If you are dealing with a family matter, I highly recommend working with Tina Corr.
Pricing: Tina Corr was fair and consistent with pricing. Her contract was straightforward and easy to read. Prices are reasonable and billing was explicitly spelled out ahead of time so no surprises.
Personality: Tina Corr was wonderful to talk to. She gave me the truth even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. She read everything I sent (and I mean read, not just received) and she responded mindfully to all of my concerns.
Efficiency: Tina Corr was responsive (almost always within 24 hours via phone or email!) and efficient with paperwork. Everything was filed correctly on time if not early. I never felt like my lawyer left me hanging.
Flexibility: Tina Corr was able to respond specifically to the unique needs and requests I had for my case. I think family cases can be nuanced and mine was no different. Tina Corr was able curate the work on her end to suit my specific circumstance. I attribute this to the fact that she's a good listener and perceptive; qualities that can be difficult to find in a lawyer.

Mr. Merwin was wonderful to work with and got business taken care of. I had a very unusual divorce. I was saving up for a divorce when my husband had a massive stroke and he became disabled. I had a difficult time locating a lawyer who didn't want to charge me a massive retainer to take on my case. Ryan was very clear about the process and tried to help it move smoothly along. We ran into some issues with opposing counsel but he managed to find a workaround. He kept me informed the entire process and was wonderful to work with.

I hired Ms. Frankmar to file a court in order to have a delayed birth certificate created for my grandmother for dual citizenship purposes.
She responded promptly to my initial email and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process.
She knew exactly what to do. She went out of her way and dealt with a jurisdiction that was far away from her office. She gave me exact instructions in terms of what to fill out and was honest about the likelihood of the court order succeeding (the likelihood was high).
She had absolutely no problem meeting (and exceeding) my expectations. She went above and beyond for me and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
I strongly recommend Ms. Frankmar for any Pennsylvania vital records-related court filings. I certainly have recommended her to multiple people already and they have all been satisfied.

Ms. Frankmar inherited my case about 3/4 into what seemed like a forever ongoing divorce process. After a brief conversation with with her to make sure Ms. Frankmar had all the facts and supporting documents to work with, my case was completely finished within 6 months. Pernille is very punctual, detail oriented, and an excellent communicator, who returns calls or replies to emails within hours. Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but! I had an impossible case where I lost terribly every time I went to court. Eventually I would run out of money and then I would have to represent myself until I had enough money to get another lawyer. This went on for 10 years. Finally I met someone who was friends with one of the most powerful lawyers in Philadelphia. Through him, I was referred to Robert DiOrio. When I went into Mr. DiOrio's office, I could not see my children at all. I was only allowed to speak to them on a speaker phone with my ex-husband listening. This went on for about a year. He had gotten an Emergency Custody Petition that was granted without a hearing. He had used this tactic a total of four times and the order of his choice was signed every time without a hearing. I had been a full time mother with small children. I never guessed that I would lose my children when attempted to escape my abusive marriage. Later I found out the 94 percent of women who leave their abusive husbands lose custody and most of them are given supervised visitation. When Robert DiOrio heard about my case and saw the court order, he was outraged. He took my case to court and I got custody of my children. I went from nothing to everything. Lawyers in the past told me the best I could ever get was joint because you can't go from nothing to everything. Robert DiOrio did and he won. Since that time, we were in court again and Robert Diorio won an even greater victory. I respect him and am so grateful for the time I now have with my children. I never want another lawyer.

Gordon was my 3rd consultation, so how different he is, stood out immediately, and I knew right away that I found just what I needed. He is compassionate, passionate about his clients well being, incredibly fair, always there when needed, and a great sense of humor, when direly needed. Gordon Brown is a one in a million, you could not ask for a better lawyer to fight for your child/children. He puts his heart in his work and once you meet him there is no questioning that. Recently used New Hope Divorce Mediation, in particular Mindey Elgart, to handle my no contest divorce. It was a very pleasant process, given the situation, and went smoothly from the beginning to the end. After the initial meeting where we discussed all the details, we met one more time to finalize the settlement agreement. After that there was a 90 day waiting period. During all that time, Mindey and her office was very diligent at sending us all the paperwork and explaining everything step by step, when and how to properly sign and mail all the documents to the court. After the 90 day waiting period, it just took another 2 months to receive the divorce decree from the judge.
