In hindsight I wish I would have had Teresa as my divorce lawyer. She gave me better information and seemed to care more in our initial consult than my divorce lawyer that I worked with for over a year to get divorced. She didn't give me the news I wanted to hear, but had she been my council back then, I probably would not have ended on the losing end of a long divorce. Highly recommend her. She is professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgable of the law. Also, I couldn't leave a revue without giving Dayna credit. She was very welcoming and friendly from the minute we walked in. Thank you both.

Unfortunately, it wasn't likely that there was a case to pursue in my circumstances. But that in itself gave me closure, as I've reached out to several attorneys that I was never able to speak to, never got back with me via email, text or anything. I called and was immediately transferred to him and he took the time to hear me out and was patient and professional while doing so and thoroughly explained the issues surrounding the unlikeliness of me having a case which gave me closure which I am happy with, so if you see any services on his website that you think he might be able to help you with, don't hesitate to schedule an appointment and see if he'll be able to help you! Please don't give these people your money. I started services with them for a lawsuit against me. I was contacted by someone from their office claiming they could help me. They said i could pay them biweekly from my bank account, which i did. At no point did i ever receive any updates about my case. The only time i heard anything it was when they wanted to ask for more money. the court contacted me and I would have to contact amourgis and associates to only have them lie and ask for more money. Odly there was a court date set for the day i chose to end services with them and just found out about the court date and the judgement against me a week later. Do your research please before deciding to work with amougis and associates.

I was a defendent in a divorce case. My situation was not straightforward as I am not a US citizen.
I was assigned to Attorney Vizmeg after initial consultation. At the outset, I found him quite frank and he clarified a lot of expectations at the first meeting. During follow ups, his status letters were especially helpful. One one hand, he is a seasoned attorney with exceptional professional demeanour; on the other, perhaps more importantly, he is a compassionate fellow being. He endowed with qualities such as veracity, spiritedness and, not the least, lightheartedness (if demanded by situation).

My experience not good. Lynn does not get back with her clients. All work that she did on my case was done at the last minute with her and her associate bragging how they "put in an all-nighter." This happened more than once and was the rule with everything they filed.
Her exhibits looked unprofessional compared to the opposing attorney. In court she allowed the other side to lie without calling them on it. She stated that the judge would never believe the opposing attorney's obvious lies, yet those lies were quoted as being justification for the judgment rendered.
While Lynn is very personable, her performance in court was sub-par at best. I don't understand how she has such positive reviews. I have spoken now with other past clients. Not a single client I have spoken with has a positive thing to say about her or her associate.
I would not recommend her to anyone.

Let me tell you what a wonderful lawyer Amy Weis is. Amy helped navigate me and my two young sons (with the assistance of a wonderful guardian ad litem, Kerry McCormick) through an ugly custody battle and divorce in 2010. I credit Amy with my two now grown sons being happy and successful young men-she and Kerry kept those boys with their Dad. Fast forward over a decade later, and I needed some information from the divorce settlement for tax reasons. I left a voicemail for Amy, and had a response with all information I needed emailed to me with a nice note within an hour. Amy was so skilled throughout the entire process, and obviously keeps incredible records. And, most importantly, she cares. What a wonderful attorney.

I usually do not write many reviews, but I was compelled to do so based on the great experience I had with Weis Law Group. I was going through a BAD custody battle (relocation case) involving my 2 year old son at the time and was initially recommend to Amy Weis by a family friend who is also an attorney. He told me Amy is one of the best in Ohio so I was excited to contact her about representing me. Once I reached out, I was told that Amy could not take my case (I do not remember the reason why, however I want to say it was because she was mainly handling divorce cases and my case did not involve a divorce) however I was told that her partner David could represent me. At first, I was extremely hesitant to work with David for many reasons. The first being that my family friend had highly recommended Amy, had no knowledge of David and his experience and lastly with me being a woman and a mother I was honestly unsure if David would be able to resonate with me, my situation and represent me the best way possible as the other Male Attorneys I had consultations with prior seemed to favor fathers.
With that, I had a consultation with both David and Amy, they were both very knowledgeable and I was told Amy would partner with David throughout the case and I felt good moving forward. I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional legal representation provided by Attorney David in my relocation custody case and I could not be more thankful that Amy partnered me with him. From the very beginning, I spoke with many different attorneys both male and female and was informed by other attorneys that winning such a challenging case (relocation) would be difficult. I was told that the magistrate assigned to my case does not like relocations and hardly granted them and they expressed doubt in the outcome. However, David displayed unwavering confidence and expertise throughout the process. He went above and beyond to come up with creative ways to prove what would be in the best interest of my son.

