 5 point $800+ fine to a 0 point $200 fine. Thank you Gary for helping me keep my driving history clean you are good at what you do!
