I wanted to write a note and to express my gratitude for the legal council Nicole Walker provided me. I came to the law firm after two lawyers did not deliver on what they said they would do and overcharged me. I was in extreme emotional distress. I provided Peter/Nicole with my story and a lot of information that I felt was important for the legal situation.
You listened to my story, reviewed the information (actually read it), and delivered on exactly what I requested. You did not judge me and treated me with respect (unlike the other lawyer). You were gracious with all of my inquiries.
I cannot believe that you were able to accomplish this legal issue! I have been trying since November of 2022. You did this in 1.5 months! This is beyond a miracle.
The firm acted with integrity, knowledge, and perseverance.

Disappointing Experience with Lack of Communication
My brother had high hopes when he reached out to this law firm, given their specialization in Second Amendment and gun rights issues. Unfortunately, his experience has been very frustrating. He has been denied his pistol permit three times by Westchester County and Despite multiple phone calls and emails, he has yet to receive a response back from his attorney/law firm on his now, third most recent denial for his pistol permit. Communication is key when dealing with legal matters, and it's disappointing when a firm promises to help but fails to follow through. He expected professionalism and timely updates, but instead, he was spoken to with such disrespect by his lawyer Robert M. Schechter and left in the dark. I would caution others to think twice before engaging with this firm if you're looking for reliable, responsive and respectful services.

I recently received a rather bad speeding ticket that would have resulted in 6+ points on my license. I reached out to John Ventosa for assistance on how to proceed with the court and process. John was extremely communicative, professional, and thorough. He negotiated my speeding ticket down to an outcome which was much better than what I had anticipated (and undoubtedly better than what I would have received had I tried to go through the process on my own).

Jacob Silver is an outstanding attorney! My partner was dealing with bad debt and went through a hard time with not being able to make ends meet. I found Mr. Silver on google and saw the amazing reviews and had my partner make an appointment ASAP. Within 2 months Mr. Silver did everything with paperwork, meetings, etc. for the bankruptcy as he felt necessary and let me add that he is always responsive and available for questions when his clients need him because my partner would email at some random times and always received a response! I called Sarah Gold's law firm to ask about forming a LLC in New York. I did some research prior to my call but was confused as heck and was not confident in dealing with the state. Ms. Gold walked me through the process, answered my questions, and told me her fee. I thought the fee was competitive, keeping in mind it included state fees and public notice fees. We communicated online, she had to search to see if my LLC name was not prohibited or duplicative. I also asked for her to set up a DBA and she did that. It was so obvious that she new what she was doing, a true expert professional . She did all the filing, advertising and DBA in a day and I had what I legally needed hours later. she emailed me copies of the application filing, receipts and most important my official LLC. I would use Sarah Gold without any hesitation and I highly recommend you do too.