Upon meeting Nancy, I immediately felt comfortable that she was able to understand the potential difficulty of my divorce case. Little did we know what the future would hold and just how challenging and complex my case would end up being. We ended up dealing with an onslaught of false allegations, various CPO's and eventually a case of parental alienation. I will say that Nancy had the experience to tackle all of the issues gracefully and with the children's best interest in mind. She worked extremely well with the GAL in sorting through all of the testimony, details and the facts of the case that resulted in a change of custody. I was panicked when I first figured out that I needed help with my child custody situation. Fortunately, a friend of mine, who went through a child custody situation, recommended Nancy through personal experience. When I reached out to Nancy she called me back immediately. I was surprised to get a response so quickly. Over the phone, she asked pointed questions and helped me understand that her only concern would be the wellbeing of my child. At the in person consultation, she offered me a game plan to help me in a lot of different scenarios with the father of my child...it was much more than I could’ve imagined getting out of an hour long consultation. Even more impressive was her honesty and candor; she told me that I need not retain her services yet, but that when I needed she would be there for me. I was sued. Jessika counterclaimed. They offered a low settlement. She refused to fold and prepped for trial. Finally, the other side made an offer for settlement that was just right. Jessika really held out until the last minute for a good settlement and the case against me was dismissed!

I did not have a great experience with Gregory Williams. Just finalized my probate case after 3 years after the the loss of my mom. He was not a good legal counsel and the only thing he did on my behalf was file the paperwork and set up zoom calls. I could have done all this on my own. My sister and I had our own attorney's because we could not agree on things but when it came to Gregory fighting for me he was never able to come through there was always an excuse. My sister took everything out of our mom's house and never did he discuss with me because I was also co-executor I could remove things as well it was excuse after excuse. In the end my sister's attorney was the winner. I felt like Gregory was only concerned about the $$$ and definitely did not look out for my best interest. With that being said I ended up with nothing BUT attorney fee's. I had to pay for his attorney fee's and his new law firm which he moved there toward end of 2023 and their expenses were more than Gregory and had never spoke with anyone there or agreed to their fees since initially started out with Gregory. What I received from my experience is that moving forward this will NEVER happen to my two daughters. Attorney's care nothing about your loss or your grief. At least this law firm. He never had my back for me! Every request I asked for never honored always dismissed. Gregory ended up being more expensive than my sister's attorney and he did more on this probate than Gregory!! Just a joke overall!

Brian started out strong for the first month... talked a big game. He then stopped replying to emails and phone calls for several weeks. I met Brian last year, and the circumstances of my case were very hard and difficult to deal with. Let me say this, Brian was easy to work with, felt like he had my back from the day I retained his services. Let me give you a piece of advice when dealing with Brian, always tell the truth no matter what. If you give this man and his firm the truth and information he will fight for you and do the best job he can! I never lied to Brian i told him the truth about everything. He assured me over and over to trust him and while sometimes it was hard, Brian and his firm knew what they were doing. He assured me it was a marathon and not a sprint but to stay the course. It was the longest 12 months of my life but being a religious man and having Faith in God and in Brian I knew that I would be okay. As opposing counsel and my ex tried to use false restraining orders to gain the upperhand over and over, Brian tore them up and showed the truth! The thing that I admired about Brian that you don't see hardly anymore is that he would never take a shortcut or lie to gain the upperhand. He did it the old fashion way, hardwork and using the truth! He never once tried to take a fast shortcut to gain the upperhand, he just assured me that we needed to trust the system, and show the truth and put the work in and everything would be okay! Again easy to work with him and to set a plan. As time went out and Brian and I were able to show the truth to the court and the parties involved appointed by the court it was deemed that I should be awarded full custody and that I had the best interest for the children. That's my story in a nutshell, and to tell you where I came from and where I ended up Brian and his firm worked their tails off and got me custody of my kids! Their was times I spoke to Brian at 11 pm at night to have my mind put at ease or to go over my case, sometimes on the weekends, he always returned calls and emails. As a matter of fact my mother just passed away and after the custody and divorce was over he still reached out to me to let me know that he was sorry for my loss. I haven't had a lot of dealings with lawyers but I assure you of this he cares about his clients and he fights for them! I went from only being able to see my children based off lies from my ex to getting full custody as he fought hard for me.
